We place an order for our garage floor with epoxy and a custom cabinet, we also had a pantry done near the kitchen looks great. We had a couple of minor issues but were resolved immediately the workers were great, friendly and very professional, customer service was excellent and they stay in contact with us with our order and appointments. I had an "OMG", most wonderful experience with this company. Premiere Garage came to my home in 2007, nearly 20 years ago and erected two large cabinets in my garage. The cabinets came with a "lifetime warranty" . A month ago, one of the cabinets weakened somehow, - and the shelves collapsed and the cabinet tumbled down. This was distressing, to say the least. I dug up my paperwork and called Premier Garage of South Florida. George, the service manager came out to inspect and VERY quickly and without hesitation, said that they would honor their warranty and replace the entire unit that had fallen, FREE OF CHARGE! New cabinet, new shelves, new hinges....all free, honoring their warranty. This week, Premier Garage returned to my home and replaced the fallen cabinet with the new one, - and at the same time, they looked over the remaining, standing cabinet and carefully assessed it to make sure it was in good shape. This cabinet required some fortification and a couple of new hinges which they addressed, also at 'no charge'. I can't think of ANY other company that operates this way. I can highly recommend Premier Garage to others without ANY hesitation. I dealt with a very nice person there named Veronica, - who was extremely polite, efficient, and helpful at every turn. If you need garage cabinetry or other work done, look no further than Premier Garage of South Florida. Did the install. I paid the same day. Got a call 4 months later saying they didn't charge enough for the service and I owe more. Then called multiple times per day for payment without sufficient explanation. Really shady practice and tread lightly. read more

We found tailored living (premiere garage) on line and they have exceeded our expectations! Vanessa, the sales rep, came to quote our job. A miscommunication led her to quote the wrong building. She came back the next day and gave us our estimate. We had the quote and the job scheduled within days. The first crew showed up when scheduled and did an amazing job resurfacing the floor. It looks awesome. The next day, on time, they came to seal it. On Tuesday the second crew arrived to install my beautiful cabinets. The crew was so polite and professional and my garage looks amazing! I spoke to Brittany a few times in the office regarding invoices and she always sent me what I needed and answered every question I had. I had my garage floor done and some cabinets installed about four years ago. When the sun caused the apron of the floor (the portion outside of the garage) to discolor, the company immediately redid it with a new compound that does not discolor. Recently, I noticed that the floor just inside the door was also becoming discolored. The company sanded the entire floor, reapplied a topcoat and finish with the compound that does not discolor. All rework done without charge and the people who performed the work could not have been nicer or more professional. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had Premier in for a Garage makeover, which constituted a new floor and enclosed cabinets. The salesman told me they had 50 installations in our Country Club community, but when I went for references they could not produce even one! Eventually I found one person on my own. I thereby placed an order for just the cabinets. They scheduled 2 months in advance for 3 days to do the work. On Wednesday they arrived to do the floor which already had been resurfaced. I pointed out this was deleted from the order. They left and came back Friday, but nobody called us. I called the office and said they would arrive between 10/11 am which they did. The work was done and in a professional manner and the cabinets look wonderful. I don't know how they will hold up over time. Overall their is a disconnect between their work staff and office which is the reason for the star deduction. read more

Avoid using Premier Garage of Boca/Palm Beach. We had an appointment today between 4 and 5. At app 4:30 the rep said he was on his and way and will be at our home in 20 minutes. He then called 25 minutes later to cancel and said he was late to the airport. Clearly the customers time means nothing. They advertise in resource living magazine. Hopefully we find a good company who values their customers to complete our garage project. Clearly Premier Garage could care less. Great ads do not make a great company...... read more

My wife wanted to give me Motor Trend type garage for Fathers Day 2015. We decided on Premier Garage after the manager at Closet Factory was simply rude and condescending while being grossly overpriced. Premier's project management team was really professional, all of the materials were ordered promptly and installation went smoothy. The end product was really impressive and matched the interior of my GT-R Black Edition perfectly. But every time I drove the car into the garage, a couple of tiles would pop up, so I would pop them back in place after I backed my car out. I let the situation go for about a year and half because I don't use that car much. But one day a whole section popped out. I sent pictures of the issue and chatted with a sales person online. A few days later, a project supervisor came out and assessed the problem. A few days later, an installer came and fixed the whole thing, replacing a few tiles. What's good about this company is they stand behind their products even after about 18 months had passed. If I ever get another house in the area, I'll definitely call them. read more

I love to write great reviews but that doesn't always happen but safe to say Premier Garage deliver 5 stars again. I just had them do the smoke floor coating in our recently purchased palm beach gardens home. The previous owner did the "do it yourself or contractor version " which doesn't look good at all and doesn't stay on long term. In my previous Davie Florida home in 2004 Premier Garage did the inside garage, outside covered carport area and barbecue entertainment hot tub area about 2500 sq ft. I can't rave enough about the quality of their product. When I sold my Davie house in 2018 the garage & entertainment floors still looked amazing. Recently had a a friend try to do it himself with home depot stuff,,, it just doesn't work and looks horrible. He is now planning on having it redone. Do your research... I'm cheap as they come and this is one area I don't try and settle. Premier has heavy equipment that grinds down the entire floor to bare concrete to insure product sticks. Preparation..preparation is key.... thanks again for another amazing floor. We are getting more compliments on garage floor than the rest of the house now.. read more

Professional crew of two arrived day 1 to empty garage (including refrigerator), prep floor (which required a great deal of sanding and work) and apply floor coating and chips. Day 2 same crew returned and applied polymer (and cleaned entire floor and work area). These guys were excellent. And while they were here the owner and a representative from corporate office in CA stopped by to check on job. Day 3 a three man crew arrived to paint and return items to garage. They could not have been better. I did not get cabinets. These people could not have been more professional, skilled, helpful, and expert.
