This place is simple and cute. It was kind of in a random place in Ala Moana, it's right next to JTB on the ground level. When I came in the lady was so friendly. I got the vanilla freeze with toppings on it and it was pretty good. However, it was a little pricey for the soft serve, but tasted healthy. I didn't know that it was vegan, which I guess I should've read the board. As a result it was a little gritty, but other then that it was pretty good. Love Pressed Juice! Greens 3, Citrus 1, Strawberry Apple Lime, Coconut Cinnamon, Charcoal Honey Lavender are just some of my faves. Yes it can be a little costly but you choose what you spend your money on. Plus the deals/bundles they have are the way to go. The freezes are so good and guilt free! Turned my husband on to juice and the freezes and now he's hooked. We had to create a juice budget. Love trying all the new flavors. The best part is you can go in and sample all the different flavors. Obviously they're all nutritiously different so it's also what your preference is. The cleanses are great for only $50 (1 day). Side note, love the $8 cooler bag, it's actually a pretty good bag. I use it to carry cold drinks for when I'm on the run and it keeps my drinks cool. My one complaint is that the employee that helped me today was probably the most gorgeous man I've ever seen in my life. I did a juice cleanse here a while back and it was great! The staff is very knowledgable about all the different drinks and their health benefits which is great when you have a lot of questions. I am a green juice lover. Since I heard about Pressed Juicery, I needed to try. Overall I loved it. To have a healthy drink choices and specially on those days when I am in hurry, is just amazing. Also, there are so many choices, what makes it even more exciting. Great presentation and delivery. The only thing, why I didn't gave all five stars is because I didn't like the fact that all vitamins is gone from the juices after a short period of time after juice is made, specially in this type off the bottle. Located in the new expanded ewa wing of Ala Moana, you'll find this clean juicery hidden near Shirokiya, Old Navy, and JTB. The juice craze has taken Hawaii by storm, and it was only a matter of time till an outside mainland vendor planted it's first store in Ala Moana. Don't get me wrong, I'm a total supporter of local juice establishments, but lesbe-honest here... things in Hawaii are expensive and my broke ass can't afford $9/$10 beverages every visit. Pressed juicery fixes this problem, as their menu ranges from $6.50 to $9 per drink. They let you sample everything and encourage you to try whatever they have just to make sure you're happy with what you purchase. I LOVE the bundle option they offer at $35.50 for 5 bottles of your choice. Breaking it down because I am chang-a-langgg, that comes down to $7 per drink, BUT one option can be from their amazing menu of signature blends which consist of vanilla almond milk type tastes starting at $9. The texture and consistance of it makes it almost like a milky smoothie. I'm usually a pretty cheap (read: stingy Chinese) person, but I will spring for cold pressed juice every once in a while. They're refreshing, healthy tasting, and easier to down than a huge bowl of salad. I'll even contemplate a juice cleanse on occasion, but that idea has not yet come to fruition. These juices are usually quite pricey - they say its because of all the produce that's jam packed into the bottle, but I'll be a skeptic until I actually see the process myself. And that is where Pressed comes into play. I first tried Pressed back when I lived in LA, and I was stoked they were opening a store down here in Honolulu. Pretty much everything that needs to be said about this location has already been said: lots of free parking in Ala Moana, good place for a dessert freeze after you gorge on Japanese goodies at the new Shirokiya, excellent service, and you can really sample anything on their menu. (If you're curious, my go-to freeze is the greens and vanilla combo with almond slices and cacao drizzle) But since I'm feeling benevolent today, I'm going to fill you in on a few of my favorite Pressed hacks: 1. Sign up for the rewards program. Seriously, it is so simple. If you want to join, just ask your cashier and they will enter your name and phone number into the system. You get a free juice for every 50 points and 50% off a one-day cleanse for every 100 points. I think you also get a free juice on your birthday! 2. Go for the bundle. At $35.50 for 5 juices ($7.10 per juice) this is a slight discount off their regular price of $7.50 for most of the greens, roots, citrus, and fruits juices. For freezes and signature blends, this is an even bigger discount. In each bundle, you are allowed to get one signature blend - so definitely do this, because its an almost $2 savings off the regular unit price! Additionally, you can get a freeze WITH toppings as part of your bundle. So in order to maximize your bundle, you should get one signature blend, one size 2 freeze with toppings (size 2 is the larger of their two sizes), and 3 regular juices. 3. Though I haven't done this yet, the cleanse options are an even better way to get your unit cost down. Its $49.50 per day, which includes 6 juices and 2 waters. If you subtract $7 from the total for the two waters at regular price, it comes out to about $7.08 unit cost for the 6 juices. Heard that this place was opening up today. Always wanted to try it but never found my way to their location while in the mainland. Called this afternoon to see where in the mall they were located. Nice lady answered and informed me they were on the 3rd floor by Bloomingdales. Walked around that area for 10 mins and even went inside Bloomingdales to ask if they knew the location (no one knew). Went to the 2nd floor just to be sure and went back up to the 3rd floor; still couldn't find them. Called them back and same lady answered, "oh, you called earlier right? I'm so sorry, we're actually on the ground floor by Bloomingdales." Not sure how you can confuse it as it's a pretty big difference. Made my way down and finally found them. Was nicely greeted inside and was offered samples, that was their saving grace. They were knowledgable in their juices and answered my questions. In the end, walked out with 2 Vanilla Almonds and 1 with orange, turmeric, apple, and lemon. Overall, 4/5 stars due to the inconvenience of walking 10 mins around the mall looking for them and feeling dumb along the way only to realize I was given wrong directions. If it weren't for their customer service, it'd have been 3/5 stars. I'll be back and even signed up for their loyalty card (you earn 1 point for every dollar spent and can be redeemed for free drinks and what not). I really enjoy coming to this place and I really enjoy their drinks. Citrus 2 and the Tumeric/Orange ones are my favorites! I'm only giving them 4 stars because of the steep price tag. $8 per bottle is quite a bit pricey here. Also BEWARE of the Wellness Shot. After coming here for a few weeks now I have downgraded them from 5 to 2 stars. Main reason for this is the unpredictability of their product freshness. Cold pressed juices are good for 3 days. Their products are shipped in from Cali and they don't keep track of dates and throw out products after 3 days. They 'taste' a bottle each morning to check if it's still good. While, they will gladly give you a new bottle of juice if you bring in a spoiled one. Who wants to go through that? Can't they just keep track of the items and toss them on the appropriate date? Second reason for the downgrade is dealing with the people who work there. Here's a typical interaction with one of the associates. Pressedjuicery: "Get a green drink, since you just worked out". Curious, I asked whats good for my recovery in the green drink and they said "because of the protein"......? ? ? Greens not almond? Idk?? I'm still trying to figure that one out. read more

Pressed juice, in general, may not be the thing for me - but I was glad that this opened up at Ala Moana so I could try a few different options. If you're new to the whole juicing world, I'd recommend trying Strawberry Apple Lime or a plain and simple Orange Juice. What's nice is that you can sample juices before buying a bottle. There are also promotions that come up every few months or so where you can buy a few juices for a lower price. They do have a points card system that is really great for repeat customers. A lot of the flavors, in my opinion, have so many different veggies/fruits in them, it's hard to really enjoy the flavor... The three stars is based on their coffee and freeze soft serve. This was my first time here so I'm not sure if the soft serve flavors change on a daily basis but when we went there was vanilla, chocolate, and fruit. All of the flavors are made out of fruits and nuts. I'm not sure how consistent they make their flavors (or if they make it themselves since from what I see from the comments their juices are made in LA and then shipped here). The vanilla and chocolate flavors heavily tasted like dates. I love eating dates but it was just a very strong flavor and I knew I wouldn't be able to eat the entire cup of the freeze. My husband and niece both ordered the fruit flavor and they both seemed to like it. My niece really liked it and my husband said he would probably not get it again. My sister and I both got the iced vanilla latte. It was just....not good. We tried to fix it but it just didn't work. We both would not get it again. I love pressed juice don't get me wrong, and I turn to pressed juicery whenever local juice is unavailable. I've had great instances with customer service with a few workers there and i've left the store with a smile on my face and a good mood. Thank you elijah, both rebekah's, and patrick! I've always walked into the store and been greeted with warmth and they always had a smile on their face. However... recently i stopped by to stock up on their 6 for $35 bundle, and I was helped by a girl named ashley.. ashleigh? horrible attitude and she was very short with me. Almost as if I was bothering her by stopping by. I tried to brush it off but her short responses and really bad vibe just turned my experience upside down for this store. If you don't like customer service or retail, long story short just don't work in that service! I am so excited that Pressed Juicery is here in Hawaii. So easy to swing by Ala Moana and grab some healthy juices. I absolutely love their vanilla, greens, and chocolate freezes! You get all the toppings you could desire including fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Great alternative to ice cream and good for you too! My favorite juices are Greens 3 and Citrus 2 although I try to stick with the non fruity ones for more health benefit, less sugar. Their wellness shots are pretty intense but they did knock out a cold I felt coming on. The immunity one tastes like straight ginger so I would take small sips. Lol. My mouth was burning after but hey if it helps my body I'm in. Also love their cayenne lemon H2O. So great for your health and digestion. Will definitely be frequenting this friendly place. Two downfalls that a friend pointed out to me: 1) their juice isn't organic, 2) they ship their product from the mainland. I need to do more research but for now I love Pressed Juicery! read more
