I ordered a 12k system through a subsidiary company of theirs which i paid too much for. The names were in the process of changing I guess why? anyone can guess. It took longer to install than they said. They promised support and when a breaker box failed they eventually sent me a new box but no one came to install it ! Its been over a month since I contacted "John". I've had the system installed since November 2025 and now it is NOT functional. Now no one is returning my calls. 1-Just had Premium Solar Patios install a 38k system at my home near Coyle MS. My experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, inefficient, lacked communication (via Facebook, calls, text), there was never a single point of contact I could call that would give me answers on the process always passed around, my phone number was passed around more than a collection plate. To get a return call was also very rare. 2-Outcome: project was complete months after the estimated completion date. The original schematics did NOT match what I wanted which I thankfully caught prior to the start of work. Metal is not powder coated, only spray painted, I have asphalt and they simply filled the holes to the top with cement, so it doesn't match. 3-They will install what they are capable of and not tell you about what they can't until your too deep into the project. **they failed 2 City inspections (one during installation & final inspection) finally I have a complete operational system that I wish I would have just chosen another company to install to save my sanity... 4-They made me feel comfortable but it quickly turned to frustration and stayed that way for months. I can not tell you enough be careful if you decide to work with them and watch everything they put in front of you since they didn't use any of my instruction from the initial design... 5-I don't feel scammed, I feel like they have no knowledge of organizational management or logistics experience. Buyer beware! Make sure to inspect all the pieces / parts before install. Promised "powder coated" rafters and parts - but everything was cheaply + thinly painted only on one side. Parts arrived damaged, flaking, and with chips. Poor quality control and workmanship. Make sure you're getting true "powder coated" parts - otherwise will be a huge waste of time and money, and need retouching / repainting as soon as it's done. This review does not concern products or services as such. I want to warn solar and whole construction industry of contractor William Page, who also works/worked at Premium Home Efficiency / Premium Solar Patios. He scammed me around $16,000 - depending if we look this purely as building new business or including romantic scam also. He invited me to establish furniture business with him - me as investor and he as a carpenter. Mostly epoxy resin tables. I bought all kind of tools, wood, carpenter stuff; receipts are with me and all paid directly to seller, easy to see. This man decided to run and is not willing to pay me ANYTHING back, nor return any of my assets, belongings. He thinks financial liability does not concern him... as he is not doing that business after all, all I have bought are air for me, vanished, he is hiding my assets. I clearly bought materials for this business where he promised 15-25% of the profit for me. Additionally there are money transfers of which some state clearly the word loan. William has paid zero dollars back at me. I have offered him multiple options to pay and do re-payment plans, and he has at some point promised to return stuff and even promised written 25% of the profit for me. But then again he said, he is not going to pay anything. He has threatened me and my family various ways and sent incredible insulting text messages. He also threatens with police if I write reviews. He has caused incredible much sleepless nights, tears, panic attacks, stress etc for me and my kids. My children were waiting this new "mommy's business a lot". William also promised some artwork for them, as well as one table for me. He started it but never delivered it to me. Case is with police now but I wanted to still tell about him. Premium Home Efficiency / Premium Solar Patios has not handled situation helpful at all. They say William has only worked "once" for them, but then I have more than one people who say he works for them regularly. First day when I contacted them and asked CEO John Hunter to phone, I thought man who talked with me was John Hunter. He started blackmailing me that I need to give my address or otherwise he does not help me. Third time was already intimidating " Ma'am! I warn you last time, if you don't give your address.....". I didn't as my address is not their business and does not belong to this case at all. He hung up. Next day it cleared, man was "Impersonator-John-Hunter" as real John Hunter called me (I hope...). I have asked several times, would it be good this man apologizes me and tells me who he is, but no, not him. We all know that acting as somebody else is a crime and can be even felony. Real John Hunter was first nice but when I started questioning how long William Page really has worked for them - as at least March project at University Park appeared very much so that he was using with his work partner my tools - John started to be irritated and done with helping. He threatened with police if I write here review and they will make me "permanentely stop" this. I wrote response where I asked respectfully they help me - and answer was even more rude - why I write review as they HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS MAN. Well, they do have. At least had. And I was asking that maybe once in a lifetime they can be just kind and nice and help a woman who is ripped off by William Page. read more
