We waited at the security glass door, rang the bell for access multiple times, giving them plenty of time to response or acknowledge there may be a delay for access....but no one bothered to acknowledge us. We saw that one lady saw we were there but didn't bother to acknowledge us. Mind you, they are open for at least another hour. This was the rudest & most disrespectful thing a retail establishment could ever do. We chose at that point not to give Jared our business. I was greeted and helped quickly. Not only the employees was nice, they also have 2 cute pup that very sweet also. The older/bigger one is Chewy, the younger/smaller one is Andrew. Chewy is very sweet and gentle, Andrew is a bit more aggressive for love/attention I had fun with them for a good 10 minutes while being help. When I asked what that meant and if that would be the case if the same thing were to happen again, he said, "Cash or card?" I felt dismissed and taken advantage of.
