I recently caused damage to my front bumper on a two-week old car. I dreaded hearing how much it was going to cost me to make the repair. Two, separate dealerships recommended Premier Coach Auto Collision, and I called. I called and they were able to get me an appointment the same day, and I met with Logan. When I got there, I was ready for the worst. Logan was the ultimate professional. He surveyed the damage and made a couple of suggestions that I had not considered. It turns out I did not need as much of a repair job as I had anticipated, and instead of charging me as much as he could. The car looks as good as new, and I've found my new preferred body shop for all my future needs. It was clear to me that to Premier Coach, treating a customer well to ensure a long term relationship, was more important than gouging folks for the most they can. Avoid this business!! My insurance company recommended them after a bad accident. They had my car for a moth and still neglected to fix the alignment, a cracked rim, flat tire, secure the door and roof trim, and fix a leaking windshield washer tank. I had to return 4 times, most things were fixed but they didn't want to look at the fluid tank. In retrospect I should have contacted my insurance but alas... they received $13k from my insurance and to this day I'm driving without being able to wash my windshield. AVOID!!! Update: someone from this company left me a message. What irritates me is that it took a negative Yelp review for them to even consider doing the right thing eleven years later. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix the problem in the past. Sorry folks, but I wouldn't trust you with my car again. read more

I took my car to be repaired and their service was very poor. There was no communication unless I called and asked about my car's status. They could not give me an ETA until I involved my insurance and would tell me the same excuse for a whole week. Poor lack of communication amongst all the workers. Car has been there for coming up on 3 months and every time I call a worker tells me something completely different from the last worker. I really don't want to write this review, but I am so upset right now about how they are handling my estimate and pictures. I went into their business to get two different estimates on my car. I was told they would email the results and costs the next day. Well it never was sent to me, let alone my insurance adjuster. I waited a week and nothing, I call and once again nothing was sent, then I call again a week after to find out what is going on with my estimate and pictures. I am calling my insurance company to get updates and to find out if they received the estimate and pictures and again nothing. I call again to Premier and they keep telling me the adjuster never called and my insurance adjuster says they have called 3-4 times only to leave a message. I am at my wits end. The problem with my car is slowly getting worse. No one should ever have to dragged along like this. read more

These guys are awesome. The best. My car did take a solid 3 weeks for a 4 panel side swipe. But it was worth the wait. Anthony is the man. They got the whole thing perfected, painted and blended to the side panels without any evidence of something wrong. Disclaimer: the first time I got the car back, it had swirls all over the hood and driver's side door from the buffing machine on the clear coat as well as a small scratch on my tint that wasn't there before they began the work. I told them about those two things and they took car back fixed it quickly. The car now looks better than when I bought it. Sought them out because they are a certified repair center and the parking lot was all nice cars. I would trust them with my Bugatti or Lambo if I had one. This place is legit I was devastated to wake up and seeing my vandalized . After making a police and insurance report. I started looking for a body shop. All the Porsche certified shops near my location did not work with State Farm. Which was very strange to hear. To make matters worse all the places that State Farm sent me to .Were not Porsche certified and would not work on my car. They quoted me over $4,000 cash I called a dealership and they referred me to this place. I could not be happier, not only did they do a great job on my car. This is the second time I've had the opportunity to use premier coach auto collision. The unfortunate part is I was in an accident both times that were not my fault. However this is part of what premier coach does so well. That being handling everything with such fine Percision and being so thorough that it does not add any additional stress. From the person who answers the phone to the final walk-through after the car has been completed, everyone is kind and courteous and they go out of their way to make sure that they are taking care of you. The work that is done on the vehicle is just as exemplary. They did have my car for almost 3 months because of the The damage from the person who hit me. However before they were able to get all of the details from the driver of the other vehicles they did everything they could do ahead of time, ordering parts contacting insurance companies and anything that they could do to help speed up the process. They are very good at keeping you up-to-date and getting the work done as quickly as possible without jeopardizing the final product. I went to Premier Coach today 2/16/2021 as my car door on drivers side was hard to shut, I would have to slam it to make it close. Due to winds recently that were so strong it pulled my door back and made it bounce causing this. When I pulled into Premier I was greeted by front office girl who asked Logan to look at my door and Logan asked if he could drive it in back to have mechanic look at it. He wasn't gone more than 10 minutes and he then asked me how door is now and could not believe how smooth and easy door was to shut. Amazing he didn't even charge me. Premier was recommended by my dealer as the go to place for body work when my truck had a fair deal of damage across the majority of the left side. The walk in visit took maybe 10 minutes and included filling out contact details and an agent taking pictures of the damage. The next day I had an estimate including how long I can expect the repairs to take. The time seemed accurate for the amount of work which needed done and the price was covered fully by insurance. During the process I was kept in touch about progress and if there was any deviation on the timeline. The only change that happened with the timing was that I was able to get my truck a week earlier than expected. The detail of the work was superb and I couldn't tell there was anything ever wrong with the truck. The paint and clear coat looked fantastic and the new matched the old incredibly. Since then I've had two more needs for body work on my cars and Premier was the shop which fixed each additional vehicle. Each visit reinforces the notion that it was a good choice. read more

So, my car was totaled. The only good part of any of this was working with Premier coach. They handled everything, from getting my car towed to their facility, keeping in touch with me while they did an inspection and then when the insurance company came in to do an inspection. I did not have to do much of anything except start looking for a new car. I receive texts and a few phone calls from them, but it was to keep me updated on the status of the insurance assessment.
