I came here on a whim as I had seen the sign a few times and thought I would try it. The space is massive and looks like they host a lot of business meetings there. The people were friendly, but in my opinion the coffee was overpriced. Don't get me wrong an iced vanilla latte is great, but a 20oz shouldn't cost $7. I will return and try something a little less expensive next time. read more

I've been to this location three times now, the latte is always perfect! Love their drip coffee as well. It's a spacious location with plenty of seating, including some comfortable chairs in addition to booths. The food and ambiance might be 3.6-4 stars. If it weren't for the unpleasant employees, I would just rave it at that. The first time I came in 40 minutes before close time, and the barista had already shut down the espresso machine for the day. Maybe that's a common practice, I don't know. He seemed unapologetic and fine with us leaving. The second time it took so long to be acknowledged standing at the register, it started out as just me in line, by the time an employee came over there were four people in line. This time, no hello, no "thanks we'll have that right out". Just unpleasantness, felt like I was inconveniencing them, coming in for a latte at 830am on a Sunday. Seemed like they were annoyed by having customers. It's been the same guy all three times too. read more

I was super excited when I saw that Press was now in my hood!! I feel that Press is now a staple in Phoenix, known for serving tasty coffee in class A office buildings. What you can expect from their space; great space to work with lots of room, tables, chairs, etc. What can you expect from their coffee at THIS LOCATION... meehhh. Ive come here 3 times now and I don't know what it is about this location but my coffee taste bitter/burnt- I order a simple almond milk latte. Not sure if the baristas here are newer and are still learning, but when I order my latte from the Biltmore location, I never have this problem. Due to that I'm giving it a 3/5 and will probably just wait to order my coffee once I get to the office from Biltmore vs on my way to work. read more

Stopped into this coffee shop when I needed to get a couple things done before work. Mind you, I visit the Waterfront location religiously, which is a much smaller, cozy location, so walking into this building was a big 180! The atmosphere was wonderful, tons of table space to spread out and post up your things for a bit, and decently quiet! In terms of their menu, Press Coffee never disappoints! Their Chai Tea Latte is quite honestly the best I have ever had, and their shakers are all really delicious as well. I also think they have really delicious and affordable food options which is nice to know in case you are posted up for a while. Best coffee around. I get the vanilla latte or the chai tea latte. Most places coffee taste like a tiny bit of coffee, a good amount of syrup and a ton of milk. Press truly has the best, it's thicker than others, they foam their milk and it's absolutely delicious. I can't drink anyone else's because they are trash compared to Press. read more

Highly recommend Press Coffee. The location is somewhat difficult to find as it is in an office park, however it is worth the search. Press serves some of the best coffee in the area and this location is spacious with plenty of seating. It's a nice spot to hang out, do some work, or just grab something quick to go. read more

I honestly cannot express how much I love this place. I'm here at least once a week to study. The staff are always so kind I know nothing about coffee or tea and so I'm always just "could you make me your fave drink?" Or "could you make me whatever you'd recommend on days where I need more energy" and they always pull through. It's probs annoying I do that but they're still so sweet and the drinks they end up making are amazing. Def recommend. read more

The coffee was good, but my first complaint is not showing any flavors on the menu. I had to look at the syrup bottles behind the counter to see what there was before asking. But it'd be nice to show flavors somewhere visible. The main issue was I went in the morning and there was one lady making the drinks and taking the orders. There was a line and it took forever. It's not even her fault as she was working hard. But just not enough staff for a coffee morning I guess. Other than those things it was good. I love the interior and the office space setup. read more

Heard a lot about Press coffee but never been to one. This is the closest one. Not sure how long they have been open, but this place is a gem. Lots of space to hang out inside and out. And of course the coffee was amazing. I'm not a big fan of South American coffee, but their Peru drip and the Guatemalan pour over we're we're equally amazing. If you're going to eat, bring something because the selection while tasty is not extensive. read more

I finally stopped into Press Coffee. It was amazing! The atmosphere is modern, plenty of seating, and an open concept. There is also some outdoor seating. Definitely liked the vibe. I asked the barista what she recommended, and she suggested the Honey Cinnamon Latte. I ordered it iced, and it did not disappoint. I also ordered a veggie empanada. I've been coming to this location for months, mainly for the quiet and open area it holds along with great coffee. However today as I was waiting by the register along with a few others who can attest to this. We heard Courtney the store manager absolutely YELLING so loud at another barista and belittling her and saying the most awful things to this poor employee. One of the few things we all heard was her saying that this barista absolutely disgusted her. All of this coming from a manager? After that experience I've unfortunately decided to never return to that location as it was a completely upsetting experience especially with seeing how this manager treated her own employee. I certainly hope this gets seen by higher management as that was definitely not the press I've known for the past few months. Whatever this barista did good or bad certainly didn't deserve that, and neither does anyone else for that matter. read more

I came in on a Saturday to work with a friend. The ambiance is nice and the place is spacious, but that's about where the positives end. The man working the bar absolutely did not want to be there, evidenced by his unfriendly demeanor. I ordered an iced chai and a cheese danish. Here's where it gets worse. The iced chai comes with hot foam on the top, so you really get a lukewarm drink. I would rate the chai a 3/10 and would not get one from here again. Also just a slight annoyance that the lids and straws are nowhere near the area you pick up your drinks from. Not only that, but my danish had MOLD on it. When I went up to let him know, I was met with 0 customer service skills. I said "Excuse me, I think this has mold on it" and he said "Oh does it?" look at it, put it down, grabbed another from the same case, and handed it to me. No apology, no dates listed on the products - for all I know the new one was just as old. Unfortunately, this barista and the way my order came out will keep me from coming back to this location. A real bummer as I like Press and this is the closest location to me. read more

The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.

If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. You might find it a little bit hard to get to, but don't be discouraged, right off of William Dillard Drive... you're gonna see a church campus on the right hand side, there may or may not be a sign out there about the coffee shop, but go ahead and pull up to the campus and make a left-hand turn and follow it all the way to kind of the north... And you will see the coffee shop. It has huge windows, and garage windows. You can sit inside or outside. With summer coming I'm sure that those will be shut in the air conditioning will be running in my understanding is that they have more food on the weekends.
