I stopped in and got 4 prepped meals. The meal prepped i got had 3oz cilantro lime rice (the rice is was so hard and wasn't cook), 3 oz black beans, and 4 oz tri tip (the meat was good). The second meal prepped i got was labeled avocado turkey. The label sticker said: ground turkey, black beans, peppers and onions. Be prepared to wait even if you place an order online for pickup at a certain time. Ordered 1 pound tri tip, 1 pound chicken breast, and 1lb potatoes for pick up at 1pm. When I arrived to pick it up and was told they are still waiting on my chicken and it would take another 10 minutes. Went back in 10 minutes later, and was told it would take another 10 minutes. My order was done at 1:45pm. There was no communication to me prior to my arrival that it would not be done and on top of it, they were about to hand me my order without it being done due to lack of communication among each other and not double checking that everything was in the order. I suggest calling ahead to make sure your order is on schedule and always double check your bag before leaving as you could be missing some things. The workers were nice and apologized after the fact when they handed me my order 45 minutes after my pickup time. read more

i really hate that i'm writing this. let me start off by saying preplife was amazing when they opened. i was ordering from them weekly for about two months. i started to get tired of the same things so i took a break. well this past week i decided to get some again. but man that was a bad decision. all my meals tasted less than. and two of my meals had under cooked, literally PINK, chicken. then i had a burrito and now i have food poisoning. idk what happened. they started off so strong and i was always recommending. i won't be back and i will warn you all to check your meat to make sure it's all fully cooked. read more

I'm really disappointed..I thought I found a meal prep place that was really good until today. I rushed to pick up my order during my lunch break and when I got home I decided to eat the angel hair pasta. When I was mixing the pasta around I noticed a black curly hair! My hair is blonde and not curly. I ended up throwing the whole meal away and now I'm scared to eat the other two meals I have ordered. I called the store back and they said they would refund me. I started purchasing preplife meals a few months ago for the purpose of eating healthy on nights I am late at the office. I don't usually do reviews but my recent interaction with Keith warranted a pat on the back for the service I received. As I mentioned I purchase almost every week from their Newly opened store front and was disappointed to find them closed do to construction. I reached out via email and received a call back in about an hour and a half to place my order. I was very satisfied with the service I received and felt that they appreciated me as a customer. The customer service is atrocious and needs to be adjusted. I ordered this as a gift for friends who had just had a newborn that was in the NICU. After finding out that they were staying with family during this difficult time after I had already placed my order, I reached out to see if the shipment could be rerouted to where they were staying 4 days before it was scheduled to be delivered. I received a response from Keith, the co-owner that they'd be happy to accommodate. I sent them the new address and left it at that. Once I received the automatic notification that they had been delivered, I sent another email asking to confirm which address they had sent it to and again nothing. Subsequently, the friends that I had sent this to lost their baby due to complications and I had to be the a-hole to call them while they're grieving to ask if they had received the meals (so they weren't rotting on a doorstep) bc the company I ordered them from wasn't responding to me.
