Bad customer service crappy work if i could I would give them zero stars. * when dropped car off came back that evening they left my car unlocked and same spot where I had left it *never received a call *changed pick up date x3 also didn't get a call but they told me they need more time "because guy had a baby" but didn't bother calling me until I showed up to get my car. *city library book went missing now I got sent to collections *wheels completely loose!! Thankfully made it home safe! *driver side mirror not working *they scratched the passenger side door had to wait another hour after i showed up so they can buff it. *checked the list before signing and inspected everything on list and I asked him if they changed the cold air intake he said yea and he said it was new so I popped hood open still same old broken one so they had to take it back a second time inside while I waited an hour for the scratch to be buffed out. *they scratched my driver door interior and broke my sun glasses* *and to top it off State Farm recommend me this place *so much more I can continue but I believe I've made my point read more

We had a rust issue just above the driver side windshield. It was an obvious manufacturing flaw that my insurance wouldn't cover. The repair/paint was done masterfully, the car was detailed before we picked it up and it looked like a brand new car inside and out, they even buffed out the headlights and fixed a light scratch along the drivers door unexpectantly. My BMW 535i got hit in the back and the person at fault had Mercury insurance. Called them just to check it out since it was recommended by Mercury. Decided to check it out before taking it to my preferred shop thats quite a distance away. But let me tell you that this was the best decision ive made. As soon as i pulled in and not even getting off my car, there was already a person (Logan) walking outside towards my car to chat with me. Looked like he has been working there so much just because of the amount of knowledge this guy had. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. he gave me the whole scoop about having to change my bumper and also gave me a timeline that i was happy with. Well guess what, they finished 2 days earlier. At first, i was a bit skeptical because i thought it might have been a sloppy job but man i was wrong. I got brand NEW BMW parts and are guaranteed for life. Had work done on my bmw328i. This place came recommend from my BMW dealership. Logan was wonderful. Super fast with the quote and worked out dropping my car off. Delilah started off ok on the phone- seemed to know what was going on. Said I had to leave a deposit bc it wasn't thorough insurance - called to do that and no one else seems to think I needed one bc there was no parts to be ordered. They had quoted 4 days but had told me it should really only take the 3 days. I called at 4pm on the fourth day to see what the time line looked like. They said tomorrow but would call me. Called the next day said it would be ready for pick up the fallowing day. ( day 7 if we are including the weekend) I showed up at 7:20. They don't open till 7:30. Waiting out said till about 7:35, went in and Delilah was cleaning and told me to wait while she had to "clean up after the boys". Figured it wasn't worth bringing up. Got the car around 8:15. She pulled it around. When I got it the low tire symbol was on for my back right tier. Went back in they told me it was bc it was cold that am & she insisted that she didn't see the warning when she starts the car. I'm from Chicago and know how that works- it shows for all four of its from being cold. They took the car in back for another 20 moms and just said it was low on air. I have run flats and had just gotten work done. Seemed odd. Sure enough I have a nail in the back tier. Super frustrating. The body work looks amazing & Logan was great. But come on man. I don't need to spend another $250 + more time in order to drive my car. I don't want to call and talk to Delilah again. Read other reviews- this just seems to be her. read more

I was happy with the repair work, but when I returned due to an error message regarding a faulty brake light I was met with an unpleasant reception by the same girl who had been so nice before. She jumps in my car and throws it into reverse with me yelling for her to stop because she left the hand brake on! Logan was nice enough to fix the error message, but I was really put off by the rudeness of the front desk. She seemed angry with me for correcting her mistake. Really?! Then I had to listen to her slam the phone down while I waited and on top of that she didn't even look up when I thanked her for her assistance on my way out. An apology would have gone a long way, but instead I now feel very uncomfortable with this place and would not return, even though I felt the repair work was good. I struggled with choosing Premier Coach because although I live in Ventura, I work in Santa Barbara so I thought it would be really inconvenient to drop my car off and pick it up. I decided to go with them based on reviews. I'm a picky person so I was very specific what damage needed repaired.No questions asked, everything was taken care of! There were a few parts that needed ordered from overseas and I was amazed at the efficiency and quality of their work. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! My brand new Audi Q5 was rear ended on the 101 Freeway less than 24 hours after picking it up from Rusnak in Westlake Village. State Farm Insurance gave me a list of their preferred auto collision shops. After careful review of shops that were recommended, I decided to take my vehicle to Premier coach - even though they weren't Audi certified, they were Porsche approved and I figured they would be my best choice. Well, I wasn't disappointed. I met with Kyle Daley who looked at my vehicle, ordered the required parts, repaired and replaced the entire rear end. It took 3.5 weeks to get my car back and I believe they did as good a job as could ever be expected. There was over $14,000 in damage to my automobile. Kyle's demeanor was one of calmness - which I needed after my brand new car is now damaged goods. Brooke would call me every Tuesday and Thursday and give me updates on my car... it was very appreciated. Premier Coach customer service was outstanding and so far I find their work to be of the highest quality. Thank you Kyle, Brooke and Premier Coach. This goes to the camarillo location. I took my truck in there for a collision my insurance recommended me to take it there. My truck came out about a week after it went in, it was dark when I picked up my truck. The next day I noticed that there was a line where they masked my hood, it was so obvious and also the rocker panel on my door was scratched and it was peeling off a week after. The screws were not placed properly on my fender walls also. I spoke to the manager and he said he would paint my whole hood and fix the rocker panel and the fender walls. They buffed it and it looked better, but they needed 2 more days to so that. it sucked I had to take it back I didn't have my work truck for about 2 weeks in total time read more

Had one of my vehicles repaired here last week. I've been here before when they were still calling themselves EPR. after a couple of bad experiences I refused to give them any more business. Thought the new name might have brought a positive change. Well it's still EPR as far as I'm concerned. Although the repair work seems to have been done well, it was a small job didn't require too much effort, the passenger side front fender had a small scrape. it's the resulting lack of honesty that I find deplorable. When I originally took my car in, an employee named Scott Wodin commented on the unique tail pipe extension on my car. "I've never seen one like that". I laughed and told him that with so many similar cars I needed some individuality. I returned a few days later to pick up my car at 5pm. I rushed to the shop on my bicycle, so after inspecting the repair, quickly loaded the bike in the back of the car and went home. The next morning when I went to leave I noticed that the tail pipe extension was missing. I returned to the shop to find that Scott no longer works there. The explanation i was given was that the pipe may have been stolen while the car was parked outside the shop. Maybe, but methinks not. The shops manager did however offer to pay for a replacement. Well, I discovered another interesting thing the other day. The insert that sits inside the door pull to hide the screws in the panel is missing on the passenger side. How often does one look there? I only looked when I happened to notice the driver's side insert was in backward. I'm sure that wasn't stolen while the car was parked outside. Besides who would want that. Now I'm waiting for a day I have time to spend at the dealership to see if there has been any other tampering or missing pieces that I haven't noticed, such as removal of the air bag or a disconnected wire or who knows what else. I had hoped that EPR had changed more than just the name but seems it's the same old place after all. A nice new waiting room and new name hasn't made it a trustworthy place to bring my vehicle. read more

Brought in my 911 with a torqued front lid. Not sure exactly what was wrong, but it didn't look right and didn't always close properly, and there was a wide gap between the front of the lid and the bumper. They spent 2 hours measuring the car and told me one of the front fender was rolled out slightly from an earlier collision. I brought it back the next day and they spent most of the day on it. I got it back and it looks new! Hood closes perfectly too! Very reasonably priced. read more

For Starters, when you walk into the place, you think you are at a 5 star hotel. The waiting area has big screen TV's, leather couches, and lots of friendly amenities. like a classy coffee bar. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. All of the above is just the cherry on the cake, because the quality of work received for the dollar amount spent is incredible. I brought my 2000 Toyota Camry there in hopes it could be restored to its former glory. It took two days for Premier to work its magic, and I am so pleased with the results. My hero! Logan Podell at Premier. Scenario: unfortunate meeting of the front of my TESLA with a neighborhood gate wall - late on Friday with a 7 hour drive to get back to the Bay Area. Both TESLA and my insurance carrier recommended Premier. I now know why: not being from the area, I didn't know where to turn. I had the car towed to Premiere to confirm that the car was driveable, since I had to make my way North over the weekend and couldn't leave the car. In very short order (with no appointment or heads-up) late Friday afternoon, Logan asked his team to drop everything and make sure my ride was functioning. Within 15 minutes, he had me back on the road. But as if that wasn't enough, he waived off my offers to pay for the inspection - despite the fact that I will have the body work done by another shop up North! First class organization with a heart of gold! PLEASE consider premier for whatever work you need for your TESLA (or other premium make/model). Tell them the idiot who hit the accelerator instead of the break, that they took pity on, sent you. You won't be sorry. read more
