She made my last min move and all the questions I had seem so easy and fast to accomplish. She was my personal shopper honestly. Christiny was able to make an appointment to tour the actual apartment I was going to get within a week. All the paper work was organized and sent right away. The maintenance staff is superb!! Dom Dove usually services my unit if I need any work done. I put in my request at night and within a hour of opening the next morning..I receive a email saying my request is completed. They are extremely clean and leave my place in same condition. I have lived here 3 years and the staff is very pleasant and professional. Dom Dove stands out because he not only repairs he explains everything in detail.and does a awesome job. These apartments are gorgeous, quiet, and the location is ideal. The sole reason I moved out was because of how awful the office ladies are. Specifically Karina, Bailee, and Jomana. I've had some lovely interactions with others in the office. Maintenance is also extremely kind, prompt, and helpful. At least these 3 are so incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. Here are some examples: - Called by Karina to inform me that a piece of paper that belonged to me was left on the ground. (It was a large package paper, so one could infer that it accidentally dropped while carrying the large package). It wasn't to ask if I had gotten the package, see if I needed it, nope. It was simply to tell me that I had done something wrong. - Officer manager Karina physically yelled at my parent on the day of my move out about how she's "never even heard of me" but then proceeded to yell that "you cause so many issues, you're not perfect". We have never heard that we were ever a problem from the office. - CHANGED MY REASON FOR MOVING from "management issues" to "personal reasons". That in itself is super sketchy. - Refused by Bailee to hold a package that was accidentally delivered there for a grand total of 15 minutes so I could come by and pick it up. Unfortunately however amazing these apartments are, the office just wasn't worth it. They constantly look for anything and everything they can pin on you for doing wrong and they're extremely unpleasant and unhelpful about anything and everything. read more

I have made complaints about somebody smoking over and over and I have asthma.. Do NOT move here. The Preserve at Westfields has been the most unprofessional leasing experience I've ever had. Communication from the leasing office is almost nonexistent, and they've repeatedly ignored our efforts to resolve basic issues. The biggest issue: it's now been over six months since we moved out, and we still haven't received our security deposit. We were given conflicting information on when it was mailed (first January 16th, then January 19th). After that, we were told to wait 30 days... then 45 days... all with no follow-up. Every time we contacted the office, we got different stories, delays, or no response at all. Despite promises from their team (particularly Bailee) that a new check would be sent via FedEx in early April, it's now May 20th and we still haven't received anything. Multiple emails and phone calls have been ignored. This is not just poor communication, it's negligence. Other ongoing issues while we lived there included the parking garage gate constantly being broken, often for weeks at a time. We paid extra for a gated garage that was frequently out of service, and the office rarely notified residents when it was down. In short, this property is badly managed, and the staff does not prioritize resident concerns either during your lease or after you move out. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

Really excited to live here. Everything you'd want in an apartment complex is here and then some. The apartments are spacious and full of finishing touches sure to please. There is a salt water pool, a game room, a fantastic fitness center and more. The location is ideal as there is abundant restaurants, shopping and fun things to do all very close by. I am not yet a resident, but after touring with Cristal and Hadou last Thursday (8/18/22)... I'm SOLD! My husband and I have looked at numerous apartment complexes near Tysons, Merrifield and Fairfax and this place was the best! My son loved this place the most out of all the places we toured and it's a bonus that the airport is nearby because he loves watching planes. And have no fear, the soundproofing is amazing. We couldn't hear any of the planes flying by while indoors. Cristal showed us 2 floor plans and did a really great rundown of all the amazing amenities that Preserve has to offer. She was so lovely and my shy son was actually really interactive with her (he usually cries when he has to meet strangers), so I'll take that as a good sign! Hadou has also been so patient with me and has been very great about communicating and resolving issues I had with the application process. He stayed behind and helped us finish applying for my husband. We had so many issues trying to make an account and log in, and Hadou was able to resolve all of the issues we had. Cristal was also great about following up on our application and providing me more resources to move along the process. This place takes the cake. They have a barista during the weekdays... excuse me? That's so perfect for my caffeine-addicted husband. They have a really nice gym and pool/lounge areas as well. The grounds were clean and spotless and it smelled nice in the building. If you're looking for a clean and quiet neighborhood that offers best bang for your buck amenities AND they're close to a whole bunch of shops and restaurants?! Preserve at Westfields is the place you should call home. My husband and I can't wait to graduate from the term "future residents" and actually make this place our home for our family. read more

I've lived here since it first opened, and like many other tenants I got to experience the delays that kept me from getting into my apartment for a few weeks. However, I really was blown away by how responsive (and at times very apologetic) the management was (Mick and Kareena, back at that time) during a really uncertain time, all complicated by covid. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue, which has only been a handful of stuff like (1) adjusting the washer/dryer so it wouldn't make as much noise, (2) water coming in by my balcony, and (3) one instance of pest control for fungal gnats (which really I think was a result of all the moisture at that time of year), Davalon comes through way quick and fixes everything within 48 hours, sometimes same day. The extra touch is how friendly he is and he greets everyone he meets as you cross paths with him at the property, and this same friendliness is shown by Mick, Bailee, and James of the leasing staff. I think what makes this place a solid property is a good number of the leasing and maintenance staff live on the property, so they give an extra darn (and are very accessible) and want things right. That makes a huge difference and I've lived at a lot of places. Most of all, this property accepts pet birds, and the management team always asked me how my birds were doing. It's hard to find a property that allows birds. I remember Mick said "I love birds, bring 'em on over!" when I asked initially if the property allowed them. Noise wise, there is a lot of construction in the area and it's been that way since I moved here. I don't work from home so it's been a nonissue. I also sleep with a white noise machine, so nothing really bothers me at night. I can't speak to any noise issues, that being said. Anyway, I'm only moving because of a job transfer out of state - otherwise me and my birds would still be posted up here. read more

The management. This has to be the worst group of managers I've ever had to deal with. We have been constantly harassed about things that we haven't even done. The managers took advantage of my wife when she sign the contract, never even asked if her dog was a service dog and has charged her $400 when they shouldn't have charged her a penny!! I have been looking to relocate from Long Beach, CA and finding apartment managers who are understanding of my hesitations to move somewhere I can't see beforehand has been a challenge. Hadou went above and beyond to show me the unit I would be moving into. The property and apartment look absolutely gorgeous and I can't express how much I appreciate the patience and communication of Hadou. Although I ended up finding another apartment that fit my needs better (solely based on it having a fenced yard) I wish I could say I ended up renting here. The apartments are beautifully updated and it was clear Hadou knew his stuff and wanted to help me feel comfortable with my move! It's certainly not out of the running for my next move. read more

Update: The restaurant opened right outside my door, making PAW an even more exciting place to live Overall, PAW is a nice place to live depending on what your priorities are. What I appreciate in particular is the prompt feedback to any questions or concerns I may have. The leasing staff always friendly and the maintenance staff is phenomenal!!! Davalon and his team have been very professional, knowledgeable, and capable of repairing all of the issues I've had which is super important considering the amount of money we spend to live here. What I don't like is that there is a fee to park in the garage when the rent is already super high. It hasn't been an issue yet but I do dread the day I have to pay for parking. read more

The Preserve team allowed me tour the property 3 different times to make sure I found the exact unit I wanted and that my wife and I would be comfortable. They are definitely not about just leasing any apartment they truly want you to feel at home. Everything in the apartments are modern including top of line Whirlpool appliances. The community also has top of the line amenities that include a game room that has a golf simulator and public bathrooms that have sauna and steam rooms. Since moving here in April the Preserve community has put on more events than I have had in years staying at other communities. The Northwood Ravin staff and team has been exceptional from maintenance request to general everyday conversations. This is a brand new community with the first ever residents moving and I can't recommend it enough! read more

The community is nice, but I have noticed a decline in how the leasing staff handles issues. Quality of life is deplorable and it's disappointing how the leasing team mishandles your concerns. You are treated as if you are unimportant. Its rather disgusting that after your sign the lease, the company doesn't care about you anymore as a human being. The rent is expensive and the parking garage is terribly built. The walls are thin so you hear everything such as people loudly walking or kids running up and down the hallways. When my lease is up I will not be renewing it. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND! Please don't believe the hype, they want people write a great review to get a gift card incentive. Id rather be honest. Also let's not forget they don't care about your personal property being vandalized! read more

Was pleasantly greeted by Cristal Smith, who was extremely enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable about the property. The tour was awesome and solidified our decision to apply. The grounds look well maintained and the location cannot be beat. The building clearly has pros and cons for every person, while the units are steep in rent, they appear to be worth it - online photos are not quite enough. I opted to not renew my lease after it expired because of the street noise, near collisions with speeders in the garage and because my rental rate went up substantially to renew. My windows faced Stonecroft Blvd and the police station. Honestly, any noise from the tap house onsite was barely noticeable compared to the traffic noise. Initially, I was very displeased after I moved in but Mick, the leasing manager, worked diligently to resolve any issues and conflicts I've had. He's been extremely responsive to my emails and calls. With all the complaints I've voiced he's always treated me respectfully and with empathy. I've never gotten the sense, that he was annoyed or didn't want to deal with me. His sincere attempts to make my stay pleasurable went a long way to changing my attitude. That's the mark of a true professional in my opinion. I will also add that the cosmetic issues I posted about were corrected a few weeks to months after move-in. As I mentioned, my view and opinion have softened over time because of my interactions with Mick. Albeit my interactions with his leasing staff became somewhat better very recently. Having said that, I must shout out Davalon Young. While not a member of the leasing team, he has always always been a pleasure to interact with when I've had maintenance issues or when just seeing him around the building. Yet, the street noise and low end appliances (though they serve their purpose) deter me from rating PAW anything above 4 stars especially for the rent charged. read more

Absolutely terrible! Would not recommend this place. Just moved in a little less than 2 weeks ago and on the first day of moving, we were not able to go in the unit due to the electronic key malfunctioning. I called the office and the manager told me someone would be there to help. Well an hour went by and I ended up looking for help on my own. My parent's car was towed on the third day after the manager confirmed that we could park in the garage IF they were helping with the move, so if you are planning to have a guest over, be aware of the inconvenience. The leasing office and management team as a whole is unprofessional, lazy, cold, and not transparent with their intentions.They sell you out on "all" the amenities that are just for the tour, when in reality the items either dont work or you cant use due to Covid. I've tried to use their printer 4 times now and its either out of ink OR out of paper, the coffee machine is a joke, the pool of course is closed, their steam room closed, meanwhile we are paying for the "amenities" that we cannot use. I am currently looking for another place and hopefully out of this place asap. Good luck! read more
