AMAZING experience!!!! My girls and I stayed in Sedona, AZ for my Bachelorette party and spent the morning ziplining here. Definitely the best thing ever! Jasper and Fernando made out experience amazing and fun! Not one person left unhappy. We even had 1 person who was terrified and the guys were very patient with her and helped her out so much that in the end, she said she loved it and was happy to do. Our incredible guides, Alex "Pedro" and Jasper "Night Hawk" were a hoot. There's no doubt they love their jobs ~ it was apparent from the onset as they explained how to put on the harnesses and gear. Their concern for our safety was paramount. There is no way you can fall off the towers! I climbed the 75-foot tower and was off on a great adventure. It was my husband's first zip line experience. John took fantastic actions photographs of us sailing through the air. Thanks to Pedro and Night Hawk for making it such an awesome experience!!!!! After a day at Out of Africa, my 15 yr old and I did the full zip line tour at Predator. My daughter loves zip lining, so this was right up her alley. I was a little more reserved, but ended up loving it!! If you are just looking for a quick zip line ride or want to race someone down a zip line, just doing the last leg of the zip line for $25 would be great; but if you really want to take in flying over the animals, you will definitely want to do the full tour! John and Jasper we're great guides throughout the zip line. They had a lot of fun, which helped those of us who were a little nervous feel calm and enjoy the experience. I would really recommend the full tour for those who are new to zip lining or really want to take in the experience because, as a 2nd time zip liner, it took me the first two zip line runs to get comfortable with the zip line and figure out the steering. By the third run, I was able to finally look down and take in the view and the animals, the fourth run we were hands free (you don't have to), and the fifth one, my daughter and I raced. It really was great fun!! Things to know: -Sometimes, the Out of Africa tours and shows can conflict with zip lining times, so look ahead and plan your day so that you can get everything in that you want. -We had a group of six, including our two guides, and it was a little more than an hour from start to finish for the full zip line tour. Plan accordingly for larger groups. read more

While the zipline was cool and the zipline guides were awesome this is WAAAAY overpriced compared to other ziplines I have done. Also unique to this zipline tour the guides pretty much beg for tips and then the photographer wants tips WTF I just paid almost a $100 I have tipped other guides in the past but they never asked and most certainly didn't have a tip jar! Also it is nowhere near the 2-3 hours as advertised more like 40 mins to an hour. Also the no photo's thing is annoying and another way to squeeze out even more money! To make matters worse the photographer was just plain sketchy. He said "buy three pictures and give me a good tip of $10-$15 and I will hook you up and e-mail a bunch more extra pictures" I am not sure if management is aware that he is trying to undercut there ridiculous overpriced $50 CD by getting tips and sending everyone the pics anyways without the park getting there cut BUT to make matters worse he only sent us the three pictures we paid for. Apparently the $10 extra tip we gave him was not enough for him to "hook us up" just plain deceptive and dishonest! read more

I've ziplined before but it's always been when I'm on vacation with the lines going through a beautiful forest or the like. Having the wildlife here made it so much more interesting. At each of the towers a guide tells you what to look for on that next line. There was a little back up a few times but I expected it, it's not like we were the only people there. Who says there's nothing to do here. read more

The 5 zip wires were awesome and we had a lot of fun. However, I have two negative comments. Our guides kept us safe, but they were unprofessional. One of them said it was his birthday and kept talking about how he was going to drink all night. There was a rope bridge we had to cross and he told a young kid that it was fine for him to jump on it when the rest of us did NOT want it to be jumping up and down. The other problem was they will not let you take any cameras or cell phones for the "safety" of the animals. The real reason is that they want to charge you another $50 for their own pictures that they have taken. read more

Bought the 5 line "tour" as a gift for my husband and son. They were surprised at how much they enjoyed this. The guides and photographer were great. The 9:30 am tour we scheduled allowed them to see many animals out feeding. Weather was cool today, but with a jacket and gloves they were comfortable. Weren't planning on buying the photo CD, but the photographer got some great photos of them (arms and legs spread as they flew through the air) so we went ahead and purchased it. read more

Overall we enjoyed our ziplining experience. Jasper and Brandon were good guides; Jasper was quite knowledgeable about the various animals over which we were zipping. It was a unique take on zipping, literally flying over lions, black panthers, grizzly cubs and giraffes. Some advice -- if you're going in winter then bundle up. The wind can really whip up at the tops of the towers and make an already chilly climate feel even more arctic (even the Canadian visitors in our group were hopping around from the cold). I would highly advise bringing gloves. Also a warning -- they adamantly prohibit ANY form of electronics on your person, no matter how secure you can show that you would keep it. In other words, no cameras of any kind including go pro style. So you are then forced to purchase their photos if you want any record of your visit. I wasn't a fan of that policy (they say it's to protect the animals, lest they should accidentally eat your iphone or camera if it falls off of you). But it's a smoothly run outfit and the kids loved it, aside from the cold. read more

The guides Tai and Austin were informative, funny and friendly- they walked you through the equipment checks so you won't need to worry about anything and just focus on having a blast. It is definitely a thrilling experience especially when you pass over the Lion and Giraffe and the views are spectacular. read more
