To make matters worse, they are not even BBB members, meaning you have no real way to hold them accountable. They know exactly how to get away with ruining your clothes without paying a dime. And trust me, who knows what they're really doing with your clothes? For all we know, they could be sending them somewhere else and cleaning them with thousands of other people's dirty laundry. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. A business that destroys customers' clothing and refuses to be accountable does not deserve to operate. I was able to quickly sign up and I was pleased to discover that they use the same detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets that I do. They even offer scent beads, color boosters, stain remover, and starch at no extra charge, also the same brands and fragrances that I use at home. My clothes were picked up the very next day with no fuss. Since this was my first instance using S-n-H I sent my clothes in a large, black garbage bag. I just left them on the porch and the driver retrieved them there. No doorbell ringing, or awkward handoffs. For those who may be wondering, they do offer same day service, but I didn't need mine that quickly. When I got my clothes back today, I was THRILLED with the results! They returned in a HUGE sturdy, re-usable bag with a large shoulder strap to make it easy to carry. This was the large size bag ($35) and you can fit a LOT into it, which makes it well worth the price. The clothes were neatly folded with no wrinkles. They wrapped each bundle in plastic to keep the clothes from unfolding or getting mixed up during transit. They even separated my clothes from my son's and put the towels/wash cloths in their own bundle, which will make putting them away that much easier. I felt that this step in particular went above and beyond, like they were thinking about the customer every step of the way. The clothes smelled amazing; just like they do when I pull them from the dryer here, only I didn't have to do any of the work I normally do. If you're looking to save time, or in my case pain, from having to do laundry at home, I highly recommend S-n-H! Their flat fee of $25 for small bags or $35 for large ones is more than competitive. Some specialty household items, like bedding, are charged separately, but those prices are also fair. And they don't measure by weight so you're not left guessing how much each load will cost. They use all the name-brand laundry products you'll find in the stores, and I really feel like they go the extra mile for their customers. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

But she had looked me in the eye three days before and told me a different price. Essentially, she lied. She examined the pieces beforehand, quoted me a price, and then didn't honor her quote. When I protested, she said other customers she charged $12, but for me, she charged $11, which doesn't make sense bc I saw her one time and I know I'm special and all, but it's not like we hit it off and she wanted to give me a discount. It wasn't that vibe. As for the quality, I have only worn one of the sweaters since and it doesn't seem very clean. It is pressed but it still has a lot of pet hair on it which is why I took it in. When I received my laundry back, half of it was laundered and half of it was dry cleaned. To be more specific, one pillowcase, one sheet and one comforter was dry cleaned. The other pillowcase, the other sheet, and the other comforters were laundered. When I inquired about the $284 charge, which should have been $42, the lady at the desk, was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, she accused me of hanging up on her. I asked to speak to the owner. She said the owner would not talk to us because she was busy and on the phone, but had offered a $35 credit towards future cleaning. "No thank you," I said, "I'd like to speak with the owner." She then proceeded to yell at me again. When I attempted to ask to speak to the owner again, she belligerently told me to stop interrupting and that she would hang up on me again if I continued. I have left several messages and have not received a phone call back from the owner. I would not recommend this place, my experience was horrible and I paid additional $238 for one dry cleaned pillowcase (it's mate was laundered as I ordered), one dry cleaned sheet (whose mate was laundered as ordered), and a dry cleaned comforter, which I did not order. To make matters worse my wife is allergic to perc (the dry cleaning ingredient) so we now have to take them elsewhere to be laundered so we can use them. I am not a person who leaves bad reviews. However, I have used wash and fold and dry cleaning services for over 30 years. (Not my first rodeo.) The level of overcharge compounded by rudeness is why I am writing this review. Stay away.
