In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

I said okay, if it's much more, will they call me, as the couch is not worth all that much money. She said they would. I never got a call and went to pick up my cover and cushions a week later. Upon pickup, I was charged $180. I asked to speak to the owner, and the owner's son was available. He apologized and admitted they should have called me, but that was it! I asked for a minimum of a 20% discount, which was still not enough due to their error in customer service, and was told he could not do that. I then waited for his father, the owner, to come back. This man was rude and disrespectful. He proceeded to YELL at me how much a cleaning like this costs. He would not make any concessions. He walked away from me, and I continued to talk with the son, who kept his composure. The father then came RAGING from the back, saying 20% off and get out in a very threatening manner. At first they were reluctant, but I encouraged them and they finally agreed. The next day I get a phone call saying they had decided not to clean it, as they were afraid they were going to "mess it up" in which case they would have to pay for it. Washing instructions were printed on the item for a reason, and if followed properly it should be okay. Perhaps they need to find some employees who won't "mess things up". I found another cleaner who agreed to wash it, and it turned out fine! No problem!
