This was our first time at this pet spa and it was an amazing experience! The shop is adorable, clean, and the staff was so professional & friendly. Our dogs look great! Their coats are so shiny. And although our dogs dont like getting their nails trimmed, the staff was able to do a wonderful job and keep our dogs calm. We would absolutely recommend this pet spa to all dog owners out their who love their dogs like family. You won't be disappointed!

Great service! If your scared or nervous about taking your dog or cat to Premier Pet Spa, don't be. They did a awesome job on Peanut who is a handful and If they can take care of Peanut lol they'll take care of your dog/cat as well. Peanut was all smiles and did not want to leave afterwards highly recommend .

We miss Jen and her exceptional services. We always treated and paid her well and she took great care of our dogs. One day she was out sick and the person who Jen referred us to in her absence wanted to charge us more than 2x what we were paying originally. From that point on, we haven't been able to reach Jen. I found this place on Costa Mesa Buzz on FB, a lot of people recommended it! I called, the owner had a last min cancellation. I took it. So happy I did!!! The place is very clean, brand new, and the prices are the best! It's a little hard to find, but it's in the back. The owner cares about the pets you can tell! No dog is kept on a kennel, and they go above and beyond. My dog is older, and gets freaked out by the dryer, so the owner just used a hand held and went above and beyond for him! I will be back next month! Hands down my new favorite spot! read more

Sadly I have to update my amazing review to a 1 star if I could I wouldn't give any stars. Jen went from being amazing and understanding to complaining about my dog. Saying I took too long to get him groomed when I was waiting for her to get her mobile business going since my dog does have some issues getting a cut I didn't want to introduce him to someone new. Anyway she left him with a really bad haircut cut on his neck and an even more traumatized dog. read more

Our dog is turning 8 this year, and I knew I was signing up for a lifetime of grooming (either professional or at home) when we picked her up at 12 weeks old. We got lucky and had found an amazing groomer where I worked for the first three years of my dog's life. When that lady moved out of state, I found myself trying many different groomers, and while none of them were terrible, none held a candle to our first groomer. Then comes Jenn and Premier Pet Spa. My dog has only been 2 times there and every visit, she has come out exactly as I thought I'd always asked for. The facilities are clean, Jenn and her crew professional and approachable, and overall you can tell they run their business like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommended Premier Pet Spa! read more

The owner of this business is an absolute GOD SEND!! I brought my maltese in for a haircut and he's been sent away from other locations because of the condition of his coat. Jenn is by far the best dog groomer we have used. She has been taking care of our dogs for more than 5 years, and we followed her when she opened Premiere Pet Spa. It is a bit of a drive for us, but more than worth it. We drop both of our dogs off and they are done within 2 hours or less. Sounds like she will start doing mobile grooming now as well. We can't recommend this place enough. read more

In your daycare you guys never even checked to see if he was up to date with vaccines, just like you probably don't check anyone else's . With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. One of the reception team members had to ask me of we had been helped yet. When I said that our appointment was an hour earlier, he asked for my dog's name. My dog's file wasn't even pulled for the appointment. The reception team really needs to be more organized for their day. There were multiple team members just walking around whereas a couple others were busy. A full examination was not done on my dog. The vet didnt check her eyes or feel her entire body. (Her eyes are bit on the gray side) He listened to her heart and lungs. He did say she needs a dental and shared the monthly special. He told me my girl is on the chunkier side; which we're working on. He didn't recommend anything else though. I had to ask him if doing a full blood panel would be beneficial. I received 2 quotes; 1 for the visit with the 2 vaccines and bloodwork and another for the dental. A tech took mt dog back for said vaccines and the bloodwork. Checking out was the easiest part of this whole visit. I was told I'd be called once the bloodwork came in on Monday. I had to call on Tuesday to ask about it. I understand it is busy and sometimes it can be chaotic at a veterinary office; however, there needs to be some reorganization and further training. The reception team needs to find a better method for checking in patients.
