However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

The quality of the cleaning has always been reliable, which is why this recent experience was disappointing. About a month ago, I stopped being able to reach Alberto by phone or text, which I assume is due to a phone number change. Normally this wouldn't be a major issue, but their cleaning times vary each week and I'm often not home when they arrive. Unfortunately, no one provided me with an updated contact number, so I currently have no reliable way to communicate with them. This week, they arrived while I didn't have my phone nearby, so I missed the ring notification at the gate. After waiting for some time, they left, and my house ended up not being cleaned. Since I still couldn't contact anyone directly, I had to hire another cleaning company on short notice, which caused a major inconvenience and forced me to stay home while they completed the job. Again, the cleaning quality itself has always been very good, but the lack of communication and follow-through regarding updated contact information has been frustrating, especially after being a long-term customer.
