Located in a cozy food court type of location, trendy, and meant for the IG crowd. The parking is easy, as there is a parking structure next door, or public parking outside. There are seating areas inside, as well as outdoors on this artificial turf setting. Drinks are easily ordered via a terminal. I wasn't sure if this was the only way, but the menus were super easy to use, and lots of customization to this place. I ordered about 5 different drinks, and each was really good. The Boba they used was "QQ" or just firm yet squishy... tasted like fresh made Boba in the morning. The tea and slushies were good. I would say the flavors and combinations was in the "Mid to upper" tier level of drinks for Boba. The one girl that was working behind the counter was friendly, and quickly moving to complete the order. Aw man, I'm so sad to be updating with a 3 star review. This used to be my go-to boba shop since it's walking distance from my house. I used to pop open the PresoteaUS app, order on my phone, walk over, and it'd be ready for pick up. But a few months ago, this location stopped popping up on the app, and when I went in store, they mentioned that they now use SnackPass for mobile order. This blows my mind because I've never seen a franchise store using separate apps.. the whole point of a franchise is that you expect each store to have the same standard.. be it quality of the food, customer service experience, APP, etc. But.. I digress. So this morning we used SnackPass to order and when we arrived, our drinks were ready.. but let me tell you.. the teas were SO diluted.. I've never had a bad experience here so I don't know if it's a one-off or a result of whatever managerial/administrative "changes" that made them change their app (which might be indicative that there were other changes in the kitchen, too). It would be a 2 star review, but since this is the only time I've been disappointed in my 20+ visits, leaving it a 3. Will go back and re-review if this diluted mess is the new norm. read more

Sigh... it pains me to have to leave an unsatisfying critical review of a boba shop, especially one where I'm sure they take care in their craft. But there was some miscommunication that left me feeling annoyed after getting my order. Their menu showcased two beverages that included boba. When I went to order my drinks, one came with boba and the other surprisingly did not. Upon closer look, it turned out that my drink had suddenly no longer included boba pearls, and was an add-on. When I brought it up to the staff, I pointed out that both drinks were supposed to contain boba. They pointed out on the digital screen ordering system that my drink said "free boba - sold out," I then pointed out that I interpreted it as having boba included, and made a note that the other drink also said the same thing - yet received boba. Either way, they offered to give me boba for an additional cost. But considering I already paid more for a "premium" non dairy option, and I already was upset, I decided to forego it. I'm used to boba shops offering it up as an honest mistake but the added cost didn't sit well with me. Regardless, I'm sure the drinks are fine. But please update your visual menus or ask to make sure a drink has or doesn't have boba before you order. Sign, a boba fanatic who's left wanting more. read more

This is located inside the GOOD FOOD court. They have a pretty decent size drink menu. Their was several drinks I wanted to try, so I will have to be back for more. My favorite thing is that they have a $2 menu and some of them were for larger size drinks! Isn't that a smashing deal or what? Most places don't even have bargain menus no more, so this is EFFING AWEWSOME, and they do have a few flavors you can choose from. I ordered the Purple Potato Latte for myself and the Summer Fruit Tea for my fiancé. The Purple Potato Latte was very creamy and of course not so sweet that you can't stand it after like 5 sips. It was very enjoyable and refreshing considering it was another hot day here. I also like the fact that it was only $2 and a large size!!! I like to take my time when it comes to these delicious drinks. Sip by sip. You can really taste how creamy it is. The amount of purple potato in the drink was just right. You can actually taste the flavor. It was yummy! I will definitely be getting this again. My fiancé finished the Summer Fruit Tea within 5 minutes as usual LOL. He said it was very refreshing, not to sweet and also it has a strong flavor of apple in it. I'm assuming that is the top note in this drink. He said he would want this again also. this is rei's 3rd time trying presotea including once at the irvine location. rei was so happy after trying it for the first two times. the boba texture was so sweet and chewy. this time rei ordered a jasmine milk tea with full sugar and boba. the drink came out fast which was great. as rei took a sip, she realized there was hardly any sugar in the drink but the tea taste was decent. rei asked the employees to put more sugar in but it didn't do much. the boba was way too swollen to the point where it tasted like pudding. rei felt disappointed but will assume it's just a one time occurrence. rei is a forgiving girl. read more

Presotea is a hit or miss. Sometimes I love it here other times the service is not good. One time I asked my mom if she could pick me up a drink from here on her way home from work and she was waiting for 15 minutes for one drink and asked when the drink would be ready and the person in front of her had a very large order. My mom asked the workers how much longer and they said probably ANOTHER 15 minutes. FOR ONE DRINK?? I understand they had a large order to fulfill but they need to figure it out because that's so ridiculous, I felt so bad that my mom even waited nearly 20 minutes after work for a drink I didn't even receive. We have not been back since. I've tried 2 drinks from here: Wintermelon Tea: I loved this drink and would come here atleast 2 times a week because I was obsessed with this drink: It was nice and sweet and had such a good flavor. I would order it without lemon because they typically serve it with lemon juice but I just wanted the sweet flavor and it is my favorite wintermelon tea. Thai Tea Slush: The thai tea is not that good. I would not recommend this drink because it did not have a good thai tea flavor. It tasted quite bland and just like a powder thai tea flavor. We come to the Anaheim location whenever we're in the area. The service here is pretty friendly and they have reasonable prices. They recently implemented the self order system and it looked like it was a one person show (at least in the front) vs. 2-3 like before. The girl making the drinks was friendly and answered questions we had even though we had to place the order on our own, not at all rude or ignored per another review. We almost always get the$2 special bc the price is hard to beat especially when boba drinks are $7-8 these days. This is probably one of the few locations that still has the $2 menu bc several Presotea's have discontinued and they didn't always offer the same drinks. I love that you can sub oat milk for free here. Sadly, their teas (at least on the $2 menu) tastes a little watered down and boba isn't consistently chewy -- sometimes it's a little hard in the middle or just tastes old. I've heard a lot of Presotea and was pretty hyped up when I found out they were opening up one closer to me here in Anaheim. Here's what I ordered: **Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ Boba, 70% sweet, less ice: The first couple of sips, I was able to taste the milk tea and the boba itself was not too bad either but once I got a quarter of the way down, the flavor was lacking. I mixed my drink thoroughly and the only thing I was tasting was water and the boba. I finished my drink only because I was thirsty, but I do not recommend at all. (0/5) **Blueberry Midnight, 70% sweet, less ice: This is part of their "secret menu" and wanted to try one of their fruit teas so I decided to go with this. It came with lychee coconut jelly, which I'm usually not a fan of but since it came with the drink, I wanted to try it out. The actual base tea was alright but only got hints of blueberry, not the passion fruit nor the actual tea. The lychee coconut jelly was a nice addition but I cannot recommend this drink as a whole. Flavor was subpar but it was there, unlike the milk tea I had. (2/5) Realistically, I'd rate this place a 1.5 out of 5, but rounding up because of Yelp and because it's a newer location. A few modifications and voila!! Order was sent! I ordered a Taro and a panda Pearl both with boba. A few minutes later they called my name! I took sips from both and both tasted absolutely delicious. You can tell the quality in the tapioca bubbles themselves that they went all out in preparing these just right. Sweet but not too much and the perfect blend of milk tea and iced. Yay for their new location! My girlfriend and I went for their grand opening to take advantage of the free drinks they were giving out. The line was superrrr long, but they moved through it really quick. It's located in the Good Food Hall, but beware, they do not validate parking if you parked in the structure! We got the Taro Creme Slush, Signature Fruit Tea, Brown Sugar Latte w/ Black Pearl, all three drinks were amazing! I loved the Signature Fruit Tea the most, even with the 50% sugar. For how slammed the staff was, they handled everything super well and we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. I came here on the grand opening day and wow was the line HUGE! They had raffles, music, and special deals for customers. Although they were incredibly busy, the drinks didn't take super long to come out. It wasn't fast, but there was also a line going wayyyy out the door. I got the Signature Fruit Tea, Wintermelon Tea, avocado Jasmine milk tea, and the brown sugar milk tea. The signature fruit tea and Wintermelon were both fruity and refreshing. The avocado Jasmine was subtle in flavor. The brown sugar milk tea was good, but I wish it had the brown sugar on the sides like the picture on the menu has it shown.
