I really didn't care about…read morefixing it since most of the calls we get are sales, scams, political or charity all wanting money. It wasn't until it started effecting the WiFi that I cared. I finally called and talked to a guy named Dan. I could tell Dan was sorta a computer geek. He was talking to me about ports, overlapping signals etc... He actually seemed knowable and trustworthy. We have been getting mailers about AT&T doing "Free" upgrades to fiber optics. So decided to up grade which is supposed to get us a better router, multiple signals and faster uploads. Appointment set for a few days after the call between noon and 4 to get it all set up. Supposed to take up to 4 hours. Two days later: Got the call from the tech about 1:05pm he was on his way. About an hour after the tech showed up I got another visitor. A young man who said he was my consultant. So he came in and we set up the Smart Home Manager app. Then he wanted to talk to me about our cellphones. I told him the companies we were with and that we were happy with them. He mentioned free phones and a $$gift card. I said nope wont be changing cell phone carriers. I didn't tell him but I don't believe in giving one company all my business. If that one company has issues then you are screwed. And my WiFi in my car is AT&T and it constantly drops my signal. Right at 4 hours later the tech was done and everything seems to be working. With new technology I didn't have to reset passwords on every item that was connected. That was great. He left behind the old battery backup for the broadband phone. He had to come back in and take photos of the new outlet and I asked him about it. He said it was costing the company too much to dispose of them so they just leave them behind. Im hoping I can at least take the battery someplace to be recycled. So far so good. Time will tell if this was a mistake.

I was like um, I'm calling to cancel my internet because it's so bad where I live. They don't offer Fiber where I am located (Sobro area). I explained it's been spotty ever since I got it. Finally, I was told I'd have an email with further instruction on equipment return (modem and power cord) within 24 hours. I'm not certain that I'll receive it, but we shall see. If not, I'll be calling AT&T back.

Decisions don't come easily to me, and Maurice was so helpful and so patient with me. I literally spent 2 hours in the store deciding between models and sizes and phone covers, etc. I can't express enough how patient and understanding he was with my indecisiveness! It was really refreshing to not feel pressured into making a quick decision and he made sure I got the best deal available. The store itself is very open, spacious and clean. They have hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes available throughout the store, and the staff was all wearing masks. It was a very positive experience for something I usually dread and put off doing!

Because I had a government account for my phone, there wasn't anything they could do without approval. They knew I was leaving on vacation the next day so they worked tirelessly to find someone to approve my account. After several tries they were able to find someone. Unfortunately my problem ended up being with my phone (hardware) but they truly tried all they could. Excellent service by great people!

We needed our modem moved to another room so we started trying to schedule this with Xfinity…read morethrough the app. Twice this was scheduled and once they cancelled without even telling us, and the second time they just didn't show. Once I mentioned that I would be reviewing them on Yelp we got a tech out within the week. Funny how that happened :) The tech was super friendly and did a great job for us. So while it took some work to get to the real people, once we did, the service was great. Xfinity: REALLY REALLY wants everything to be automated. But it can't. So be ready to blow them UP if you need service. Otherwise they seem to correct outages really fast and communicate well when this happens. Four stars.

I had a very good experience at this particular store location when I was looking to purchase a…read morewireless Bluetooth speaker. A Verizon Solution Specialist by the name of Arlene Gonzalez assisted me. She quickly came over to assist me when I arrived at the store and was very knowledgeable about all of the wireless speaker products. Not simply trying to make a sale and rush me out of the store, she inquired about the type of location setting and purpose that I was looking to utilize a wireless speaker system for and targeted our research accordingly. Arlene was patient and enthusiastic in her explanation of what each speaker system could be used for and how to pair more than one speaker system together for an even better and richer sound experience. She again displayed that high level of patience and professionalism when informing me about the different purchasing options available to me and even connected the speaker system to my phone for me. In the future whenever I need to visit the store again for any more phone or speaker systems I will ask for her by name.

The guy acted like he knew what he was doing but clearly did not. He took the defective one, gave me another one. Processed it incorrectly. I spoke to T-Mobile's customer service and they fixed that but 3 months later have billed me for the tower that the Brownsburg store never sent back. I have had numerous calls with T-Mobile corporate and the store and just get the run around even though at least several of their own employees have said they wouldn't pay for it either. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. This business if horrid!
