Very unprofessional and shady technician, stole parts sent out by warranty repair and did nothing. Had a warranty repair scheduled for a washing machine. Technician came out and from the get go seemed like he wanted to rush out. To start, this guy would not let me finish explain what was wrong with the machine, he just kept pressing buttons and saying there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the machine. Warranty company had sent out parts to be replaced, but this technician refused to change them and said that he would not spend all the time to replace them when it didn't need it. Cleaned out a draining filter and said that the machine was fine now. Worked for one cycle and issue came right back. Technician took the parts the warranty sent out and reported as fixed. Because another GE authorized appliance service (Callahan's) was performing BADLY for my GE range repair, I called GE and Fernando at Premier came out promptly within 24 hours. He had the proper part ordered, the company provided prompt follow up, and only 6 days later, Fernando came back, installed the correct part, and I'm a happy customer. Premier and Fernando accomplished professionally and efficiently in 6 days, that Callahan's wasted over 30 days of my time and did not accomplish. 5 star Review for Premier and 1 star Review for Callahan's. read more

This was for warranty service for a GE Hotpoint freezer. After three months of multiple no-shows with another contracted company, the job was finally assigned to Premier. The tech was here the next business day to replace the freezer door. Still disappounted with GE taking so long to get this reassigned, but very happy with the service from Premier. They made a warranty repair to my fridge. Or said they did. All he did was turn my freezer up two degrees. Then I saw on the invoice that there was supposed to be a part installed. I have a service protection plan with Home Depot with Allstate. They would not send anyone to my house to inspect the dryer to see what part was needed for repair. Premier Appliance Services who they chose to do the repair offered to come to inspect the dryer. The service person was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. It was a knob on the dryer that was broken and needed to be replaced. The tech will order the part and offered to come back to put the new knob back on. This is why I highly recommend this company because of the great service I receive from them. read more

Begins on 4/25/2025 Hired by Midea to repair my brand new Midea refrigerator. Over the course of 5 months they were unable to repair my unit. Not only did they not repair the unit, their technician damaged my sheet vinyl flooring in June of 2025. I am currently still trying to have my floor repaired. I have tried via text, email, phone call, USPS regular mail and USPS certified mail to communicate with them. THEY WILL NOT return any communications. They have literally ghosted me. Not only did they damage my floor but I had requested the first technician not return to my home. On their 3rd visit to my home they sent the technician that I had requested not be sent out again. Hence this is the one that ultimately damaged my floor. Contacted extended warranty to have refrigerator fixed. A technician from Premier Appliance Services, FRANK, came out and was in home for less than 5-10 minutes at most. He never pulled the fridge out, took out a tool, meter, or anything, nor did he EVEN BRING ANY TOOLBOX IN THE HOUSE. I showed him a video of the refrigerator making noises and he opened the doors, took a picture of the model number placard and said he would research and order parts. I got an invoice with no notes on it and he then closed the claim and billed for it. 2 weeks later, no call, email, or anything and I contact the extended warranty and they tell me my claim was closed. I called Premier and as many others have said, they do not answer the phone. I got the high call volume recording. Finally Ken replied via email and stated that they were aware my unit still was not fixed, but there were no parts to replace. But, he also told me I would have to open a new ticket to have a new tech dispatched to diagnose and order parts if necessary. WHY tell me you need a new ticket if there was nothing to fix? Then I was told that the tech wrote on the notes "no issue found upon arrival" event hough I showed him a video of the fridge making noise, and he said they would order parts, and contact me to come back and install. NONE OF THESE THINGS were in writing on the invoice. It appears this company has a habit of collecting easy money for in home "diagnostics" where they show up for 5 minutes, never pull a tool or meter out and then claim they are going to order parts, and then you never hear from them again. The email responses I received contradicted each other and when I called this out, I was then told that "Frank" no longer is with the company. I personally don't believe this company. They have said a lot of contradictory things, and their honestly and reputation is definitely questionable. I would avoid if you can. If you get the same "experience" I would encourage you to report them to the Attorney General's Office, Texas Licensing Board, etc. BBB is ok, but better to report them to entities that can fine them, suspend their license, etc read more

We had a terrible experience with Premier and definitely would not recommend them. LG customer service contacted them to repair our refrigerator. They cancelled their first appointment at the last minute then showed up the next day. The repairman didn't even pull out the refrigerator to look behind it and only opened the doors and determined it was a compressor issue. I had told him that the compressor had been replaced just a few years ago, but he was certain it was the compressor. It only got worse from there. They never answer their phone and I called them many times over the course of the next three weeks. Communication was inky by text or email. They originally told us 3 to 5 days for the part to come in then kept changing the date when it was supposed to arrive. Finally, after three weeks of waiting on the part, they told us there was a National shortage of this compressors and it was on backorder with no ETA when it would arrive. At this point, I had already been in touch with LG customer service many times and kept asking for another service company. It was only after I escalated my complaint with LG customer service that Premier finally received the part and installed the new compressor. Ken at Premier told me that if I had any further problems to contact LG. After waiting for 2 days for my refrigerator to reach the proper temperature, we realized that the refrigerator was still not fixed. LG finally sent one of their own repair technicians out and we found out that it wasn't the compressor, but it was a faulty fan and was also leaking coolant. We found out that there was no national shortage of compressors either!! I went over a month without a refrigerator and got the runaround!! read more

We bought a new GE side by side refrigerator and when it arrived, the ice maker and water dispenser did not work. I researched and discovered it was likely a filter issue. Talked to GE and they assigned Premier for a warranty service call. The technician came to the house and verified that it was, indeed, the filter. So instead of fixing it, he told us we would have to get another filter from GE and that he didn't have one with him. The problem was a defective filter, which is covered under the warranty. How can Premier perform a warranty service call and not fix the problem? They will bill GE for a warranty service call for coming out and telling me I was right about the filter? They didn't offer to order one for us, didn't tell us anything other than WE have to order one from GE. Very unprofessional in my opinion. read more

I really wanted to like them. The initial diagnostic service was great. Unfortunately, they were unresponsive when trying to schedule the actual repair with parts. I would recommend skipping them entirely because unless you can do diagnostic and repair in the same day, it may not be worth it. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way so I'm going to have to pay for another diagnostic fee with a different service provider altogether since Premier Appliance is clearly not interested in my business. read more

We did not schedule directly with this company, but was assigned them via LG Repair Service. They came out quickly and diagnosed faulty compressor. Told us 5-7 days for the part. 7 days later I followed up with them. They told me parts not in. 12 days later I attempted to follow up again because they had failed to get back to me. I contacted LG who informed me the part was delivered to them in the morning on day 5. So they lied. I was finally able to get repair by contacting LG who escalated the request and pushed it through. Same here this company is so unprofessional and never responds back to calls and emails. Waited all day my window was 8am-12pm never never showed up never called to say they were running late. Kept leaving message no one would return my calls at least to say hey i'm running behind. Then he finally shows up at 445pm never opens up the washer just assumes its this certain part and says he has to order it and it would take 3-5 days to come in and this was on 3-17 now we are 3-28. I have used Premier Appliance Service two times. The first time went well. I got a quick appointment scheduled, parts were shipped directly to my home, Derrick showed up on time and made quick repair to my ice maker. When our washing machine went out in September, they were offered as an option for repair, so I chose them based on my previous experience. The initial visit from Derrick was on 9/23. He said some parts were needed. He gave a time estimate and left. There were delays getting parts (not Premier's fault), so he didn't come back until 10/31. He replaced the motor and the capacitor. It still didn't work. He returned on 11/7 and replaced the control board. It still didn't work. None of my complaint is with Derrick. He was polite, profession and on time every time. My complaint is based on the fact that I did not hear from them for three weeks. I have left several voicemails and did not hear back until 11/28. Their last response is that my ticket has been closed and I need to open another one. I will not request Premier Appliance again. read more

About a year ago, I bought a very nice Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe's for my apartment. I was tired of buying ice! I LOVE my pretty stainless frige and the ice is glorious. So imagine my surprise when 10 months in I get a recall notice about the ice maker - the sole reason I bought this! Mine was working fine, but given the warranty was about to go out, I went ahead and claimed my replacement. The process was smooth as glass. Electrolux was the manufacturer handling the recall. I was promptly sent a replacement with instructions on how to contact schedule my service. I was assigned to Premier Appliance Service. They've been wonderful! They communicated with me via an automated texting service and it works GREAT! I was given options and was able to schedule the replacement just days after receiving the new ice maker. Just as promised, a tech called me early this morning to let me know he was on his way. Mr. Derrick was the tech sent to me. His communication was perfect. He's a very nice gentlemen, very efficient and knows his products! Turns out, I have a Bosch made ice maker. My ice maker was replaced in minutes. Mr. Derrick also took a moment to show me how to replace the water filter. My fridge doesn't have the model and serial number where it was expected. This, honestly, was the hardest part of the entire process. I couldn't find it either when I went to make my claim. I had to call Frigidaire to get the info from my warranty. Mr. Derrick needed it, so he pulled the fridge out to get it from the back and took an extra picture with my phone so I would have it. This is service. And service with a smile! I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mr. Derrick and Premier Appliance Service. Great communication, responsive, polite, on time, fast service, and went above. I would also add, the company vehicle was a spotless white van with clear company information. I knew this was the right person to let in my house. I'd also add, Mr. Derrick was very respectful and wore a mask the entire time he was here. When Dallas County is seeing an uptick in COVID infections causing the county to list the risk as red level, it was nice to see a company protecting their employees and customers. All around 10/10.
