You can build ur own bowl, salad, burrito, or quesadilla! I have gotten the steak bowl both times and it's been absolutely amazing! They also have a delicious bean and corn salsa i ADORE!! Prices are very fair! they give you a great amount of food as well Service- the service is top notch. Not sure if it's because they are new, but i have no complaints!! This restaurant is located at a strip mall and has plenty of parking. I went in around 2pm so the place was pretty empty. You build your own quesadilla, bowl, salad, etc. The place is clean and orderly and has seating inside. I ordered the shrimp bowl, which was very salty. Saw that there was a new place. I thought it was more like a bar and grill sit down restaurant. But it's just a rockin kind of fast food spot kinda like those other fast food bowl salad burritos, places. It was very clean good seating, friendly staff. My husband and I both decided on a burrito. Here was steak and I chose the spicy chicken according to what the guy who took my order said. Served with white rice, chili lime black beans, grilled vegetables several sauces also available this is what I chose, but you can choose whatever you want on your own burrito. The one thing that they do is that they do put it in a press iron type of deal so it gives it that crunchy warm tortilla texture. my burrito was pretty big. I was not able to eat the whole thing so I was able to take half of it home. The only thing that I would suggest is if they had some of those in jalapeños or Serranos or those yellow banana chilies that are either grilled and seasoned with spices or diced jalapeños, or Serranos grilled with the bell peppers and onion fajita style that they offer. Other than that, it was very good. We just like our food to be pretty spicy and hot. read more

Dropped by today and had an excellent meal. Friendly staff, quick service and very tasty food. The set up was like ordering at a chipotle but the food had different flavors. My spouse had the chili lime shrimp burrito and said it was amazing. I had the pork bowl and my daughter had the chicken burrito. We recommend! I saw a guy eating a quesadilla and it was huge! BANGING! The quesadilla was so gas. The staff was extremely chill. It was my first time being there and they gave me some samples of stuff to make sure I got the right thing. New to slo and came here after reading a review suggesting this place. We came right before they closed and were still greeted with a warm welcome. the manager ( i suppose ) also granted an online code when he really didn't have to. we both got bowls with the steak, which were 10/10. The chips were not stale and the queso was so warm but not overly thick. happy we found this place and will be back in the future! read more

I showed up on opening day, there was a great buzz and energy inside the building. Everyone was serving the customers with a smile. A friend told me how good the food was here so tonight we tried it. The menu was easy enough and the prices good. The service was quick and I ordered easily online. The tortilla chips were yummy. The cheese sauce not so much. It was super salty. I ordered the steak quesadilla. The meat was very tender but again super salty. The avocado crean sauce was very tasty but again too salty. Extra credit for clean cuts on the slices so it didn't all just tumble out. 5 stars, easy, will def come back for a burrito. Couple notes for the business owner: I think it would be nice if you guys had something listing your toppings. As a first-timer with no idea what toppings were available I kind of just winged it and put a couple things together that I wouldn't have normally. I think it would be pretty cool if you went with a sandwich shop model where customers can choose to just fill out a a little paper and check boxes on the ingredients they want. You could still allow others to make theirs on the fly, while eliminating some of the guesswork for your new customers. Some more selections on proteins would be a good thing to strive for as well. I love that you guys are making your tortillas in-house. One last thing; I rode here on a bike, not realizing that the quesadilla would come in box over a foot wide. I asked for a bag but the only ones that you guys carry are too small to fit this, making my journey home a little tricky.
