They have sent racist aides and it is basically a vacation for the aides when they come over. The aides are what come first and not the person in need of care. This agency have sent people over that record with their phone in your home, they leave the elderly unattended, don't know how to put on a diaper, never bath the client, want to be on the phone all day, etc. When you want to report this, the coordinator's priority is to defend them no matter what. There are over 2 weeks worth of days where they sent no one. 1 day, someone will investigate this agency and find out how corrupt they are. They have individuals with clear lack of human decency, no training, and some speak no English at all. How do you expect to help the elderly when you don't know the same language? I bet when someone looks into this company, they will see they are just taking in insurance money for so many days they didn't supply aide.
