Let me preface this by saying I typically do not write reviews, but PHIG (Rob C.) was nothing short of amazing and extremely efficient! So I just had to! I was recommended to Premier Inspection (Rob C.) by my mortgage broker as I was in the process of securing a FHA 203k loan as a first time home buyer. If you know anything about this type of loan, the paperwork is endless and reports (inspection, feasibility) need to be completed timely. Rob was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps that would be necessary in order to satisfy the banks needs and protect me the consumer. Every question I asked he had a solution and could explain things in terms that were understandable. Upon completion of the inspection the reports were provided in a timely manner (same day). I called Premier for an inspection on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for Saturday. Ed came out to do the inspection. He arrived on time was extremely thorough, courteous and professional. He took the time during and after the inspection to point out important details, explain everything, and answer all my questions. I was mailed the full report the next day and was able to go over with him on the phone any additional questions I had. He really took his time with me and as a result I feel that I fully understand the report, feel safe and confident in his assessments and am prepared to address any potential issues in the future. Landon was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous - paid much attention to details. I'm very satisfied with his detailed report of the property along with photos and explanation of each finding (with recommendations on fixes). He really took the time to inspect the house from top to bottom (got on the roof), including inspection for termites. The report was ready the next day.
