If I could give this company zero stars I would....WORST COMPANY EVER! I HAD to use this company for my second car because my credit wasn't as good as it is now. When dealing with their employees, good luck. It's like they have a program to pull people from the hood and place them in employment...totally incompetent! I kept receiving "fees" on my account that got up to $85. I called them about 15 times before I spoke to upper management about their website not properly applying my payments. 17 calls later, they gave me the $85 credit back again. Last month I attempted to make my payment online the day it was due and the website wouldn't allow me to do it, so I took a video proving I tried and was still issued a late payment. This company is a JOKE! Good luck if you are late with your payment, they offer NO GRACE PERIOD because they are considered a high risk loan company. Firstly, if you deal with JOSE LOVOS I am terribly sorry you have to talk with such a rude and heartless animal. Second, absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were great at first but that was only because I was a month ahead on my payments. I lost my job and could not make the next payment which was fine since I was ahead. After that everything went to a nightmare. I didn't even get behind in my payments, I just had to make them in intervals and that was not even good enough. It only took two months of that and having to skip a payment and they were hounding me day in and day out. I would get told one thing one day and the next day everything I was told previously was incorrect. I was hung up on, led around in circles and I never once got a straight answer from these people on any question I asked. Always very cryptic and generalized. I was given no chance to make needed repairs, I was given no cushion all because they said my account was less than six months old. This has been the worst finance company I've ever had to deal with. I brought a car back in 2011. Make sure you make your payments on time cause they are quick to have the car repo'd. I call the office after Anthony left me a message, they kept me on hold for over 20 minutes finally he gets on the phone I try to make a payment arrangement with him only asking for 3 additional days, he says he couldnt do it. No sooner than I hang up from him I get a text from All City Tow saying I have 2 hours to remove my belonging cause the car will be repo'd. I call back some random guy answers the phone I tell him I need to make a payment. He confirms the information he has in file then tells me my checking account info was incorrect yet I use the same account every month since 2011. He finally gets it right and take the payment. No one has called me nor have they taken the payment from my account. The other thing I dont like is on their website it just gives you basic information as well as the notices they send. I would like to see what my balance is and when my contract is due to end. They say May 2014 but it just dont add up. First of all, you don't have an option to make a payment at that place without paying a fee: no cash, you'll get charged a $12 fee if you use a personal check and credit card, and a $7 for telephone fee. Customer service is horrible. I usually don't do business with these kind of companies but the dealer I bought the car from recommended it so I thought why not? Anyways, their website is horrible with no information whatsoever... Oh, and you can make you payment online for $10. Communication in that place is horrible. If you talk with a person and have an agreement with that person make sure you call every other the department and notify them personally because you'll keep getting stupid calls from those dumb jackasses! Every employee is so damn rude and they try to get all up in your business. Today for the first time in forever I actually had Excellent customer service by Nasaria & Roxanne. They were just so nice and understanding of my situation and helped me out with my Payment extension. I will be 20 days late due to my new pay dates at my new job and all the other employees were being rude and threatening to repo my car when I have never been late before. I really don't understand why these guys have such bad reviews. Since the beginning I usually speak to a girl name Jessica who has always been more than helpful. However today I had the pleasure of getting a courtesy call from a guy named Amner (not sure of spelling) he called to let me know that my payment was due on the 11th I explained to him that I'm consistently 7 days late because of the way my pay period works. He went ahead and changed my due date to accommodate my pay dates. Not only that buy waived processing fees and informed me of better ways of paying to avoid further processing fees. He was great! Now I no longer have the headache of both my rent and car payment being due the same day. We all have to understand that like us these people have to work too and it is their job to call us and make sure we are staying in terms of our contracts... thanks for the great customer service today! :) read more

My husband and I have ALWAYS made our payments ON TIME. Last month we were a bit behind our bills so we decided to pay with money order (3 days before our time) I sent it priority mail and I had tracking confirmation on it. I checked to confirm it did arive on the 28 and I confirmed that the money order was cashed out on friday the 29th. my bill was due for the 31st. so longs story short they lost it....yup! tried to get me to pay again and on top with a late fee. Anyways my husband got in a argument with the supervisor and it went straight to hell. All because I supposedly wrote one digit wrong on the account. because of that I was still being charged a late fee..yup can you believe it!! find else where to get a loan. somewhere with a actual physical address and direct number to the corporate. They have you send money to a P.O BOX and the customer service are for what I call cashiers. Happy I paid my car off! All I can say is if you end up dealing with this company just pay on time, it's their job to harass you when you're late. I've taken them to the limit as far as having words with them because I was tired of the harassment from them, I felt like doing some G $#@! At times but at the end of the day i still owed that payment and when I paid I had silence from them. They know if you're dealing with them it's a 60/40 chance or better you'll default, if you do you lose your down, they take the whip and resell it maybe a couple times and make more money than the car is probably worth in the long run and your credit is damaged even more, they'll probably win in the long run. Best thing to do is make the payment, pay it off or refinance with your bank if and when your credit is strong enough providing your auto less than 6 years old and under 100thousand miles at some banks or credit unions. It starts off with their poor customer service skills at on the phone, online and lack of follow up. When transferred to "management" they try to bully you into making a payment then and there. (Not business appropriate guy) I tried to schedule a payment in the future and they had me fax over my personal information with a formal letter saying why I needed to switch my payment days. After faxing it over it took 7 months to roll by before I finally got the nerve to call and ask for the status. And guess what they said? I bought a car from a dealer 9/10/15; Premier Auto Credit turned out to be the loan company. In December when I made my payment I asked them not to use the card on file and when I call in January to make payment will give them new info. Come January I get a call from Julio telling me that the payment did not go thru I explained that when I made the payment in December i told rep do not use card . Asked that he take it off file he agreed. Come February the same thing happened. . These people do not listen. I made the payment. March came I received a payment reminder via email from Lawrence I emailed him back req a deferred payment due to had to move lease was up lost my father and just started a new job. Lawrence emailed me again reg payment reminder but he did have my new address nothing on deferred request that was a Thursday. On Monday my car was repossessed I called spoke with Sonia who transferred me to Francisco he told me that I would have to pay $957.40 to get car back. Later in the afternoon he called me telling me that they decided not to keep my contract and that I would have to deal with the dealer. I tried calling the dealer no one would ever snswer. I called Francisco back at the same time Anthony (mgr)was calling me . I explained what had happened he told me to wait that he would have to talk to his director snd c would get back to me if not later that day (Tuesday) then would be Wednesday morning. Never heard from him. Kept calling and leaving a messages no response. Called again this morning was told that I owed $957.snd that Anthony was in a meeting as with other managers. Just received a certified letter that was mailed same day car was repossessed showing that I owe $813.40..on the list shows payment due repossession fees past late fees which they never charged and deferrement fee. Unpaid telephone payment fees..Can someone explain. ..These people need to be shut down and all the people they cheated need to be compensated. "you have us because you have bad credit and no one else would help you" I couldn't believe what i was hearing. do not get signed with this company... was dealing with gilbert (so called manager) once he called because i was 3 days late. He was yelling at me, telling me how i just screwed him over because now he cant loan someone $6k, granted i have been helped with a due date change, but i have also been double charged on my same account at the same time 2 days in a row. but im pissed because i have already made a deal with them to make that payment on a friday, but they still called the wednesday before i had that arrangement. they demanded the money and claimed if i didnt pay before the manager left the office, that the vehicle will be out for reposession. this is literally a couple days after my payment date. (25th due, 29th they demanded payment or will have reposessed). i have tried to talk it out with them, i was getting paid that following friday, but still no budging. i was in the spot where i had to find out how to get that payment made, or turn in my car with a repo on my record, i had to take funds from my grandmothers funeral just to cover this car in a last minute scenario, they gave me 3 hours to do that or it will be on the list for repo they said. also the car is in the transmission shop and im having to pay that. next issue i have with this car or financial institute, i am definitly calling my attorney again. and btw gilbert... i have the attorney on speed dial, and with the 9 times this 2010 chevy impala goes into the shop again after the 6 months of me owning. i am calling lemon laws and you will pay me my full refund on this car and my payments ive made within the few months. you have provided funds to a dealer for this shitty car that im stuck paying 12k on a car worth only 2k. worst loan i have ever gotten my self into. good luck that any more issues i have with this car will be totally refunded... I cosigned on a vehicle for someone who did not pay their bill. Vehicle ended up being repoed with a balance due. I called and paid the balance in full, & requested a receipt via email & a letter for proof of pay off. I was told it was going to be sent on the day that I paid which was a Monday and never received a call.I called every day after that trying to reach a Ben Gomez who apparently is the supervisor to obtain the receipt in the letter. He never called me back and I finally got ahold of him 5 days later after demanding somebody else to let me speak to him. When he spoke to me I asked him if he could please be sure that the letter reference the account number and show the business letterhead and instead of being courteous and businesslike he responded by telling me he's been doing this for many years and he knows how to do it & for me not to ask him how to do his job. I responded by asking him to not be rude that I was simply just asking if he can please be sure that it would reference the account number and that it be on a business paper with the letterhead and which he turned around and told me that if I knew how to pay my bills on time this wouldn't even be an issue. I don't know what the hell he thinks i was doing when i paid off an almost 5K balance on a truck that wasn't even mine! Besides paying my bills, They don't even bother to return your phone calls and are very rude. I wasn't even the main person on the account but at least I was still paying off the balance so they can still get their damn money. read more

Wish there was an option for negative stars. This place is terrible. I too was lucky enough to deal with Luis the "manager". There is not a single person I have spoke with that has any customer service skills. I sent in all paperwork required for an extension and assumed everything was fine. Received a letter approx two weeks after request that said payment was past two, this is when I began calling the company to check status of extension. Three weeks into it they had no answer and no one would return calls. I was transferred several times, put on hold for at least 10 min at a time and told a different answer by each person. I was told the "manager" department handles the requests but they were reorganizing and they did not know who manager was, then I was told there is a manager but they are not allowed to give out name and he did not accept calls, finally told the manager was out that day. I eventually spoke with Luis the following day and he said it was denied, how convenient. I was also told they do not give a reason why, he then put me on hold for 10 min. which I have no idea why and I eventually hung up. I called back to request a payoff to hopefully refinance this loan somewhere else and was told the payoff and that if I did not make a payment that day the car would be repossessed. I did raise my voice a notch or two and simply said, you have got to be kidding me I have been trying to get an answer out of you guys for three weeks and the day you reject my extension you are going to repo it. And this lady says "you are raising your voice and at this point I will have to terminate the call, have a nice day". If you have a choice DO NOT do business with this company and if you are already in it try and get out. Completely unethical company! read more
