Geovanni is super informative and patient. He takes the time to explain everything to me and how the process goes, what is better for my car, other options, like literally everything. We decided to go with our auto insurance. Geovanni takes care of everything for us. Honestly the process is pretty straightforward, we barely have to do much. It took us about 1 week to get our car back, and Thank God we have our parts ordered ahead of time. I cannot say enough good things about premier collision center! I have a Hyundai Tucson and had slightly bumped a curb that was higher than I thought. No damage done cosmetically aside from some scratches on the bottom of the bumper. However, Hyundais front collision avoidance sensor apparently is super sensitive and became disabled from the incident . It would go off occasionally enough to be slightly annoying. I took to the dealer and without even taking off the bumper to see if the sensor was damaged, they said it needs a whole new sensor for $4000! What the heck! I called them 3 times to ask if they can just see if the sensor was actually broken and they persists until eventually they said they could take off the bumper but it's have to be the following week since the technician went home (0300pm) . Annoying. But I digress this is not a bad Hyundai review, this is about the amazing service we received at premier. My husband called and Gio came to our rescue! He listened and valued our ideas and opinions, and looked up parts with us instead of dismissing my research. While the facilities were clean, turnaround time was amazing considering it was the week of Thanksgiving, and they fixed my car for alot less, customer service was where they won our business! I felt heard and not pressured, like they just wanted to help instead of making money off us. I will be referring all my friends and family moving forward. He even called a few days later to make sure the car was working. I am so appreciative to Gio and his team. 10 stars! read more

I have a 2013 Jaguar XF and I love my car, but the paint had really deteriorated in the last 5 years and it was an eye sore.
