Fletchers has a few menu items that are worth trying. I thought the cheddar chive biscuits were good, but not good enough to have to order in the future. I ordered the scallops even though I'd told myself I'd never order them in Utah again. The server convinced me that the chef here knew how to properly cook them and she was right. They were cooked well and very good, especially combined with the fettuccine. I added the $16 lobster tail and thought it was just okay. Great setting if you sit on the patio, although you're limited to 1 1/2 hrs. We got to that when it was time for dessert so we had to go have dessert somewhere else. read more

I made reservations for Christmas dinner a month before, when we came in we were seated right away. Our server Muse, was absolutely amazing with his personality that just lit up the room. We ordered a hot chocolate cocktail, bread basket, crab claw and mussels for our appetizers. They were all delicious and well prepared. We ordered the salmon, branzino special and steak with a side of potatoes for dinner. The fish was cooked to perfection and had delicious, delicate flavors. We finished our meal with kids sundae, a butter cake, and crème brûlée, the crème brûlée was one of the best I've ever had, the butter cake was so good, we ordered a second one to take back to the hotel, and the kids loved the sundae. We lived in Park City for a few years before we finally made it into Fletcher's. The food has been consistently good and last night the sea bass special was out of this world. It was perfectly cooked and served with a corn puree, pieces of thick bacon and perfectly cooked purple potatoes with an onion relish. This place was impressive! Fletcher's welcomes families and has a great kids menu that includes steak frites. We made reservations and were seated promptly. The ambience is dark and cozy. We started with the heirloom tomato salad, which was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed chicken tenders and fries and steak frites. We shared the ribeye, bison carpaccio and the grilled octopus. All were fabulous. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and tender. The bison had truffle cream and mushrooms underneath the arugula. The spiced and Japanese old fashioned cocktails were excellent though didn't taste that much different from each other. We ended with the beignets which were hot and pillowy. We have been coming here 2-3 times a year for years and it's just not what it used to be, it was one of the most bland meals I've ever paid for. $300 for 2 people you would just expect more. We've had better pasta from Olive Garden, the steak was not seasoned at all, I get we are in Utah but I honestly don't think the drinks had any alcohol in them. Not much on the menu unless you like red meat. The $18 Caesar salad had hardly any dressing on it, very ho hum. They must have used old rice from a few days ago for the ahi appetizer. The warm butter cake was cold, but the ice cream on the top tasted good. They removed the best item on the menu, which was the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Cute place, staff was friendly but pretty busy even at 5:30pm. Biscuits are mid but the bacon jam is delish. Brussels appetizer also just okay. Steak was very overcooked the first time so we sent it back which we hate doing but perfect medium rare when it came back. I had the bison short rib special and it was fantastic but was $55 for just the entree which I would've done the 3 course meal for $10 more had I known haha. My fault for not asking though. The service was amazing and one of my friends has her heart set on the Scallops since she had looked at the menu online earlier that day and when they said they were out of them, she was so sad, but the chef had 1 scallop left in the back and brought it out special for her!!! So incredibly thoughtful!!! They have a special to had a lobster tail to a meal in the summer and some girls in our party just wanted lobster and the pasta that the scallops usually come with, and they made that happen!!! Made a reservation to come here on Sunday evening. The ambiance is pretty decent, they have some outdoor seating and some indoor/outdoor seating as well. The vibe is more traditional I would say and people eating there are on the older side. Service was pretty good, friendly and attentive. She explained a menu and checked on us. We had ahi tuna for an appetizer which was pretty good. It had some rice which is new to me, never had ahi tuna with rice. For the main I had salmon salad and husband had steak. We also got mashed potato and asparagus as a side. My salmon was completely inedible. It was so salty that it wasn't even possible to eat more than one piece. I asked a waitress and she talked to a manager and they gave us dessert and tea for free to compensate. My husband has steak which was ok, but they bring a sauce with it, which is really unusual to get some A1 type sauce at a nice establishment. Overall we believe it's a tourist trap. They don't try to make food any special because they know they will have endless customers due to location. It's severely overpriced for what they offer. Had early reservations here. We were seated upstairs by a window, with a view of Main Street. The view turned out to be quite a topic of conversation as a snowstorm started and cars started sliding down main.... Even the bus service was suspended for an hour or so. This caused some in our party to be unable to make it. The staff totally understood and we carried on with our meal. The food - spectacular! My wife had the carpaccio - BRILLIANT! She also had a dinner salad that I think had some sort of mustard vinaigrette? It was delicious. I had a steak, an Australian Wagyu cut, and it was the first and probably only misstep of the night. It came out pretty well overcooked, but I mentioned it to the waitress and she promptly took care of it without any questions. The second steak was great. Very tender and cooked properly. I also had a Kentucky Mule cocktail that was tasty. We finished the meal with an after dinner coffee while watching some of the antics outside. Well they just reopened so I think they are due some forgiveness, however for what it's worth the canned beer was the hit of the night. I had rubber bison sirloin, could not cut it even with a sharp stake knife that was provided. T was laid atop a few bristle sprouts and some beans that resembled Campbell Pork and Beans and honestly were not as good. Came here for a birthday while we were in town. The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. We luckily scored a parking spot right out front, but I suggest parking behind the restaurant as there are a few lots. The restaurant is a lot bigger than I had initially thought. We checked in downstairs and then were escorted upstairs. Their menu was very broad in food selection but we were craving short rib it seemed like as we ordered three different dishes with short rib. The stand alone short rib dish was my favorite as the tenderness and sauce that accompanied it was delicious. However the short rib grilled cheese (more like club sandwiches) and short rib poutine were also fantastic. The chicken was really good too and we were even surprised with a birthday dessert. I tried the shishito peppers, mussels, fries, biscuit with butter since I don't eat bacon (although my meat eater friends said the bacon jam was great), and the peanut crusted salmon. Probably the best meal we have had at PC! Great service great ambiance great wine list great food reasonable price! We came here a couple times during our trip! The cauliflower and Brie is to die for, husband doesn't like cooked salmon but he said that was the best salmon dish he had! They cooked it medium rare (at request) so it's very tender and not dry. Steaks always cooked to the perfect temperature! The buffalo steak hit the spot after a few days of skiing. It's lean and meaty :) Save room for dessert. The warm butter cake was heaven in the winter! If we didn't have a kid with us, I would highly recommend checking out the bar at the basement...I got a glimpse of it and a breath of all the barrels! Brussels sprouts had mushrooms and pork in it. They were good but people should know. I got the Began Wellington and I was pleasantly surprised. All in all good choice for dinner. Dinner at Fletchers in Park City is a hit or miss proposition. Some dishes like the Peanut Crusted Salmon and Bison Sirloin are excellent. Others are flat out awful like the $60 Wagyu filet special which was chewy and way too tough to be real Wagyu. If this was served at a real Japanese steak house the chef would have committed Harakiri. Our server said nothing when removing the barely touched Wagyu. At first glance the wine prices looked very fair for the nice choices. But reality set in when the pour was barely 4 ounces rather than the standard 5-ounce portion served in most restaurants. So maybe not fair after all. We won't be back given the many better choices in Park City. read more

She left the dessert menu on our table without saying a word when we had just received our entrees. She then had the audacity to ask if we wanted any dessert when our entrees were half eaten. I ordered the ribeye and my husband ordered the filet. For $55 with no sides I was hoping for a very flavorful steak. The steak was just okay, the cognac sauce is what made it much better. I have had much better steak many other places and wished I had ordered something else. We shared the lobster mac and cheese, it is literally a large piece of lobster placed on top of the noodles, not mixed in. I was hoping for lobster throughout the dish. Fletcher's is pretty good, and I would recommend if there's no wait or if you can get reservations easily. But I wouldn't wait in line or pursue getting on a waitlist if they are booked. There are better options in town IMHO. If you do check out Fletcher's, stick with the Poutine and cheddar chive biscuits. All the entrées we tried were okay, too, but nothing to write home about. A few menu items to avoid altogether include the cauliflower (really boring) and Warm Butter Cake (kinda dry and also boring). I know everyone seems to be high on the butter cake, but it is definitely over-hyped. Went here for a sponsored event by a vendor we work with at my job. The event was organized, the food was quickly replenished when it disappeared, which was quick because it was so good! The beef sliders and po boy sliders were amazing! It was a great vibe to be able to stand at the tall tables downstairs and network with my peers. Chef Scott Boberek and team at Fletchers provided the most delicious meal ever! We were visiting from the Chicago area and connected with Chef over our Bears football team! He sent out the most amazing pierogies appetizer and then our waiter, Josh, helped with our entree selection of Bison steak and shared so many wonderful stories about the restaurant and the area. We ordered the biscuits, carrots, brussel sprouts, short rib grilled cheese, poutine, and the mussels. All of it was incredible but the mussels were a clear winner.
