Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel consistent with what we expected from a private, premium tasting. During our visit, the lights went out six separate times. We understand that electrical issues can happen and that not every circumstance is within a business's control. Our concern was less about the outage itself and more about how the experience was handled. We brought the issue to the staff's attention, but no accommodation, adjustment, or other gesture was offered. Being told that "it happens" and that the issue was beyond their control did not leave us feeling that our concerns were being taken seriously. The tasting itself also less curated than we expected. We frequently had to initiate questions about the wines rather than having them proactively introduced and explained. For the price point, we expected a more polished, engaging, and knowledgeable presentation. We spent close to $1,000 for a private room and tasting, so our expectations were understandably high. At that price, the experience should feel special and thoughtfully managed. Instead, we ultimately felt that it would have been considerably more cost-effective to purchase several bottles of wine rather than pay the per-person tasting fee. Regarding the owner's response to our concerns- I appreciate the clarification that an electrician was called and that efforts were made to address the electrical problem. However, that does not change our experience as guests. We should not have been expected to track down the owner or specifically request management in order for our concerns to be acknowledged. When a significant service disruption occurs repeatedly during a premium experience, we believe it is reasonable to expect the staff or management to proactively recognize the inconvenience and make an effort to address it. We also understand that our group may have appeared to be enjoying ourselves and "rolling with" the situation. We did our best to make the evening enjoyable despite the circumstances. That should not be interpreted as meaning that we were satisfied with the experience or that we considered the repeated interruptions acceptable for what we paid. We are sharing this feedback because we believe businesses can learn from negative experiences. Unfortunately, since our concerns were not meaningfully addressed during or after the visit, we felt it was appropriate to share our experience publicly. The wine was enjoyable, but the overall experience did not justify the price we paid

Service can be slow and the food is unmistakenly Provençal: Beef tartar (nice mustard notes), Saffron Muscles, and Pressed Chicken. All dishes were light and authentic flavors to the region of Provence -- I think we just like other French regions better. HITS: Cocktails; Bread; Poulette (presents as a salad served on pressed chicken) MISSES: The muscles were dry - served in a small puddle of saffron beurre blanc. Service and a remarkable lack of knowledge by our waiter made Le Depot feel more like Le Dope. From the drink menu to the ingredients and preparation of some dishes, the waiter didn't possess some basic knowledge. Maybe we just asked "really hard" questions? The bar for service in PC has been set high by surrounding establishments like Handel, River Horse and Fletcher's, where the waitstaff is knowledgeable and helpful .. this was the lasting memory from Le Depot.

Had a variety of wait staff wait on us so was not sure who our main person was to request anything. Served very warm tepid water in our water glasses and had to ask for ice for the water multiple times before receiving. Room was unseasonably warm, but I know the weather was 10° above normal. Consideration as to opening a window for a cross breeze would've been nice. Cocktails were good and served in a timely manner. Food arrived at our table within five minutes of ordering, which made us feel like they were trying to hurry us through dinner. Food was good, but not great. Nobody came to refill water, check on us to see if we needed anything else and had to walk to the bar to get our check. Again, staff was very courteous, just not present. If I were a report card, I would give this place a "C".

Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not one of those knock-you-over-the-head strong drinks. Dangerous in the best way because you could easily have another... and another. The vibe? Super casual, laid-back, and no pretentious bourbon snobs in sight. Just good drinks and a place you actually want to hang out. And then... the little store inside. Game over. We walked out with a bottle like we had just discovered gold, because apparently, this liquid treasure does NOT exist in our city. 5/5, would absolutely come back and pretend I know way more about bourbon than I actually do.

Our server was great. She recommended the Asian bowl, which I subbed ahi for instead of the steak. It was spicy but in a good way! Also had avocado and a slaw that was super fresh. The food came out quickly, too. My friends had a beet salad and the steak tacos which looked good too. I had an espresso martini, which was good. However, just a note: if you're in Utah, expect the espresso martinis to have Bailey's in them, so they're all on the sweeter side. Mine was good, but I will need to remember to ask for mine without it for a less sweet version next time. I would definitely go here again. It's a good spot to watch the game and in a good location. Parking was plentiful.

I thought they were ok but extremely salty. The rest of my party did not like them. Then had a Caesar salad. Honestly one of the most bland Caesar salads Ive ever had. We had dinner at Mumbai House in Park City and overall had a good experience…read more We were seated on the patio, which is beautiful, although it was an especially windy day. The red curtains outside looked nice, but they kept blowing into our table while we were eating. Once they were tied back, they still flapped around quite a bit and unfortunately blocked much of the mountain view. The patio chairs are also metal and not the most comfortable--I ended up using my jacket as a cushion. We started with the vegetable samosas, and they were excellent. They came with two different chutneys, both of which were delicious. For our entrées, we ordered an eggplant dish with rice and onion naan. The flavors were wonderful, and the medium spice level was just right--enough heat to be interesting without overwhelming the dish. The only downside was that both the eggplant and the naan were much oilier than I prefer. In hindsight, I would ask for the naan without butter next time, as the richness was a bit much for me. The wine list was fairly limited. I sampled a couple before settling on a Burgundy Pinot Noir, which was enjoyable but felt overpriced at $20 for a relatively small pour. The service was friendly, but it felt a little disjointed. Several different people stopped by our table throughout the meal, and while everyone was attentive, the frequent interruptions made the experience feel a bit less relaxed. Overall, the food was flavorful and enjoyable, and I would happily eat here again if I were in the area. While it probably wouldn't be a destination restaurant for me, it's a solid choice for good Indian food in Park City.
