I called this company and talked to a woman who told me all their buses were reserved for the date I wanted. It is a month out, so I understood that I may have waited too late. When I asked her if she could recommend any other reputable car services she responded that they were probably all in the same situation and if not, Premier was likely utilizing their cars. What? All the cars in Dallas are being used by you? Or was it that you didn't want me booking other cars that you might want to use? Then why didn't you find out if you could book them for me? This is possibly one of the worst customer service responses I have encountered. But don't worry, I'll be happy to bypass you in the future to book those other cars directly. This is the second time I have used Premier Transportation for our trip to the DFW airport. EXCELLENT service, driving and communication from beginning to the end. Easy reservations, clear itemized pricing, detailed communications and my drivers on both occasions have been excellent. I didn't lift a finger except to add an extra gratuity because it was well deserved. It seems like reviews are for other events involving groups, but I am thankful they have service for customers with our needs. Getting to the airport on time. WORST LIMO SERVICE EVER. my brother-in-law rented us a bus through this company for our wedding night. They charged him an EXTRA $515 for "cleaning fees" and a damaged table leg. (which we pointed out to the bus driver as we were getting on the bus). We rode in the bus a total of 30 minutes. the bill my brother in law received was a grand total of $1000. After calling to discuss charges with the company he was told that it was his word against theirs so he was going to HAVE to pay the charges. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING that a company thinks they can take advantage of people like this. I post this in hopes that no one EVER has to experience what we have on a might that was supposed to be so memorable. read more

The bus was nice and the service was great. I booked the bus but was not attending the trip so I was a little concerned about how that would work out and it was all very smooth. I caution all from another state . This company needs to do a better job of getting specifics from customers who are not familiar with the traffic in Dallas. We booked the service based on Yelp We are visiting and had no clue of the traffic flow in Dallas. Our pick up for the wedding got us to the wedding late. The customer service records your request for pick up and drop off without your knowledge and uses the recordings against you in credit card dispute. Be sure if you from another state to get the dispatcher to map out your arrival time, If you are late for your event -- due to lack of dispatcher mapping you will have to pay the cost. This company needs to revamp their routing questions and provide real time arrival time. We ended up paying for their lack of information . We arrived to the wedding late . read more

I honestly can't say enough about how great the service was. We booked a (6) person limo for a 30th birthday party on short notice (Wed) for (Sat)...they were extremely transparent in regard to cost, pick-up, limitations etc. Our driver Chris, was amazing...not only did he deal with us with a smile...a slightly rowdy bunch. But he also avoided an accident that happened directly in front of us...which would have ended the night before it even began. I needed to transport 23 people to a company event and checked around to get rates. I went to the Premier website and filled out a quote request and received a reply in a timely manner. I received a detailed quote which included tax and tip. Premier requires a 3-hour minimum for this type of transport which was exactly the amount of time we needed. Many other transportation companies have a 4-hour minimum. The day of the event, I was sent an email with the name and picture of the driver.The bus was waiting for us at the scheduled time for both trips. The driver was professional, the bus was clean and the entire trip was smooth with no problems. The only issue I encountered was that we were billed for an additional 30 minutes of rental time. I called and the charge was removed with no hassle. I will use this company again should the need arise. I will, however, make sure to document the time by sending an email or text to Premier as soon as the trip is over. read more

My kids and I had the pleasure of booking our rides to and from the airport with Premiere. Both drivers were friendly, professional and helpful. They were courteous and on time. Both connected with us on my cell phone before the pickup. On our drive back to the airport, my daughter left her camera in the back of the car. We called the driver when we realized it and he did everything he could to try to get it to us before our flight took off (which I thought was exceptional in and of itself.) Unfortunately, we weren't able to connect. It is now two days later and my daughter's camera arrived on our doorstep. We rented a 32-passenger mini bus to transport our wedding party. It couldn't have gone any better. Allen, our driver, picked up half the party at the hotel and took them to the church and then returned for the other half. During the ceremony, he even took the time to drive the route to the reception on his own to determine the proper place that he could drop off my bride and I so that we could sneak in through the back entrance. My wife was having some issues with her dress and he reached into his bag and pulled out a repair kit for her to use. The only error turned out to be on my part as we expected the driver to arrive at 4 and at 4:10 we had yet to see him. However, he was just parked in a different area and had been there since 3:25. When I returned from the honeymoon and turned on my email on my phone, I realized I had received emails alerting me of the driver and his contact info, as well as alerting me that the driver had arrived. My own selfishness in not wanting to receive email during the wedding/honeymoon cost us! I would fully recommend Premier for this type or any type of transportation. The driver was professional, courteous and seemed to enjoy the experience even with my groomsmen being more interested in drinking beer on the bus. Premier Transportation is first class. read more

Wonderful service! My last minute shuttle request was met with a "no problem" even during recent inclement winter weather (ice) in the Dallas area. They provided email confirmation immediately and then driver information and phone number 1/2 hour prior as promised. The driver was friendly, timely and on time for every pick up. We tried to work with this company for reservations for transportation for a one way limousine drop-off/pick-up for a wedding in May (before 5:00 PM). Even after we offered to pay an increased rate and fare for the single trip, we received no flexibility or courtesy in terms of our requests. Instead, they told us "Of course, you don't need to use the vehicle for 6 hours, but we have to charge you that rate." Note, this would equate to a $750 one-way limousine ride. Preposterous. I would highly recommend avoiding Premier Transportation unless money grows on your trees at home. read more

I am pleased to report how terrific our experience with Premier was- primarily due to the extra efforts put forth by our driver, John Scott. We rented a 26 passenger limo bus to take us to the Final Four on two separate days. The limo bus was in great condition and drew ooh's and ahh's from all the passengers as they boarded (most were CEO's, so even more impressive). Back to the service of the driver - Firstly, I run a corporate event management agency, so use a lot of transportation companies around the country. The level of service he provided was truly top-notch and really represented Premier and my company in a professional manner. Secondly, even though I tried to confirm parking details in advance, it turns out they bought a parking pass for the bus lot, which is lot 15- a very long walk from the stadium, especially when it was raining. Scott (he goes by his last name) went out of his way to finagle our way into the limo lot, which was located less than 100 yards from the stadium- a much better location. This was really a great thing and we really appreciated it. Many other drivers would not have been able to accomplish this, so he did a really great job. Thirdly, I called him before he even showed up and he stopped and bought an additional cooler and filled it with ice to accommodate our extra beverages- a really nice touch. He even took our stuff off the limo bus Saturday night and restocked it on Monday. Fourthly (is that a word?), the satellite TV was not working in the limo bus, and he spent over an hour on the phone with various people to get it straightened out, which he certainly did not have to do. He was truly amazing and really made our experience so much better. Thanks again for your help Premier and John, I'll definitely come back to you guys when in Dallas! read more

Used Premier for airport transport and pickup for a family group of 16 going on recent Caribbean Spring Break vacation. With such a large group and a lot of baggage, I was concerned about vans, etc., but Kimberly at Premier was extrememly helpful in ordering a 32 passenger bus. The bus, drivers, and price were all excellent. Arrived early for both trips, loaded us up efficiently, and delivered us promptly.
