Sent out like 10 requests for quotes for a torn off passenger mirror, and out of everybody, Premier Collision Center by far had the lowest quote, so that's an immediate plus. Somebody had somehow sideswiped my passenger side of my car while I wasn't there and left some significant scratching on the doors and fender (all the way down unfortunately) and completely blew off my passenger side mirror. Talked to Geovanny and Chris with the initial quote, and they were incredibly quick with responses, which was another plus. After seeing the quote, I called them to set up an appointment to take my car in. Asked Chris for an appraisal on the body damage as well, and it being such large scratches all the way down the car, it required complete re-painting of both passenger side doors, along with a bit of the rear bumper, so obviously the price went up, which is understandable. The best part of my experience is that Chris told me that due to them having to order the mirror from the manufacturer, it would likely take 2 weeks, up to 3 or 4 weeks, to get my car ready to go, so I was prepared for that. However, I got a call from Geovanny saying my car was ready for pickup just one week after I had dropped it off. That was incredible! Now, the only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars and not 5, is that once I got my car, I noticed my right turn blinker was going WAY faster than usual, so I knew something was wrong. I looked it up online, and it said that something was wrong with the bulb. I ordered some replacement bulbs from AutoZone at like 12 bucks a pop, and when I went to install it, I peeled back the covering to see that the rear right turn signal was left unconnected, which was the reason for the fast turn signal indication. Simple click into place, and it was fixed. No need for a new bulb. Overall a GREAT experience with this group, it was just a bit unfortunate that something that simple was left unchecked or unnoticed in the end. read more

Needed to have some pretty significant work done on the sliding side door of my minivan so that my vehicle warranty would fix an issue with the latch. The five-star reviews caught my eye, and Geo was very responsive when called for an appointment to get a quote. The quote was actually less than I was expecting which was a pleasant surprise. He did mention upfront that there was the possibility of an increase in the cost because of some pretty deep damage that was done that they wouldn't be able to be certain of without doing more looking; and he was kind enough to call and let me know of that when they figured that out, and the increase was nowhere near as much as even some of the starting quotes I got from other places. The end result of PCC's work was really quite astounding, considering the original damage. It really looked like the side of the door was completely new. The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 (and I wish I could make it 4.5) is that there was a pretty significant delay in the repair. We dropped the car off on Sept 27, and were going on a long trip out of state the next day so that we wouldn't be bothered with being down to one (smaller) car. Geo let us know that was not a problem and the car would likely be done by the time we were back on 10/5, maybe a bit later. It ended up being about a week later, 10/13, that the car was finally ready for pickup. We were expecting a slight delay after we returned from the trip, but a week was a surprise. I also had to follow up with PCC myself to get updates on the status, instead of receiving the communication from them. At the end of the day, I was pleased with the result, and I have no doubt that we will go to PCC in the future to repair some of the other damage on the vehicle in the future. read more

Started off great. Car took longer than expected to be finished. Got my car back and expressed my concerns to the person which was the porter who gave me my car since the person handling my claim went home early that day. Gas was left on empty and no one followed up on that. They told me they were going to take of it but they wouldn't not accommodate with a rental. Keep in mind they had my car for over a month and exhausted my rental coverage. Took my car to a different repair facility and they notified me that their was more damaged on the car and the repair went up by half of what they told me. Will not take my cars to them.
