We shared a classic rogue grilled cheese ($8) and 12oz tomato soup ($6). While super satisfying, including the bread they used, I personally would have loved more blue! We picked up some of the Rogue River Blue (made with AUTUMN milk, wrapped in Syrah leaves soaked in pear spirits - mind blowing) and the new BluZu (soaked in yuzu-infused sake) and are looking forward to enjoying them at home. There are some indoor seating as well as outdoor tables. There was a steady flow of patrons as soon as they opened, so can see them getting super busy and probably a bit of a wait to taste if visiting later, especially on a weekend or holiday.

I most certainly would have purchased more Cheese had I had the right service /education on the available Cheese in their showcase. In addition, I had planned on buying a grilled cheese sandwich, but it looks like they had cleaned up everything and I didn't see any evidence of any sandwiches being made and I was there around 2:30pm on a Tuesday. I look forward to trying one next time . I'm really looking forward to putting the Caveman Blue or the Crater Lake Blue in a burger with barbecue sauce and grilled onions The Cotswald has chives in the cheese and is an amazing cheese thst would be magnificent on top of a baked potato or in mashed potatoes.. While I was in the creamery I met another woman that had driven all the way from San Diego just to get some cheese! Now that's dedication and shows the loyalty for their Cheese.. The creamery has a very well organized shop inside including various pastas, jams and sauces. Outside there was a lovely seating area. Since I had purchased some wine earlier and forgot a wine key to open them thankfully they had them available for sale. Advice on parking there is no parking out front or back. You'll have to park before you get to the creamery in the larger parking lot and walk about 100feet. My overall rating of the cheeses ..5 Service .... 4 Cleanliness...5

We ended up just wandering around the area looking for an alternative and stumbled upon Osteria La Briccola; I'm always down for Italian, and it looked like there were some good options for the members of our group who were gluten free. There were 7 of us though, and we were told it would be about a 50-minute wait for a table. It was getting kind of late to be looking for somewhere else to go, so we were like okay, we'll just sit and wait. As we were walking away, the general manager Daniel rushed out and said if we could give him 15 minutes, he could have us set up in the private dining room. We didn't even know such a thing existed, but we said okay, cool. Reader, it could not have possibly been a better experience. We waited a bit (less than 15 minutes, even) and walked into this private space to find a large family-style dining table all set up for us, with candlelight and music and the whole bit. Our server Patrick was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the menu, able to answer all our questions, and had a great sense of humor. Everyone ordered something different and ended up trying bites of each other's food, and it was all delicious. Several of us even ordered dessert; I don't normally, but the salted caramel gelato sounded too good to pass up (and it was well worth it). It was such a great evening and was, I'm sure, 10x better than the other place we'd originally planned on eating at. Thank you Daniel and Patrick for taking such good care of us!

I called market of choice spoke to the bakery manager and I was absolutely disgusted by this individual. I said there was a piece of paper with tape and it has ingredients on it with the number 5. She says that that is normal thing for displayed cakes and scoffed it doesn't have ingredients on it like I was lying. It's on the bottom of the cake and she then says you didn't see the plastic when you were serving these cakes to these kids? First of all no I did not, omg are you suggesting I was negligent? I cut the cake in wedges from the box and served it flat on a white plate. I remember looking at the plates and did not see it. I did not expect the plastic. I suspect that it was wedged on the side of the cake and it got pushed in. It went unnoticed because if you see the picture it's pretty noticeable, it's an 1.5" piece of paper with plastic tape but if it's in the cake I'm not going to see it. They offered a refund and they can have it. I am dissatisfied with this place and their lack of professionalism. I was an upset mom and they treated me like I was culpable of serving plastics to little kids. To the manager who called me a liar that there was no ingredients on the paper, read it for yourself. I was simply describing what was found in the cake.

**Kiva Made a Bucket-List Dinner Extra Special!**…read more We visited The Old Spaghetti Factory in Medford on July 27, and while we have always had great food and service here, Kiva turned this visit into something truly fantastic and memorable! Stopping at OSF was actually a bucket-list item for my oldest daughter during her summer vacation, so this dinner was already something she had been looking forward to. Kiva didn't know our goal for the afternoon, she was just doing what came natural, making it surely live up to the excitement! She was incredibly friendly, personable, wonderful with our girls, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone at our table got exactly what they wanted. We asked for a few extras along the way, and she never batted an eye--she was heartwarmingly kind, accommodating, and happy to help. And the food was AMAZING, as always! Our table gobbled up shrimp with fettuccine, ravioli with meat sauce, chicken piccata, angel hair pasta with browned butter and mizithra, and a large side of broccoli. Of course, we had to finish with dessert--vanilla ice cream, spumoni, and POG sherbet, one of each! Everything was delicious, but Kiva is what took our typically great OSF experience and made it a special memory from our trip. She helped make our girls happy, made us feel completely welcome, and added that extra bit of warmth that you remember long after dinner is over. We're travelers when we come through Medford, but we make a point to stop at The Old Spaghetti Factory--and after this visit, we'll certainly continue to do so. If you're traveling through the area, I absolutely encourage you to make it a stop. And if you're lucky enough to have Kiva taking care of your table, you're in wonderful hands! Thank you, Kiva, for helping make one of our daughter's summer bucket-list wishes such a great memory!
