Update 4/18/25: DO NOT HIRE Premier Landscaping or trust Alan. I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this company. After completing work on my pavers last year, I noticed them drifting apart from the center less than six months later. I reached out to Alan on January 25 to express my concern. He responded quickly, asked for photos, and told me he'd take care of it -- especially since the job came with a two-year warranty. That was the last time he was prompt about anything. Since then, it's been a string of broken promises, no-shows, and long periods of being completely ghosted. He would occasionally resurface with yet another excuse -- his team lead was sick, someone else was on vacation, then his truck was stolen (he even sent me a security video of the theft, which now seems like emotional manipulation). He'd promise to come by again, only to disappear. This has dragged on from January all the way into late April -- with no resolution. From reading other reviews, I've realized I'm not alone. This seems to be a pattern: excuses, ghosting, and complete disregard for the warranty he makes you sign at the start of the job. That document feels more like a tactic to make his business appear legitimate -- but it's not honored. Premier Landscaping is barely operating with any integrity, and based on my experience, Alan is not trustworthy. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I encourage anyone else who has had a similar experience to do the same. Not even sure where to begin with this. Alan was hired in September to built us a Sports Court in our backyard. Initial call / meetup was very good, he came on the day he said he would and seemed very professional / knowledgeable on the subject ,etc. He had told us it can be poured / finished within about two weeks, and painted by end of October. Well here we are January and court isn't finished, paint isn't done, and we're extremely livid with how this has been handled. We felt very confident hiring Alan / Premier as our sports court builder. Unfortunately after the first meetup the rest of the project was a disaster, and now Alan has absolutely ghosted us and our project. First big mistake was putting the court over our in-ground irrigation system / grass, which led to a leak under the concrete that was poured, which led to concrete cracking all over the brand new sports court (unreal!). I kept telling Alan are you sure we can pour over the irrigation, lets just remove it, etc, but no, the workers he hired just poured AB Base right over the sprinklers, then went digging to "cap" them off instead of properly removing all the lines at the source. I told him I wanted a re-pour because of all the cracks in the court, but he had said it's post tension and these are just "superficial" cracks which are normal - we agreed to have a third party come out to inspect it (AZ Foundation Solutions) who said they can inject foam under the sports court (after the irrigation issue is fixed) to help make sure the ground is stable underneath the concrete. AZ Foundation quoted around $5k and Alan said he would fully take care of it. He paid the deposit to start, and now they need the balance and Alan is nowhere to be found! AZFS is now threatening to put a lien against our home if we don't pay the balance, a balance that Alan promised to pay! The other huge issue we're running into is that part of the sports court deal was a acrylic painted sports court surface. The painter did the prep work and we've now been waiting weeks for the paint to go down - I texted the paint guy and he said he is waiting for payment from Alan, who also has ghosted him and isn't responding to calls/texts/etc! So now we are stuck with a bill from AZFS for the concrete foam which is a few thousand, and have an unfinished sports court that still needs thousands of dollars in paint. Numerous call/texts to Alan have gone unanswered, and I told him if I don't hear back by today I am filing a complaint with the ROC as I'm out of options here. I will report back how this ends once the ROC steps in. Stay away from Alan Razcon and Premier Landscape Developments! They will take your funds and then ghost you, leave you with a giant mess and endless headaches! read more

BEWARE!! The owner, Alan will "ghost" you and leave your projects for weeks at a time! Once he gets your money, you are at his mercy to come back and continue. We were told our project would be done in 2 weeks and it ended up taking close to 3 months!! Alan was very quick to take our money and demand more money during the project BEFORE certain phases were complete. He sent workers that were not following the plan and no one was able to get in touch with Alan for direction! We were given plants we did not order and were stuck with plants that died within a couple of weeks. Alan was rarely at the project and his workers spoke Spanish so it made it difficult to communicate with them when there was a problem. He assured us he was able to fix our irrigation system, but we had to hire another company to fix his mistakes! The whole process was a frustrating, costly and a HUGE disappointment! We ended up asking them to leave before everything was complete because we just wanted him and his crew OUT! It was worth it to pay other companies that were reliable and competent and get our yard back and save our sanity. read more

Landscaping redesign, thorough refresh of about 100 small and large plants, trees & rocks, and a complete irrigation install. We are from the Northeast and didn't know much about desert landscaping. Since we moved here 7 years ago we hired folks on a one off basis to do the minimum maintenance at the lowest cost, thinking I'll get to it when I can put the needed time in to do it right. With Alan's teams' help, we did it right. I scanned reviews on multiple platforms and narrowed it down to 5 landscapers. 4 came out and 3 submitted bids. Alan was good to work with and easily won my confidence... submitting an affordable proposal and listening to what I was looking for as i wanted to be somewhat hands-on during the process. Alan Razcon, the owner of Premier Landscapes, took my money and ghosted me. Alan had perfect communication until I paid the 50% deposit of almost $2000 and then he ghosted me. I chose to work with Alan because he was a friend of a family member, which made me believe I could trust him, but that was a mistake. I hired Alan for a paver project totaling $3850. I paid the 50% deposit of $1925 on 7/23/24 and scheduled a start date of 8/2/24 and was told it would be completed in 3 to 4 days. Nobody showed up on the scheduled start date and there was no communication. I called Alan and left a message to which he responded three days later with a text saying his project manager was sick. That was the last I heard from Alan for over a month. I called, texted, and left voice mails with Alan multiple times requesting an update on when and if my project would be started with no reply. A family member texted Alan during this time acting as a potential customer and Alan responded within 5 minutes, but didn't respond to my text I sent shortly after. Alan finally responded on 9/11/24 after 37 days of no communication with just another excuse claiming he was sick. After no contact from Alan for over a month, I had to move forward with a different company due to a scheduled delivery date for a hot tub. I requested a refund from Alan multiple times which he would not do, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company, to which Alan provided a fraudulent response. I am still trying to get my money back from Alan after more than 2 months. Alan with Premier Landscape is untrustworthy and unreliable and I absolutely would not recommend. read more

Update: after my previous review Alan reached out and came to see the area of concern. He sent a guy out to dig up the irrigation box and it was determined the leak did not come from work he did but from a line in the front yard. It was a coincidence that it began leaking after our project was completed. We are still satisfied with the quality of work Premier Landscape Developments has done for us. read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND OF ALAN - the owner. I selected him/company to install turf in my front yard. He initially installed the turf incorrectly, when I told him that its crooked, it took about a week for his people to come and fix it. Soon afterwards, the original grass started growing through the turf. I contacted him about this, he said that he had sprayed the chemical to kill the grass and poured sand already, but he will come to do it again. He never came. I started calling and texting him yet he received no reply for nearly 2 months. When he finally did text me, he said that he had sent his workers to fix the problem. This was a lie and NOONE ever came and the grass kept growing. I had to pull the grass out by hand. Then he played the ghost game again when I called/texted him. Another couple of months later, he responded and said that he will come to fix the problem, and yet again he NEVER came. This entire situation is very disappointing because even though I received lower quotes from other companies, I selected him to do the job because he is a friend of my nephew. I waited to post this review in the hopes that he would fix his mistake, yet to this day he has not. Very disappointing. read more
