If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. A few weeks ago I got into a car accident and I needed to get an inspection so I chose one close to my house. I had a very unpleasant, dishonest and unprofessional experience. I decided to take my vehicle to get a second inspection. I decided to bring my vehicle here to get the inspection. From the start, Sherry at the front desk was so helpful and nice. She had my boyfriend and I come in the same day we called, which was very convenient. Once we got to the shop, the location and environment was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It was a huge difference from the first experience I had, at the other place. The person that did our inspection was Jesus B. and he was great! He took the time to do a very thorough inspection, was very professional and made me feel comfortable as a customer that he knew exactly what he was doing. I was very pleased with this shop and their staff. They are a very honest shop. I highly recommend Premier Coach for any issues your having with your vehicle. Sadly I have had two occasions to use Premier Coach, the first was an encounter with a motorized gate which resulted in extensive damage to passenger side of vehicle which took a long time to get some parts from Germany, but the results were worth the wait, and the second was a garage door issue which was repaired and quickly I had my beloved car back. Unfortunately. we met Premier when my son's car was judged to be beyond repair. But, the reason for this review is the honesty of the employees, especially Sherry. We thought we had removed all personal items from the car. A day after that, she called to say the staff had found a $2-bill in the car. Most people would just pocket that and never say a word. But this is my son's "lucky" $2 bill. (Not lucky enough to help him avoid the accident that ended his car's life, but that's another story.) Sherry called to say they had found it and are holding it for me. If a place is that honest with a $2 bill, just think how honest it will be on a major repair. read more

If I could give this review a negative 5 stars I would. I was referred here by my Insurance company and seen that they specialize working with my Infiniti. I took my vehicle in for repair and was told it would take about 2 weeks. That definitely was not the case. It took 5 months for my vehicle to be repaired. I was told my part was on backorder and I understand things happen but nobody in the office communicated with me at all. My car was just sitting there.I had to be the one calling to check status. Finally got the manager involved then all communication stop with him as well. I showed up to pick up my car(not repaired yet) and the manager was clueless after I personally spoke with him over the phone. When I finally got my car fixed I had to take it back in because it wasn't repaired correctly and of course they went after my Insurance for the part when it was there fault and they should have taken care of it. I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. Horrible customer service. read more

The rear bumper, trunk, undercarriage, and frame of my car were damaged in an accident and Mercury sent me to Premier Coach. I have to give them credit because they were always very good with touching-base and informing me of anything new that they found needed to be repaired. I understand that they are a very high volume shop, but it took almost 3 months for them to complete the work. They assured me that my car would be their priority since after 3 weeks of being there they realized that the trunk needed to be replaced (you would think in a rear end accident, that they would have checked the trunk). Long story short, when I picked up my car, the bumper was not fitted properly and they hammered the heat shield into place instead of replacing the part. I let them know I was not happy and this is where they turned it around for me... They told me that they would do whatever it takes to make me happy as the customer. I got a call from the manager the next day and he told me that they replaced the heat shield and had the bumper refitted. When I picked up the car, it looked beautiful and better than it did before the accident. So, even after the long wait.. I have to say - Premier Coach is upfront, honest, and accommodating. My son was recently stationed in California and after only a month, someone ran a red light and hit his brand new Jeep Wrangler. My sons Jeep was at a Geico shop in Camarillo and the calls were being made by Geico vs the shop. The shop themselves told me that if it was their Jeep they would have it sent to a non Geico shop that is a certified FCA shop. I called Premier Auto on 1/15/2020@0932 and spoke with Aaron. I explained the ENTIRE situation and the delays we have already had and he said "we will take care of you" and told me he was familiar with the Geico agent and provided me with the agents boss's name and explained how awful Geico is- very understanding and I thought we were in good hands. I was told to have the Jeep towed over and it would take a day or two for the estimate. My son went to the shop at 1245 to meet with Aaron and sign the form. At that time, my son was told an estimate would be ready by Thursday, Friday at the latest- same as I was told. Friday came and I told my son to call the shop at 2 if he hadn't heard from them. My son called the shop around 330 and was given Daniel who told my son that they can't get an estimate done for 2-3 weeks and couldn't fix his Jeep for 3-4 months. I was not told this by Aaron or I would not have been had it taken there. My sons rental was only approved until Saturday without the estimate we were told was going to be done. I called and asked for Aaron and was given Daniel who told me he just spoke to my son and they can't get to it for 3-4 months. I asked why we weren't given this information when I initially called and was told "I have talked to my guys". I would have never had the Jeep taken there. Per Daniel he is the GM and he had been off and the file was on his desk when he came on Friday. I asked why we would have been told two days and now they can't do it and it's 3-4 months. I was told again "I have talked to my guys". Nobody EVER called my son to let him know this. This used days of my sons limited rental days and not a call from this shop after telling us they could do it and now they can't for 3-4 months and now he don't have an authorization for his rental and we will he paying out of our pocket until we can get an estimate. Daniel did pay for the Jeep to tow to another shop on Monday because we used the second tow to get it over to their shop. What a disaster for us and a serious lack of customer service at this shop! read more

This place is terrible. We only went here because our insurance company said it was the closest. It has been over 5 weeks for MINOR body work. They kept forgetting to call us when they couldn't move the car for 3 days because we forgot to leave a set of keys when we dropped it off- then they forgot to call us when they were waiting on "information" from our insurance company which delayed things for over two weeks. Then apparently they fired the guy that was handling our file for what I can only assume was incompetence. They were nice people just horrific to deal with.
