I have been waiting for my life saving C-pap maqchine for a month and every time I call I get the run around, so frustrating .

By far, the WORST DME vendor we have ever had the displeasure of working with. This place is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. They constantly redirect phone calls to other departments that just redirect you back to the original department. So it's a constant loop that eventually ends in being connected to a voicemail that is never checked. They are also the only vendor contracted with UHC AHCCCS plans. So many our patients don't have a choice but to endure the long wait times, unanswered phones calls, and cancelled orders. The intake reps you eventually speak with also illegally state at times that they are not accepting new patients - even though patients with UHC AHCCCS have no other alternative. Literally, not one. Keep in mind, if a vendor is contracted with a particular insurance company, they legally have to accept patients with that particular insurance. Now keep in mind, no amount of complaining online or over the phone will make any difference. What everyone needs to do is to go directly to your insurance to make the complaints. Get them involved because they will begin the investigations into why this company is not fulfilling their contractual obligations. But that's just the first step. Here are some other things that every patient, caregiver, or consumer can do. 1) Gather identifying company info such as National Provider ID (NPI) number and taxonomy. I got a call from Josh H. about my orders for my referral. He was rude on the phone. When he asked if I was available and I said no I'm at work but I'm off weekends and Mondays. I asked when they could deliver he said M/F 8:30-4:30. Okay no big deal I can work with that, make arrangements. When I asked if he was available he Monday, he said we're open 8:30-4:30. So I said can you do around 4. I then again got well we close at 4:30, Like I said our hours are 8:30-4:30. I proceeded to explain why I needed around that time( previously made doctors appointments) not that matters or they need to know... His response then was well I guess I can put you on the schedule for that time. I said okay thank you and hung up. After I hung up, I thought to myself do I really want to be treated this way? I immediately asked my provider to cancel my orders and went elsewhere. Got a call from the competitor in less than 48 hours, they were so friendly and prompt. Delivered the same day he called. Do not utilize the services for Lincare medical equipment located at 3051 S White Mountain Rd Show Low, AZ 5901. They continued to bill me for equipment I returned months ago. I went into the office for assistance and was told by the lady at the front desk that she has made a note of the discrepancy in my file. Not the most pleasant person to work with. The next day I went back into the Lincare office to obtain billing statement from the day I started doing business with them. The girls at the front desk conveyed that they have forward the issue to the manager who is due to be in the office the following day. As I was driving home the Lincare office called me to return to their office to sign some paperwork to start the 6=8 week process to remedy the overbilling. Today i received a phone call from Lincare indicating they wanted to pick up the medical equipment I turned in months ago. I went to the Lincare office again. The girl at the front desk conveyed that the lady that called to pick up the equipment is in fact in the same office but does not have updated information on her tablet. The girl at the front desk conveyed that she would notify the lady that called to pick up the equipment that I have already turned in the equipment. A coupe hours later the same lady called me again to come by this afternoon to pick up the medical equipment I turned in months ago. I have requested with each bill that they bill my secondary insurance . The last time I spike with my secondary insurance company they show preferred home care has cashed the checks from my secondary paying but they are still billing me! read more

Fast service, caring attitude, and professional business processes. Nathan at Preferred Homecare took time to give me a call and check in on my 1 month old daughter's condition after this location delivered oxygen to the hospital for her. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with Preferred's service. We traveled back down to Phoenix and a tech named Sasha was also available at 11 pm once we arrived to visit our home and make sure our equipment was working properly. Overall I had a fantastic experience with this company and am grateful for the way they cared for my family. read more

Preferred health care customer service is terrible. I was left on hold for over 2 hours. I was finally able to leave a call back number and was called back, but before we got to the phone they had hung up. We have called again and again and are continually left listening to the "you are very important to us" message for between twenty minutes to an hour NEVER being able to speak to someone who could assist us. I am not exaggerating. My bipap machine stopped working and I require it for safe sleep, due to severe sleep apnea. I have tried to get help from Preferred Health, my provider, and they haven't responded in over two weeks. The answering service ladies, however, we're very nice and, when we have, in the past, been able to get into the office, the staff has been very helpful. I just don't know if I will ever be able to get back in. read more

I have a CPAP machine supplied by this company. Every time I call them for support I'm on hold for at least 5 to 10 minutes. That's completely unacceptable. There's something wrong with how this company is run. read more

I can sure understand why Preferred Home Health has a rating of 2.5. I have been a customer for 7 years. They have never checked my equipment to make sure it is running properly. My concentrators break down on a regular basis. Mine died over the weekend so I used my portable tanks until speaking with them today. I explained to the agent I needed refills. Driver informs me they don't like to replace canisters at the same time as concentrators. I live 45 minutes away from their office. When I called corporate I was told it was indeed their policy that they only come here on Tuesdays!! If I hadn't pitched a fit I wouldn't have portables for my trip to the dr. tomorrow. They are rude and totally uncaring of patients needs. We have new companies on the mountain now when my contract runs out I will be looking elsewhere. read more

These guys have been my provider for my medical equipment for about two years now and the service has always been excellent. The receptionist Maria is on top of her game and is always able to answer any questions and help you sort out any issues and the Supervisor Gilbert is well versed in all of the equipment and able to provide you with any product knowledge you may need. Then there's the techs who I rarely ever see unless there's a problem, which has happened once or twice over the past couple of years. I woke up this morning and my bedside oxygen concentrator ran for a minute then shut off with red warning light. I tried it 3 more times then referred to the troubleshooting guide on google, which said I needed to call a tech. So I dialed the customer service line and they said a tech would be out shortly. By shortly they meant less than 30 minutes! Which is especially impressive since I live about 15 miles from town! So all in all, I'm happy with my service here and look forward to another 2 years and more. Good job, guys! read more
