I was promptly checked-in by the lady at registration and then walked over to the surgical waiting room. After waiting about five minutes, I was taken back to the pre-op area, where I was prepped for my surgery. All the surgical staff, from the pre-op nurse to my surgical team took excellent care of me. Upon completion of my surgery, I was taken to the recovery room, after which I was transferred to a room in the hospital, as I was admitted as a in-patient after my surgery. All the nurses and patient techs on the floor took excellent care of me and were very responsive to my needs. In conclusion, I had a very good surgery & in-patient experience at this hospital.

After completing the initial paperwork, Bill took us back to an exam room. We discussed my issue and the proceeded to have my blood pressure and temperature taken. Bill walked me through the process with expertise and kindness. It was determined I needed a cat scan so Cathy took over and walked me through the process with ease and whimsy. We were there for awhile because I needed several tests to try to figure out what was causing my pain but that's to be expected and was not an issue. Meghan checked me out without pressure or a judging look like I have previously experienced at other places. I actually felt good about paying! This was probably the most enjoyable ER visit, despite my pain issue, I have ever had. Thank you Cathy, Bill and Meghan! Y'all are awesome!

From the scheduling team, to the "patient advocate", to the "patient liason /guest relations" I MEAN EVERYONE and ultimately, NOBODY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING. The billing department for SEVERAL WEEKS in a row, closing or leaving early and even when asked at 3:45pm to be transferred to the guest relations department to complain, THE GUEST RELATIONS HAS LEFT EARLY AS WELL! I have been under their care from week 9 to week 33 of my pregnancy and I tell you, I just want my child to be born so I dont EVER have to ever have anything to do with Houston Methodist Willowbrook. Im too far along to be accepted into a new practice for my birth and that is the only reason why I am still here. They "overlook" small details that, prevents insurance coverage and you find out after the fact or , like me , at 33 weeks, when its too late to transfer care to another provider. PLEASE save yourself a BIG headache and possibly a mental breakdown and go to another hospital.

After filling out what seemed to be a half dozen forms they got my Dad in and fixed him up in a timely manner. We were in and out in about an hour, they even gave us a free pen and a coke from their fridge. The Doctor was knowledgable and quick to assess my Dads condition and make the necessary repairs/treatment. They took our insurance and so the copay was only $60, which isn't too bad considering the relief we all felt to have Dad feeling better.
