Wanted to try something new in PC and was feeling like live music. Found the Hidden Ace bar at a new hotel on the east side of Deer Valley. Deer Valley is developing the other side of the mountain and have new access ski lifts and a beautiful hotel there already. Not much parking but it wasn't very busy yet in the off season. About half the tables were full. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And you don't have to go through Park City to get there, no traffic at all. And complimentary valet. But the best part was the live music, Elisabeth Bee and a friend, harmonizing and playing the guitar with great voices! We made a ton of requests and they nailed them all. The menu was a little limited. With a couple of appetizers , entrees and deserts. We started with the cheese fondue, breads, apples, grapes, in melted cheese, sorry no pictures. 4/5 And shared a hamburger that was really quite good. 4/5 We bought the band a round of drinks. The food is reasonably priced but drinks are around $20 each. Had a great time listening to great music!!!

I had the Espresso Martini and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. I also tried the Bramble Barrel, which was amazing as well. The blueberry and pomegranate flavors paired so well with the gin and lemon. The lounge itself is really cozy with a stylish, living room type feel. Great lighting, comfortable seating, and overall just a really good vibe. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While we were there we saw a cocktail class happening, which looked really fun. Definitely something I'd love to come back and try next time. Small detail, but I also loved the bathroom products. It's those little touches that make a place stand out. Overall the drinks, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. One of my favorite cocktail spots in Park City.

Characterized by a vintner-curated menu of blended wines and cocktails, the dimly lit spot is warm and attractive. The interior is appointed with art work, shiplap and stone work. The communal tables add to the festive decore and allow for making new friends, especially on Christmas (during our visit). The owner, Steve, is a Sommelier by training and has mad skills. His space is welcoming and he's passionate about a great guest experience, often planning unique events like an oyster shucking master class, glass blowing workshops, candlemaking, and, of course, private wine tastings. Flanked by his Alaskan Husky and best friend, Bear, he'll spend time with patrons, make a solid drink recommendation and ensure a memorable visit.

I also did not go to Sundance and am not here for that so his comment about being *out of my depth* is just dumb. Stephen, book a therapy appointment. Original review below *********** There is a $20 cover charge to enter, and they were out of all of the cheapest ($30/glass) glasses of wine, so we were forced to get the next cheapest, a $45 glass of wine. Are you willing to spend $65 for a cheap glass of wine? They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).

I love the experience of going up the vernacular to the bar area and the hotel and restaurant is very nice in general. The drinks and the food looked good. This is definitely the type of places I always go to with this kind of vibe. The drinks were good and very cute! For the food, I go back-and-forth because it wasn't very good, but it was good for bar food. But then it's really expensive for bar food so I would expect more... for escargot at fancy hotels or places in general I expected to be better and just like a few pieces. This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. Overall, I don't regret coming here and I definitely want to give it another chance and possibly try the main restaurant.

We were seated by the window, and the sweeping mountain views paired with the elegant interior created a serene and elevated dining atmosphere. While the experience inside was exceptional, the arrival left a bit to be desired. The hotel entrance felt somewhat understated for a property of this caliber, and on a 35-degree evening, the outdoor heaters were not in use. When I inquired, the response suggested they are only turned on when it is "really cold," which felt slightly misaligned with the level of comfort and attentiveness one expects from a St. Regis experience. That said, the cuisine, ambience, and views were truly wonderful. With a more polished and welcoming arrival experience, this would easily be a five-star destination.

Service can be slow and the food is unmistakenly Provençal: Beef tartar (nice mustard notes), Saffron Muscles, and Pressed Chicken. All dishes were light and authentic flavors to the region of Provence -- I think we just like other French regions better. HITS: Cocktails; Bread; Poulette (presents as a salad served on pressed chicken) MISSES: The muscles were dry - served in a small puddle of saffron beurre blanc. Service and a remarkable lack of knowledge by our waiter made Le Depot feel more like Le Dope. From the drink menu to the ingredients and preparation of some dishes, the waiter didn't possess some basic knowledge. Maybe we just asked "really hard" questions? The bar for service in PC has been set high by surrounding establishments like Handel, River Horse and Fletcher's, where the waitstaff is knowledgeable and helpful .. this was the lasting memory from Le Depot.

This restaurant is on a second floor so if you've been on the slopes and jello-legged - be prepared for a few steps. The space is nice and the service was so kind and inviting. It can get a little loud depending on who the other patrons are. We've been where the din has been muted but also there when raucous kids provided an unwanted accompaniment to dinner. The food is definitely top notch and the servers are happy to provide some insights to what is good. Complimentary hummus with crudite kicks off the meal - but don't be afraid to order the bread it's carbolicous and baked in house. What we've had: * Fried mushrooms. A mix of battered and fried earthy goodness. We liked this and those who like these nightshades will too * Spicy clams. A big hit with us with the slight spice to it - dip the crusty bread in the broth and savor * Creamy Celeriac Soup. A delightful surprise - a creamy soup that has wonderful flavor accented by the spice oil. I would recommend this for soup lovers. * Miso Chilean Sea Bass. A very solid dish with greens and lotus roots. It's not a huge portion but enough. * Crispy Duck Leg - Delicious and full of flavor and the potato perogis are a great accompaniment * Filet Mignon - This was a perfect medium rare and a well composted dish. The Yukon potato mash - ridiculously good (we ordered more to go) * Banana Cream Pie Stack - this topped off a great meal For a cocktail - The Night Shift was a winner.

Definitely a good spot if you're looking for a place to grab cocktails and sit somewhere that feels a little elevated. For drinks, we ordered the Smoked Old Fashioned and the Prickly Pear Mezcal Margarita. Both were solid and nicely made, though nothing particularly memorable. Appetizer wise we tried the baked brie dessert wise tried the baked Alaska, and banana pudding. The baked brie came with lingonberry pomegranate jam and crackers, but the rind gave it a bit of a stronger flavor than expected and it didn't quite hit for us. The desserts overall were decent, but none were standout enough that we'd go out of our way to order them again. One thing that stood out was that it felt a little pushy toward ordering entrées, even though we mentioned we were just there for drinks and dessert. Happy to come again and try the entrees maybe that is where they truly shine.
