Well, I did have a negative review for this man, but it seems to be removed. He really ruined my life this guy. I had a very simple situation and he made it extremely complicated for me. Five years later I can't get it fixed. I've been to over seven different experts and I all I had was three gaps to begin with and one too. That needed to be raised just a little bit. My bike is all off and he's made a situation so complex I can't get it fixed not to mention the gum damage and the emotional pain and suffering, which has been excruciating so dealing with this man just have some caution and don't trust everything he does if you see something going wrong just realize it might just be part of the carelessness. The treatment plans were so shocking at the end I couldn't believe this guy just literally did not care what this was what his way of making sure that my life stayed ruined because of his work up until this day. I've been suffering thinking about this regularly. That's why periodically I come to see what's going on with my reviews to make sure that they're fresh and they're there and now because of this I'm also gonna put a review on Google because I don't appreciate the fact that this man is trying to hide the truth after damaging me severely his credit he did give me the money back and he is a nice guy, but the damage is so bad. Hi, so far I am thrilled with Dr. Prero's practice. I have 5 children, and my oldest daughter, now age 12 was the first through the practice for her orthodontic work. When Dr. Prero first consulted with my wife and I, the plan was for a 14-16 month course of braces. Then, about 3 months ago Dr. Prero told my daughter that if she came in regularly every 3 weeks for appointments he might be able to shave some time off his original estimate. Well - we got quite the surprise today. My daughter hit the 11 month mark, and we mysteriously had an hour long appointment scheduled as opposed to the normal 30 minute one. I didn't think much of it at first. Dr. Prero examined my daughter, and low and behold, he told her she was ready to have the braces removed! Huge, epic, incredible, wonderful, sensational surprise. My daughter was just elated. The braces were removed, the mold for her retainer was taken (she will have to wear it as much as possible for the next 1 year - standard), and before we even knew it, she was done! I had promised Alex that we would go to her favorite ice cream shop when she got her braces off, little did I know it would be 4-5 months early. Just awesome. Overall, Dr. Prero is kind, funny, very professional and caring. So is his staff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In fact, my daughter really bonded with one his technicians (Kelly) to such a degree that each time she came in they would give each other a big high five and then go on to compare skin care notes from their favorite products. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Prero and I have nothing but great things to say about my entire experience. I was previously (rudely) told by another office that I could NEVER have Invisalign and would need extensive surgery to fix my mouth. I was pretty hurt by the whole experience. Then I met Dr. Prero, who actually listened to my desires and gave me several options for treatment- one of which included Invisalign, so I decided to go for it. After having a crown replaced I realized my night guard no longer fit. Prero Ortho digitally scanned my mouth and ordered a new mouth guard. I went here after my old permanent retainer broke (I had it for over 10 years). I had the retainer wire removed and replaced at Prero Orthodontics. Shortly after that replacement, my retainer became unglued, and Prero Orthodontics fixed it free of charge! That was great, until it wasn't. A few months later, I realized that the "fix" wasn't really fixed at all. The retainer was not bonded to all of my front teeth, so 1-2 of my teeth have now moved away from the retainer, which I will now have to pay to fix with Invisalign ($$$$) or something similar. Everyone that works here is super nice, but I'm pretty upset that I'm going to have to fix my teeth after I thought I had a "permanent" solution after many years of braces. read more

By far the best doctors visit I've ever had! Not only are they efficient but they are extremely nice and make you feel very comfortable in a quote-unquote uncomfortable situation. The doctor is very hands on and is constantly checking on the patients to make sure that they are good. Everyone in the office had an incredible smile and seemed very happy in their workplace.
