Suddenly, the volume button also stopped working, which meant she couldn't restart the phone at all when the screen froze. We were looking for a bare minimum solution, to have the old phone be functional long enough to transfer her data to a new phone. I called a few places looking for a simple, temporary fix, and luckily found this store. When I explained the situation, they offered to help with the data transfer instead of repairing the older phone. They temporarily installed a working screen on the old phone, let us complete the transfer, and then even swapped the cracked screen back afterward. They went above and beyond, no other store offered a similar solution besides repairing the old phone completely. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Indeed, I tried to make the blinking stop by unplugging the charger and then plugging it back in. After that, it was still blinking and never stopped. I asked my uncle to help me fix the problem by unscrewing the bottom layer of the laptop and see if the battery was OK or not. Enough with my experiences at home. As requested, my uncle decided to hire my stepmother to help me fix my MacBook before it's too late. At the beginning of May, the day had come to send my device to the iFixForU shop where only 2 boys were working. My stepmother asked one of the workers to see if they wouldn't mind fixing my device. But instead, they accused me of ruining my device by adding one last sentence "nobody's gonna help you", which sounded like my life is already over. I'm sorry, but that treatment they gave me was unfair and unacceptable, and I have never trusted that smile the worker had; it's humiliating. Having had enough, I can tell that their service didn't do me a favor, so I had no choice but to send my MacBook to Di-No Computers in the following month. Since I vowed never to visit that shop again, the technicians working for iFixForU get 2 choices: Improve their treatment or get fired. Coincidentally I was at the mall and saw the upstairs kiosks. I was told it needed to be replaced and it would take 30 minutes. So I left it and returned only to be told that it needed to be taken downstairs to this store and it would take another 45 minutes. Once returned, I was told by the manager that my front glass was also damaged and that they replaced it free of charge. THERE WASN'T ANY DAMAGE TO MY SCREEN. A few days later, my speaker went out again as well as my screen became noticeably dimmer than before. I took it back and they explained to me the connections were loose and that they tightened the connection and sent me on my way. As far as the screen brightness they told me that that was normal. Fast forward a few weeks, my screen without any accident went green and blue. * IMPORTANT*. I then took it to my regular service store and upon inspection, his findings were unbelievable. He found that the screen was switched out with a low grade aftermarket glass, internal parts were missing, and multiple screws were missing. The cost for the original apple glass was $300.00. The switched glass was a cheaper glass that is a 1/3 of that. I was completely scammed. So from a simple speaker issue that I was charged $55.00, this ordeal cost me $350.00.
