This evening we needed to make a significant last minute purchase as jewelry for a wedding next week that the items were lost in shipping. It was bridal party jewelry totally Approx $10k that needed to be replaced. We waited at the security glass door, rang the bell for access multiple times, giving them plenty of time to response or acknowledge there may be a delay for access....but no one bothered to acknowledge us. We saw that one lady saw we were there but didn't bother to acknowledge us. Mind you, they are open for at least another hour. This was the rudest & most disrespectful thing a retail establishment could ever do. We chose at that point not to give Jared our business. We ended up making an appointment for another jeweler for tomorrow. Jared lost a significant $$$ sale. KNOW YOUR WORTH! Don't spend your money where it is not appreciated.

They offer to order different band to replace with the face I want with one extra charge. I got 3 watches in the end Anyway, this time I went in for a watch battery replacement. I was greeted and helped quickly. Not only the employees was nice, they also have 2 cute pup that very sweet also. The older/bigger one is Chewy, the younger/smaller one is Andrew. Chewy is very sweet and gentle, Andrew is a bit more aggressive for love/attention I had fun with them for a good 10 minutes while being help. I did look at the jewelry and they do have a lot of pretty pieces. I wasn't comfortable taking picture of the jewelry/store but I sure did take some vid the dog interaction.
