The person who removed my tattoo was competent and friendly throughout--she obviously had great experience and expertise--she was confidence-inspiring and also friendly, and also a font of information about tattoo removal, if I had questions or was just interested. It's a small thing, but--the communications from Removery about upcoming appointments were friendly reminders, no marketing going on--no pushiness just because Removery could text me whenever it felt like it! The way my experience with Removery was--I would say Removery is competent, and more than competent, it has great expertise to offer, and is honest, professional, and trustworthy. Oh! She is very honest and told me up front finger tattoos can be VERY stubborn. With her precise work and the Picosure laser I've had very good results. I believe I have had 6 or 7 sessions and the tattoo is almost completely gone. I've seen considerable progress after each session. Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place. Besides being overpriced, their laser doesn't work and actually has a class action lawsuit due to its' ineffectiveness. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. I was very disappointed with my CoolSculpting experience at LaserAway…read more I was told that two sessions should be sufficient for my frame. After completing both sessions, I was unhappy with the results and did not feel the treatment was worth the cost or discomfort. I raised my concerns with LaserAway, and Brian from Client Experience responded on March 25, 2023. His recommendation was to purchase additional treatments, with a 25% discount on additional applicators. That was frustrating because I had already completed the number of sessions I was originally told should be appropriate. I responded to Brian on April 5 explaining that I was disappointed with the results and did not plan to purchase more sessions. Danielle was copied on the email. I received no response. On April 11, I had to follow up again and ask whether anyone planned to respond to my previous email. I understand that results from cosmetic treatments can vary. My issue is how the situation was handled. I relied on the recommendation I was given, was unhappy with the outcome, and the solution offered was simply to purchase more treatments. When I explained that I was not interested in spending more money and was dissatisfied with the service, my email went unanswered. Overall, I would not recommend CoolSculpting at LaserAway based on my experience.
