2-11-21 My wife and I have wanted a 2008 Beaver Marquis with a specific floor plan and PCG had two of them!!! The first one, had issues with the wood paneling but overall was a nice coach and we missed buying it due to our circumstances. We had put a deposit on it and it was returned within an acceptable time frame. We made a run at the 2nd coach 30 days later knowing we would be able to close on time, but also knew the coach had mechanical issues (transmission) which is why it was still sitting. I assume if its a consignment, they would replace it when it sold and thats what they offered to do for us. My wife drove from Oregon to Arizona and looked at the coach. It was in pretty rough shape, but mostly cosmetic. Broken windshield, some exterior damage (scratches, etc), woodwork was loose in places, veneer was beginning to peel in this coach too which apparently is a Beaver trait! and of course it needed the transmission so we did not drive it. We were told everything could be fixed and we figured that was fine, we had a month set aside to do this. When my wife got home, we sent a $10K deposit to hold it and order the transmission. We then ran a carfax on the coach as we were curious why the front end was so pristine while the rest of the coach was a little rough. There wasnt even a rock chip in the front and except for the windshield it looked new. The carfax indicated the coach had been in an "off road severely damaged front end collision in New Mexico in 2014, Hit a tree". I ran this past Chad, who called the current owner and they were completely unaware of the accident which happened before they purchased the coach. Too bad for them, the value just plummeted! With this news, we rescinded our offer on the coach and are currently waiting for Chad to return our deposit. Will update date that happens. Chad has mostly been available when you need him, and has treated us fairly up to this point. His sales person was kind & friendly to my wife albeit a bit passive aggressive in her text messages that I was not too fond of but accepted since she was fairly young. 3 stars since it was an average experience thus far and we have not yet completed a coach sale. read more

Premium Coach Group is a First Class Operation. After speaking with our salesman (John Drenk) about a couple of different coaches, we decided on a coach to purchase. John was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We made the trip there to do a walk through to confirm the coach was as advertised (it was), and we finalized the deal. We were given a "Due Bill" to complete for all repairs needed to the coach, and on top of the due bill, Chad (PCG Owner) added new tires to the list !!! We were treated extremely well by everyone there through the entire process. John Drenk and his wonderful wife Diane who helped us with so much information and knowledge about the coach. Brenda, who completed all of our buyers contracts and vehicle registration and licensing. Chad (Owner) who introduced himself and made sure we were completely satisfied and happy. We were originally referred to Premium Coach Group in 2016 when we were unable to locate the coach we wanted at any local dealerships. As of January 2023, we have successfully completed not one, but FOUR coach deals through PCG with the help of Chad Stevens. Chad and PCG are unbelievably customer oriented, reliably follow through on everything they promise, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I purchased a used luxury coach from Wayne at PCG. He patiently answered my questions and guided me seamlessly though the buying process. I had some financing delays on my end, but Wayne was understanding and worked to get the deal done. Upon arrival at PCG for pickup, James gave me a detailed engineering overview of the workings of the coach and I met Chad, the owner. Everyone at this company was wonderful. Perspective buyers beware! I purchased a Liberty coach from this company and other then the one salesperson Katey Feil the overall experience was absolutely regretful. Katey Feil, was the only one at this business who cared about the customers, could be trusted and who's word meant something. The rest of the company puts profit above everything else, is totally dysfunctional, could care less about customers, their word is worthless and they cannot be trusted. It's no wonder Katie is no long with this company. My advice to current buyers is to make sure you have everything in writing and that you withhold enough of the final payment to cover everything they agree to perform until it is completed and make sure you verify that it was actually completed; do not take their word for it! I didn't and I got ripped off having to pay for agreed upon items myself after taking delivery. The GM of this company has NO coach experience and tried to get out of replacing the tires, after they agreed to, by saying that there was no problem with continuing to drive the coach with tires with date codes of 11/2003. If you are a perspective buyer, I would advise you to save yourself a lot of stress and money and buy from someone else. read more

I found the coach I have been looking for at Premium Coach Group. I flew cross country on a $1000 three day trip to Arizona. Many high end coaches inside an AC building. Steve Bennett walked me outside to the 2002 Newell with solar panels. The panels were covered with bird poop. The exterior was damaged in places, the engine and gen compartments were dirty and parts leaking fluids. Llights that did not work, pilot seat did not recline, windshield screen broken and the detail was a 5 out of 10. I asked for detail photos but he must of got busy and I booked my trip and no photos. Steve was knowledgeable and I did not feel pressure to buy that coach. If he had sent photos I would not of spent a grand and three days of my time last week. I asked to be compensated for half my costs, but, no reply to my email. read more
