This office/clinic deserves 5 stars! I had my car accident in Jan 2022 and I was referred by my lawyer to Premier Chiropractic due to great reviews of this place and Dr. Kwan and his staff.  Dr. Kwan is an amazing doctor and he truly listens and pays attention to all your concerns and will make a great treatment plan for you. He is also very proactive to make sure that his orders are being done accordingly. He is also very knowledgeable of the steps and process if your reason for treatment is from an injury or car accident.  His staff, Pinky, is also wonderful. Always ready to answer questions via phone call, text or email. The massage therapists, Adriana and Elise, at this office are wonderful.  You will really fall asleep during the sessions. They will also share with you regimens that can be done at home.  The office is very clean and they always sanitize it from one patient to another.  I am grateful to have known Dr. Kwan and his office! Parking: Big lot, plenty of parking. Customer Service: All staffs are great and they are willing to work with your hectic schedule. Great clean place with exceptional service. For the first time adjustment Dr.Kwan will recommend an x-ray, then there is the consultation and adjustment. If you're in a lot of pain, I suggest doing the massage after to relax the muscles so your adjustment lasts. Think it's time for me to get an update on my physical health. I still come in regularly for my routine tuneup. The concerns I have about my posture and the uncomfortable pain that I feel has definitely subsided to a minimum. I waited a few weeks before reviewing because I wanted to make sure the results I was seeing were real. I've been skeptical of chiropractors ever since I had a negative experience with one a few years ago. However, my back pain was so bad that I was desperate and decided to make an appointment. Dr. Kwan is one of the most accommodating professionals I have ever interacted with! He goes out of his way to fit appointments into my schedule, even if it's not most convenient for him. His prices are also extremely reasonable, and I never feel that he is trying to sell me any unnecessary gimmicks. Most importantly, I have been able to work 9 hour days on my feet with little to no back pain! I have struggled with back pain for years so this is a huge deal. I love Dr. Kwan's comprehensive approach where he evaluates you as a whole person, lifestyle included. He also dedicates part of the appointment to doing stretches and exercises to help address the root cause of the pain. It's so refreshing to see improvement through exercises rather than being told to pop a Motrin or purchase expensive equipment. It's been many years searching for the right chiropractor and I have found him thanks to my friends. I've always had a messed up back since I was younger and recently made it worse. Since then I've been to different chiropractors who just put me on a rolling table to "work out" the pain. Or other ones who just jump on my back getting one crack and saying "there you go" but I'll still same pain I went in with. Dr. Kwan took x-rays of my back and located the issue. After he did his adjustments and actually get my disc back into place, my pain in my lower-back is gone. There is still more work to be done since my back is really bad but the main thing was making my pain go away. The doctor is not bad. The business however is shady. The other reviews here I think are because of his badminton buddies. I called in before going in and provided them my insurance policy Number and they said they would take it. However when I was done with the initial session they charged me more than what I had previously co-paid with another cairopractor. I thought that was strange but maybe it was just the initial session. When I went back again Dr. Kwan showed me areas of my leg and back to work on but when I left he charged me $85! This was enormous compared to the $20 I had paid before with another cairopractor. He also ripped me off by selling me "long" exercise bands that were double the price of what I could've bought at Walmart. Then when I called to check with my insurance company how they're processing the claims, they said they didn't receive anything from Premier. When I tried to get more info on this, Premier just tried to get me to make another appointment whiteout answering my questions about the claim. They even texted me instead of calling me. Below is what they said - "Jacky, if none of this is making sense for you, you are better off seeing a provider that is in your network. Contact your insurance company for a list of providers in your network." Seriously, wow. Unprofessional and shady. Don't go here. read more

Wow... I was referred here by my friend Joanna. You walk in and it's super clean along with them following Covid protocols. The dr who adjusted me was amazing. He took his time and really loosened me up. Now.. The massage therapist Blaize... he was beyond amazing. I have never had a massage like that. I had no clue I was so tight. Dr Kwan is amazing! I went to physical therapist for 5 weeks and was told that I would need to have a surgery since my back was too damaged. I couldn't walk more than 1K steps nor sit too long. Dr. Kwan performed an improper shoulder girdle adjustment some time ago. I saw Dr. Kwan per recommendation of a friend. I used to be an avid player of tennis. 3 years later, I have developed severe thoracic outlet-like symptoms, cervical instability, and I am now a candidate for epidural injections and spine surgery. All chiropractors are quacks, and can cause death or injury to patients, this man is dangerous. Avoid him at all cost. I've went in with many aches & concerns: left ankle pain, left knee pain, right shoulder pain, and lower back pain. Many were old injuries from high school days, so I was skeptical whether any of it would heal. Dr.Kwan not only relieved a majority of the pain, but he told me ways to reduce it on my own with simple exercises. His professionalism, courteousness & knowledge definitely makes him my first choice in seeking for pain relief. I see myself as I do any car: get checked up once in a while to make sure everything is aligned, moving properly, and is healthy to operate for the next few months. This being said, I treat it like an oil change. Every few months, I'll have him do a check up, of course unless I'm injured. I've been going to Dr. Kwan for 2 years now. I originally came here for lower back pain and I quickly found out some of the problem was an angled back (not sure of the technical term). He found this through taking an xray at his facility, that same first visit. We also found out, some of the problem was a few bulging disks (old age is fun). Nothing much he could do about that other than recommend and showing me exercising / stretching & monthly maintenance visits. My bulging disks have not gotten any worse since then. Not only did Dr. Kwan's adjustments correct the angulation of my back, but each visit he goes through leg and back stretches. Also included in my visits (which I chose) is a professional massage to help loosen my back! I also noticed that he makes it a point to continuously educate himself on the latest and greatest cutting edge technologies for back / neck pain management. I highly recommend Dr. Kwan! read more

After a rigorous night of exercise, I was so sore and could barely walk. I had terrible sleep and almost fell getting out of bed in the morning. I've never been to a chiropractor before but decided to give Dr. Kwan a try because I felt terrible. Dr. Kwan gave me a very brief exam identifying some problem zones- I was horribly unaligned and my muscles were overcompensating which was why I was very stiff and sore. Then he started working some magic- in a very painless way with a satisfying crunch, he relieved some pressure from my back. I never felt so good! After some more adjustments, I had a very relaxing massage for my sore muscles. I got up from the chair feeling like a whole new person. Dr Kwan is very skilled. He improved my sister's scoliosis condition. Her spin was so curved that one leg seemed 4 inches shorter than the other when she was standing. Her back was always in pain. Her back will never be straight unless she gets surgery that isn't a route most people want to take. Dr Kwan helped "straighten" it as much as he could. After a few months, my sister can stand straighter and plant her 2 feet down on the ground! Her quality of life has improved because she hardly has backpain now. This was my first time going to a chiropractor but I have to say that I definitely don't regret going to Dr. Jeff. He's so honest about his opinions about what I should do and what I shouldn't do for my injury. During my two visits for my back he has helped me improve muscle strain and adjusted my spine. You really have to take his opinion and follow his advice because he provides you with his honest opinion and is very knowledgeable in his work. I had had bad lower back pain for about 6 years. It started during the first few years of working as a graphic designer with long hours sitting in front of the computer. It got really bad after having to carry my sons when they were babies. I know, it's the cost of motherhood. My body and brain got so used to the pain that I started to believe that I just had to live with it. I did try a couple of chiropractors and I honestly thought I would never go back to Chiropractors anymore because they were a waste of money and time. Until I decided to give this place a chance. I read the great reviews and thought it's worth the try since my lower back was hurting badly. So badly, I used to always feel pain in my lower back every night when I lay my body flat on the bed to sleep. Arrghh. So. Painful. Dr. Kwan really knows what he is doing, he is the real deal, he's the real Chiro! They give you some massage and they teach you how to exercise to strengthen your muscles. Felix is super friendly and nice and such a positive contributor to this place. After a couple of adjustments, I already felt the difference. From competing in badminton, I've had numerous injuries/pain including calf strain ankle sprain, knee pain, shoulder impingement, etc. To help me with all of this, Dr. Kwan and Felix (massage therapist) are always incredibly helpful. They make a great duo - both very attentive and welcoming. On my most recent blunder - calf strain, Felix helped loosen my muscle and Dr Kwan got rid of all the swelling. There was a huge buildup near my Achilles and after getting treated, it's all gone. And even though I have specific problems, my whole body is treated every time and I love that! My back and neck gets cracked and he always knows when I start doing something differently because my body will be "off." He asked me if I've been playing with my new phone while lying on my stomach propped up with elbows on the bed and he's absolutely right. Dr. Kwan? If I had to find a 5 word phrase to describe him and his staff, it would be "As good as it gets." So I've been struggling for a few months with a horrendously painful back, so when I recently went to a game night with a few good friends, one of them referred me to Dr. Kwan. The very next day, I got a text message from the receptionist asking me when I wanted to make my appointment. I'll repeat that one more time. I got a text message. They came to me! That was pretty impressive. I don't know of any other business that would do that. The day of my appointment, I was greeted by the aforementioned receptionist, Connie. She helped me with everything I needed and could not have been more friendly and helpful. I will note that the office reminded me more of a Lollicup with a Bowflex in the middle. I have no idea why. That's not a bad thing. Made me feel relaxed. I meet Dr. Kwan and he proceeds to do some tests, take my x-ray and spoke to me about my issues in a totally non condescending way (unlike some health care professionals most of us encounter). He cracked my back a bit which was great (never heard my spine make those noises before), then handed me off to the massage therapist, Felix. Felix is a man with the hands of magic. It hurt like hell when he was working on me and I told him that I felt like a tenderized steak when I was done. However, I felt great afterward! Dr. Kwan even saw me after my session and noted that I wasn't limping nearly as much as when I came in. I honestly haven't had this much mobility in weeks. In the end, I have never felt so reassured that I was going to be okay as much as I have by the staff here at Premier Chriopractic. Although it was only my first visit of many, I have the upmost confidence that the guys here at Premier will set me right. I recently participated in a badminton tournament and Dr. Kwan was there to provide his services to the participants. The best word to describe my experience is WOW!! Usually, my knees would be sore the day after a tournament. I can barely walk. The day of the tournament Dr. Kwan evaluated and treated my knees. The next day, my knees felt great! I was able to move around and did not feel the usual aches and pains. Pain free means I can play more badminton! I plan to see Dr. Kwan before all my tournaments now. So! If you're an athlete or play recreational sports of any kind and have aches and pains that compromise your ability to enjoy your activity, I highly suggest you give Dr. Kwan a try. A driver ran a red and T-Boned my car on the driver side; right in front of the driver seat and I was able to walk away from that accident with only an elbow burn back in May 2015. I was shocked for many months after the accident that I was almost completely ok -- Damn miracle! In January 2016, I started to develop some neck pain and I wanted to get it checked out because my last chiropractor said that some parts of my spine were out of alignment. I yelped Chiropractors in Arcadia and Premier Chiropractic's reviews were great and he was just around the corner from my office! Dr Kwan did not disappoint. He was extremely thorough with my checkup. He did a variety of mobility tests to check my range of motion and to checkout my body -- no pun intended. He did his chiropractic stuff to help me get in alignment pretty quickly. His advice and work was great. He then handed me off to his massage therapist Ana, who did a great job. I thought that the massages were all a scam and I never really indulged in massages probably because I was getting the crappy massages from the asian places here where you get the impression that they are all amateurs. Ana was a real pro. She knew all the pressure points and found the knots in my body and worked them in a way where I was not wincing throughout the entire treatment. Aside from being the best chiropractor I've seen for my scoliosis, Dr. Kwan is an awesome, funny, and nice guy! I was diagnosed when I was 15 from my family physician and never received any actual info on my back. I never knew my curvature degree. Other doctors, specialists, and other chiropractors would just say "it's pretty bad". Many of them left me hopeless with my condition. Dr. Kwan actually sat down and explained every issue he saw, provided detailed information on my spine, and gave me a much better insight for what possibilities I may see in the future. He made me more optimistic with my condition in knowing that it's doable without surgery, braces, or crazy/weird exercise regimens. If you're skeptical about seeing a chiropractor or looking for a new one, it's definitely worth giving Dr. Kwan a try! He's very thorough in his explanations and his goal is to make your back pain less painful. My only regret is not seeing him sooner. I always thought living moderate back and neck pain was normal. And whenever my pain got really bad I would get a 90 mins massage. It would feel better for about 2 days but I will be back to my original pain. This was my normal routine until I decided to see Dr. Kwan and Felix. I was nervous to have my back and neck cracked like in one of those chinese Kung fu movies. But I felt immensely better after. It is not also a quick relief scheme. They teach you about posture and doing daily stretches and exercises to help maintain the health of my spine. I get much more relief from just my 30 min session than my 90 min massages. Honestly, I wasn't a huge believer in chiropractics when I went. However, Dr. Kwan's professionalism and bed-side manners changed my mind. He was patient and listened to what I had to say. The examination was brief yet thorough. After that, he would explain to you in great detail what he could do for you and what could be worked on to improve your injuries. I've always had back pain issue and sitting in front of computer 10 hours + a day made it worse. I have a PPO insurance and I have seem at least 10 chiropractors in the past 7 years. Recently the issue has been improving because of Dr. Kwan. He deserves more tham 5 stars for what he does. Dr. Kwan is the best chiropractor. Dr. Kwan set up treatment plan for me and wants to see improvements. At my 1st- 5th session I get adjusted by Dr. Kwan and then get massage from Felix. Everytime after my adjustment, Dr. Kwan will tell Felix where is my issue and where to focus on during massage. He is really knowledgable and really listen to what I said. Today I had my 6th session and Dr. Kwan teaches me how to do exercise and give me homework assignment on what to work on.
