    The invoice of all the repairs they claim was done. The money paid and how much they charge for a job not done.

    I hired this company to resolve a refrigerator issue. The owner send his technician in to solve the issue, I paid them close to $875.97 dollars and the issue remained the same. I have called several times to complain about the issue. The owner Juliano was rude, he dismissed my concerns, was belligerent and called me "fucking bitch" and was screaming on the phone. He refused to understand what issue I still had unresolved and acted like he knows everything because he has 20+ years of experience. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. Mr. Juliano does not respect his customers especially if you are a woman. I will not tolerate such abuse, and no one should.

    R&J charged me $900+ to fix the light on my range hood. They came out and told me it was the control board which is a $450 part. The tech installed it and when it didn't work, he poked around and diagnosed it as one of the LED bulbs that needed to be replaced and that since it wouldn't light it wouldn't complete the circuit and that's why the control board wouldn't pass power to the circuit (so of course that means the $450 part wasn't actually broken). He told me it was a $50 part and since we already paid for the part and install that he got the ok from HQ to order and install it without a charge. We never heard back, despite many attempts and the lights still won't come on. $900 for absolutely nothing and they're being super aggressively rude on the phone with us. Pretty terrible experience overall. Would not recommend. Edit to respond - original problem was that the lights weren't coming on. Controls for fan worked and buttons for lights illuminated but power wouldn't pass to light bulbs. I paid invoice in good faith despite problem not being resolved. Tech used potentiometer to check all connections after new board installed and confirmed it's the burnt out LED that is causing the circuit to not close. If you'll come out and do that as stated in your response below, we'll consider the matter closed. Invoice attached. Edit#2 - request was to fix lights. You diagnosed the problem as a faulty control board and installed a new one. Lights still didn't work. Not sure what you want me to say? Yes, I agree that you installed a new control board - but the lights still don't work, and your tech's promise to come back with the new bulb and his promise that it would fix the issue remain unfulfilled.

    Arrived 8 hrs late. Did not make requested repair, although I provided part numbers. Came back 4…read moredays later. Left parts, but did not install them. Removed spring so my lid would no longer open and close properly. Overcharged me for the requested parts and did not even install them! I have never been overcharged for work not even completed! I know there is 0.00 due, because I pre-paid. But, you did not install the requested parts OR leave the new parts with me. And you charged for parts that were not wanted/needed. This machine has been well-maintained and could have been easily fixed by our regular repair person. I was giving this company a chance based on a referral and wish now that I had read these reviews first. If it was pre-paid and you did NOT install or provide the charged parts, you owe a refund. It is just that simple. And, you should have not "left parts out" on the counter that belong in the machine. Those springs hold up the lid! :( The person clearly did not know what they were doing...our regular repair person called it a "hack job" after seeing what was done and left behind. Update: Just watched your AI video which I did NOT give permission to post. That video shows exactly the issue - you aren't fixing what was broken. The drum spins, but not with clothes or anything in it. The coupler or clutch is slipping. Anyone could turn it on and watch it turn without actually putting a load of laundry in it. The video does not diagnose or show a repair of the problem. More importantly - nobody from the company attempted to call or reply in the last 48 hrs....and my card was charged for parts that were not provided, installed, or left behind. (And your other reviews say enough). I scheduled this to save time - and, I've wasted a week. I'm done replying here - feel free to call or contact me.
