It's a small thing, but--the communications from Removery about upcoming appointments were friendly reminders, no marketing going on--no pushiness just because Removery could text me whenever it felt like it! The way my experience with Removery was--I would say Removery is competent, and more than competent, it has great expertise to offer, and is honest, professional, and trustworthy. Oh! And my two tattoos that desperately required removal-?--they're completely gone! OK, one teensy weensy, teeny tiny black dot, but you won't see it unless you're looking for it. I believe I have had 6 or 7 sessions and the tattoo is almost completely gone. I've seen considerable progress after each session. Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place. Besides being overpriced, their laser doesn't work and actually has a class action lawsuit due to its' ineffectiveness. Unfortunately the only parties to benefit from the lawsuit are the shops - not the clients. After 10 sessions at Hindsight, I switched to Enfuse Med Spa and it's now totally gone in just 3 treatments and the appointments were HALF the cost.

From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work.
