He quickly diagnosed the issue and made a repair. He recommended having a check up done on our system as it's over ten years old and we were able to schedule that easily. Even though we may only have a few years left on this A/C unit, I am happy to have David do regular inspections to keep it in the best shape possible. So many contractors are difficult to deal with but David is professional, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We were waiting at a…read morered light to make a right turn in Danbury and their employee was coming out of a gas station and thought we should move to let him out of the gas station driveway, even though there was a vehicle in front of us so we couldn't go anywhere. He honked at us and managed to get out behind us into the left turn lane. When our light turned green, we proceeded to turn right and as we passed the van, the driver rolled down his passenger window and flipped us off. Really nice way to represent the company listed on the side of your van!! If we lived anywhere near here, I guarantee we would NEVER use this business based solely on the behavior of this employee!!

The price was very competitive and JR got us the state rebate as well. The installation went smoothly. His assistants were polite, conscientious and very detailed oriented which I applauded! After install there were some minor issues with unit as first year products have. Ryan expedited service of unit and had it operational. And it has been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and bad...they are good! **Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. Mitchell Fuel service has gone down and has not kept up with the times in technology. Luckily I turn my water off before leaving for an extended period. When I called to speak with Mitchell they informed me I was called and emailed. Not true. The excuse was that it was a cold and snowy winter which disrupted their schedules. The Mitchell website is basically useless. Their is very little detail and visibility into your account. Also other companies offer remote monitoring devices that they can monitor as well as an app you can follow as well. Mitchell pricing is not the best as well. Look elsewhere for service.

One example is..She double charged a client for a 45 degree bay window!! Jen suggested the placement of the window!! When i arrived to install the window i noticed that it would inhibit the bulkhead basement door from functioning. I called jim before i installed the window to report the problem. He screamed at me and told me to install it anyway!! He said that they will sell the homeowner on relocating the bulkhead door!! My personal opinion is avoid Lambert and Barr!!
