    Kids sundae
    Carolina S.

I made reservations for Christmas dinner a month before, when we came in we were seated right away. Our server Muse, was absolutely amazing with his personality that just lit up the room. We ordered a hot chocolate cocktail, bread basket, crab claw and mussels for our appetizers. They were all delicious and well prepared. We ordered the salmon, branzino special and steak with a side of potatoes for dinner. The fish was cooked to perfection and had delicious, delicate flavors. We finished our meal with kids sundae, a butter cake, and crème brûlée, the crème brûlée was one of the best I've ever had, the butter cake was so good, we ordered a second one to take back to the hotel, and the kids loved the sundae. Amazing place on Main Street!

    Sea bass special

We lived in Park City for a few years before we finally made it into Fletcher's. The food has been consistently good and last night the sea bass special was out of this world. It was perfectly cooked and served with a corn puree, pieces of thick bacon and perfectly cooked purple potatoes with an onion relish. My husband's scallops were also very good but the sea bass was out of this world. We always love the vibe at the bar and last nights bartender Chris was great! We can't wait to get back here again.

The best bar in town. Great service, great drinks, great desserts, and such fun events. You gotta try the Thursday night trivia! We loved it :) Chill but upscale vibe. I'll always stop by while I'm in town.

Cute place, staff was friendly but pretty busy even at 5:30pm. Biscuits are mid but the bacon jam is delish. Brussels appetizer also just okay. Steak was very overcooked the first time so we sent it back which we hate doing but perfect medium rare when it came back. I had the bison short rib special and it was fantastic but was $55 for just the entree which I would've done the 3 course meal for $10 more had I known haha. My fault for not asking though. Overall yummy place but not at the top of our list.

    Short Rib!!! Truly incredible!!!

This restaurant is as INCREDIBLE!!! It was my first time in Park City and Fletcher's is making me want to go back already! The restaurant was such a vibe and right in the heart of Park City!!! The service was amazing and one of my friends has her heart set on the Scallops since she had looked at the menu online earlier that day and when they said they were out of them, she was so sad, but the chef had 1 scallop left in the back and brought it out special for her!!! So incredibly thoughtful!!! They have a special to had a lobster tail to a meal in the summer and some girls in our party just wanted lobster and the pasta that the scallops usually come with, and they made that happen!!! I had the Short Rib and it might have been the best short rib I've ever had (and I have a lot of short rib)!!! Truly such an AMAZING experience and I will be recommending Fletcher's to anyone I know going to Park City!!!

Made a reservation to come here on Sunday evening. The ambiance is pretty decent, they have some outdoor seating and some indoor/outdoor seating as well. The vibe is more traditional I would say and people eating there are on the older side. Service was pretty good, friendly and attentive. She explained a menu and checked on us. We had ahi tuna for an appetizer which was pretty good. It had some rice which is new to me, never had ahi tuna with rice. For the main I had salmon salad and husband had steak. We also got mashed potato and asparagus as a side. My salmon was completely inedible. It was so salty that it wasn't even possible to eat more than one piece. I asked a waitress and she talked to a manager and they gave us dessert and tea for free to compensate. My husband has steak which was ok, but they bring a sauce with it, which is really unusual to get some A1 type sauce at a nice establishment. Overall we believe it's a tourist trap. They don't try to make food any special because they know they will have endless customers due to location. It's severely overpriced for what they offer. I would definitely skip this place.

Had early reservations here. We were seated upstairs by a window, with a view of Main Street. The view turned out to be quite a topic of conversation as a snowstorm started and cars started sliding down main.... Even the bus service was suspended for an hour or so. This caused some in our party to be unable to make it. The staff totally understood and we carried on with our meal. The food - spectacular! My wife had the carpaccio - BRILLIANT! She also had a dinner salad that I think had some sort of mustard vinaigrette? It was delicious. I had a steak, an Australian Wagyu cut, and it was the first and probably only misstep of the night. It came out pretty well overcooked, but I mentioned it to the waitress and she promptly took care of it without any questions. The second steak was great. Very tender and cooked properly. I also had a Kentucky Mule cocktail that was tasty. We finished the meal with an after dinner coffee while watching some of the antics outside. My son had some of their "butter cake" for dessert, he gave it a "highly recommend" rating!

Fletchers has a super cool vibe. Service was great! Very prompt and friendly. I ordered the beef short rib with mashed potatoes and my husband had the lobster special entree and we shared the maple bacon brussels sprouts as our side. The food was delicious and filling. I would return!

Ambiance was great, we had a reservation and sat promptly. Food was the best in Park City. We started with chive biscuits with bacon jam, yum all around. For dinner I had the BEEF & BUFFALO FONDUE, my wife had their famous SHORT RIB GRILLED CHEESE, and my son had a very delicious 14 ounce RIBEYE. Service from Juan was top notc

Fletchers is such a cozy place as soon as you walk in. We had a party of 6 and ate at the bar. I recommend reservations. The biscuits with bacon jam is a must try. If I wasn't going back to a hotel I would have taken some home. All of the food came out fresh and cooked well. The service was great as well.

    Wagyu sirloin.. it was amazing!

We did not have a reservation but we were lucky we had the high table next to the bar upstairs. What I loved to start with, very welcoming hostess. Service has been amazing! Thanks Neil! (And Colin) We loved it all and went there twice during one week. Started with their biscuits - w bacon marmalade. Freshly baked! Amazing! Next goat cheese bibb and carrots to start. Exploding flavors. Goat cheese warm and nicely crusted. Normally, I don't eat carrots, but it was amazing. Please be aware it's a side. First night I tried the regular steak second night. I had the elk they were both very flavorful. I have to admit value you was the winner. My wife tried peanut crusted salmon - yum! We wrapped in both times with a butter cake . Highly recommended. This place is set up very nicely. Main floor and Upstairs is the restaurant - there's also a bar in the main floor and and full downstairs bar. Will be back next year!

A wonderful dining experience for our first visit to Salt Lake City. Service was excellent, food was good and very cool vibe. Located on Main Street with a covered patio in the back is a perfect setting for an evening dinner. Honey was our server and she was awesome, very attentive. We ordered the Waygu special, salmon salad with lobster side, mussels, and butter cake. All were very good. Highly recommend.

Went in with a party of 15 for dinner and Fletcher's did a great job. I started with the biscuits, then split the bison, short rib and lobster mac for dinner. Everything was delicious. Would recommend for a good dinner after a long day on the slopes

    Do u need reservations?

I highly recommend a reservation if you're visiting during a popular season. You can always try and get a spot at the bar if you can't get a table

Is there seriously only one vegetarian/vegan option on the entire menu?

Unless you count vegetable appetizers (i.e. the brussels sprouts, which are delicious), then yes. Everything they specialize seems to be meat or seafood based.

I also did not go to Sundance and am not here for that so his comment about being *out of my depth* is just dumb. Are you willing to spend $65 for a cheap glass of wine? They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).

I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.
