They offer no service outside of business hours M-F. They do not have a customer service phone…read morenumber. [EDIT: They have a voice mail line, but you cannot reach a human.] All contact with them is through their app. If you leave a message on their app, they don't call back until the following business day. In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

The dry clean and alterations section of this laundromat regularly keeps very unreliable and unpredictable hours. Sometimes this place is closed when the posted hours clearly say it should be open.. Normally once in awhile is pretty acceptable, but this happens all the time here.

I received garments still covered in lint and pet hair, and quite wrinkled. I just feel that when you bring something home from a dry cleaner shouldn't have to still lint roll and iron it.
