The ride was incredible, and at times so scary, because my BIL was convinced he didn't always need to follow Dave's trail! There were times I'd look over the edge and think "ok, we could die...cool cool cool". Be sure to bring face masks, for no other reason then to avoid inhaling and swallowing a bunch of dirt. We unfortunately lost the key to our rental car on the trail (leave ALL belongings at the base), but Luke was so understanding and accommodating! Offered us a couple of beers and waited with us until the Uber arrived. Couldn't be a nicer guy. DO NOT hesitate to book these guys, we will damn sure be back!!!

Great experience from start to end! We arrived early on a Friday and quickly realized we were a…read morewhole day early! Even though we accidentally booked for Saturday, they were very accommodating and set us up for a Friday rental instead. Everyone involved in the service was very friendly and provided clear directions throughout the experience. We were shown the map inside and instructed on where to go to perfectly meet our 4-hour window. The same map was displayed on the Polaris while we drove which was great and fairly easy to follow. The Polaris RZR was clean although a little wet. The added benefit of the cooler with some cold water in the back was much appreciated. Thank you to the personnel who helped make sure the helmets and seat belts were all securely fastened before we took off. The trail had some smoother spots but was very rocky throughout. Nothing the Polaris couldn't handle though! All in all, we had some great views and saw a few animals including burros, birds, cows, and a jackrabbit. Would recommend this experience! Thanks!

A perfect spring break Family activity! Their staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a…read morechange in our family spring break plans just after Covid quarantine restrictions were lifted and I called them to arrange an excursion for my family the week before. I imagine under normal circumstances it may not be so easy to get a reservation last minute so I do suggest planning ahead. Their staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived to check-in. Our excursion was led by someone on their staff and they guided us through the area onto some cool trails and roads. The drive was scenic and we all had a blast. For future four-wheeling excursions, I suggest goggles or sturdy glasses/shades, a scarf to block the wind and dust, and good shoes for safety. Our tour guide made sure we stopped and enjoy some awesome views overlooking the canyons and mountains and for some memorable photo ops, too. In April, there was still some snow on the ground, so the weather was perfect for the drive.

We had no issues with the vehicle and they supplied the helmets, goggles and a cooler with ice and waters. We had tried to research where to go but the interactive map guide was great. The staff also helped us pick some trails and tried to text us with closures. All in all - great family memories. Hopefully we will be able to come back to Sedona in the future when trails are open and we would rent here again.
