Impressed I am (in my Yoda voice)... We came for our youngest son's senior portraits for school. The staff were super friendly and completely inviting. I love that they concentrate with one person/family at a time and that I could take some of my own photos of our son. As a former old school photographer in the 80's, interaction with the "subject" is crucial for getting the right poses. Though they have a young vibe, they work well as an experienced team. From check in to check out this group of awesome individuals were professional and friendly. Thank you to Jhermaine, Crystal, and George for capturing some awesome shots of my graduating senior. When we arrived I called to check in per the confirmation email I received. From there we were escorted into the lobby to check in. The pleasant young lady verified basic information then asked for a description of the outfits and any props that would be used. From there we were taken to the dressing room to change into outfit number one which would be photographed in one room. After changing Jhermaine came and brought us to the 1st of 3 rooms. She was awesome and very patient and accommodating. Asking us to choose backgrounds and even showing us test shots so we can see what they looked like. She took her time directing my son to do various poses and taking lots of pictures allowing us to critique whether we liked what she had already taken or wanted to take more. When we were finished in room one Jhermaine escorted us back to the dressing room to change into outfit number two that would be photographed in two separate rooms by George and Crystal. Both George and Crystal took there time making sure to get multiple shots and asking our approval after they had taken several shots even retaking some shots we weren't completely happy with. I am so pleased with the whole experience. Customer service was wonderful and the facility was spacious and well kept. Not a review about the photos, but it was highly irritating to have my senior drive 45 minutes out there only to be told (A) they don't take ApplePay, (B) you can't pay online, and (C) they won't take a card over the phone. This is 2024, not 1984, JFC. At the very least they should warn you in the six reminder texts and emails they send that you need to bring cash or a physical credit card. read more

Unable to contact, you get connected with reps outside of US. They don't have a direct number to the local office. My daughter's pictures are disappointing. On their website when you order, it says to put the name and grade on the same line. So I did. I got her photos tell me why it says "Zxxxxx Kindergarten" (not disclosing child's name). Had our girls senior pictures taken this morning at Lifetouch Prestige in Kunia near Jack in The Box. Scheduled appointment on line almost (3) weeks in advance. We arrived about (5) minutes early to check in. We were greeted by their staff. Everyone was nice and helpful. They were able to take group photos with their best friend and with each other, also brought their instruments and sports props. Prestige photographers captured our daughters personalities. This place makes everyone feel like a celebrity! My son just had his senior portraits done at Prestige/Lifetouch in Kunia and we were blown away with how welcoming and accommodating the photographers are here. I called ahead to reschedule and the person on the phone was very understanding and knowledgeable. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, we were greeted by Ed who chatted away with us. He made my son who is normally shy feel very comfortable for his photoshoot. All three photographers worked with us and took their time to make sure we got perfect shots. They even let us bring in our pet to join and grandma got to jump in for a special memory! The guys all came out to greet us and complimented my son so much that he felt like a v.i.p. (Which I know they do with every customer.) We went home and kept talking about what a great experience we had. But that wasn't all. It took only about a week to receive the proofs and every shot turned out great. I was so happy I showed my friends and coworkers who also had senior portraits done this year (with other companies) and they were bummed out that their kids' schools didn't book with Prestige. They said that they were rushed when they shot at the other companies, their children weren't posed, they couldn't go in the pics and bring their pets, and some even complained about having light glares in their photo! Had an appointment for son's senior picture taking on an early Saturday morning, first appointment at 8am. We had booked the appointment one month in advance online. The studio is located in Kunia. Below Walmart and Times supermarket. On the top level of the shopping complex. Across bank of Hawaii, next to Domino's pizza and tmobile. Pretty easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff there that day: Kylie, Maile, Dez, Ed. 2 different outfits: schools and personal. Studio has the schools outfit. You could bring a prop to use in your personal pictures. Pick 2 different backgrounds. There were 3 different rooms that were used for picture taking. Everything was very organized. Staff helped with guiding my son's posture, positioning, fixing his clothing. I was allowed to follow my son into each room to help and preview the shots taken on the camera. Took almost an hour from start to end. It was a great experience there. Free parking right in front. Proofs would be mailed out in 2 weeks. Pick 2 pictures: school & personal by certain date. Everything is done online. Picking and ordering. Sitting fee: $40 read more

This was probably the best photo studio experience I've ever had! Every single employee was friendly and knew what they were doing. They asked before fixing my daughter's hair or helping her adjust her outfit, which showed great respect and courtesy! They went out of their way to ensure my daughter had poses she liked, offered backgrounds that complemented her outfits, and even worked really hard to make sure her glasses didn't have glare on them. I have never been so disappointed. I paid 90$ for a plaque and a single laminated 5x7 of my daughters graduation. The plaque was a piece of garbage, poorly done, untrimmed photo, off-center, not even a piece of protective glass over the photo. There was debris behind the picture on the plaque that was poking through! I called and asked for a redo for all those reason. Three months later I have not received anything. So today I called to find out what happened and they said they cannot do it over for "insert BS reason that makes no sense here." They offered a refund but are refusing to refund my shipping and taxes. Excuse me! Why should I eat the shipping on a garbage product?! After an HOUR of arguing I finally got my money back. My daughter was seen today for her Senior pictures. We arrived about 25 minutes from her appointment time to look over backgrounds and also to give any information needed for the studio. Staff very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Since we opted for an outfit add on there was 3 rooms each with the backgrounds that she chose except 3rd room was formal wear (black drape) provided by studio and background was standard according to school that student is attending. The photographers were great they let parents come to the room to watch and let them take pictures from your own phone/camera as well. Photographer was nice enough to ask if I had a certain pose in mind for my daughter to do. After photos were complete the photographer would show you the pictures off of his/her camera to get your approval. While taking pictures if they felt a hair was out of place they'd let you know before taking pictures and give you time to fix it. My daughter is very shy so taking pictures makes her uncomfortable but the staff did great making her feel comfortable. Overall, our experience here was great and since I have a son who'll be a Senior in a few years I'll definitely be back. read more

Can't believe my nephew whom I love and adore like a grandson, is already a senior in high school! *tears. So of course, I should follow him to get his senior portraits done. They were extremely welcoming and friendly, worked with him on choosing his backgrounds, and was so patient!! He happens to be the homecoming king for his school, and they knew that because he brought his crown to take a photo with. Cutest thing is the workers would make a big deal of it and got him feeling super special. Each customer is assigned a dressing room, and they even drew a crown on his dressing room door. He brought 3 different change of clothes to change into after each session. When it was time for picture taking, he had a session in 3 different divided sections, and each photographer was just unbelievably AWESOME!!! they each made him feel super special and made a lot of small talk with him and got him to smile and laugh, the session was so easy because they really made him get into it. After his session, they had him choose 2 yearbook photo's and told us we would receive the website link to his photos once available. The whole session took about 2 hours, but it didn't seem that long because we were having fun. read more

To be clear, this is a review for in school photography. My daughter's picture always turns out badly. How is this possible? It's digital! Whatever. For the last 3 or 4 years she had had to retake her photo. Two years ago LifeTouch jacked up our order and we ended up with no retake prints. We had to contact them, upon which they sent us...a class photo. I am not kidding. I had to contact them again. No photos. Another class photo. FINALLY, retake prints. In the SUMMER. I can't even. On Monday I contacted them because I got the dates mixed up for ordering yearbooks. I wondered why there was such a huge gap between in person orders (3/16) and online orders (4/23). Well that's because the flyer was wrong. And it turns out the school was telling us about it using follow up flyers and notifications from teachers but I wasn't paying attention. Sigh. So I missed the deadline by about 4 hours because I couldn't get anyone to confirm the deadline at LifeTouch. When I called Paulette was very pleasant but kept on telling me to contact the school. I told her the school told me to contact them because they had already turned their count in THAT MORNING. She said our rep was out of the office but she would have them get back to me that day (Monday) or Tuesday. It's Wednesday, so I call back. I get transferred to Claire, who it appears is our rep. She tells me the same thing - she just gets a count from the school, puts the order in, and that's it. She can't help me. You know, I get it that there are just situations where nothing can make a difference for you. I know not everything can go your way. And I'm sad that I did this to myself. But honestly I was put off by Claire's sorry not sorry attitude. I'm sure they've heard every story out there, and I would probably be a little jaded myself. I just would have appreciated some sympathy and a bit more professionalism. read more

Never allow this company to take charge of graduation ceremony pictures. They take 2 pictures of your child right after they receive their diploma and right before they sit down. My child wears glasses and where her eyes should've been, there were 2 yellow circles from the reflection of her glasses covering her eyes. And you expect $60 for these horrible pictures? Dream on. Horrible skills for a "professional" company. The school should've hired the photography students who would've done a better job. read more

They give guidance for good poses and facial expressions as well as lets you explore your own ideas. They are also very comfortable and personable to be around. My sister came here to take her high school senior portraits on 9/30/17. I was surprised by how friendly the staff was! When you first walk in, there's a waiting area with lots of seating. But after you check in and they call your name, you're called to a different waiting area that's close to the dressing room and the room where they take the pictures. This was extremely convenient because my sister could go into the dressing room, pop out to show us her outfit, and then go back in to make adjustments. I thought it was cute that when they showed her to her dressing room, there was a dry erase board on the door with her name on it :) The photographers were great (not awkward at all) and allowed me and my mom to take pictures with our phones. We got amazing candid photos of my sister laughing and having fun. Shortly after all the pictures were taken, they allowed us to select her yearbook photo on a screen, and told us we could look through the photos and take pictures of the screen, too. I was really surprised with how easy the process was and how lax they were about allowing us to be there and take our own pictures. Another plus- our appointment was at 12:50 pm and they called us in sometime between 12:50 and 12:55. We were there for about 1 hour in total. Definitely a 5-Star experience! read more

Senior portrait time for my son! Due to it being senior portrait time for most schools, I did have to make an appointment ahead of time. There wasn't a lot of availability as my son had to have his photos taken by a certain date in order to be in the schools yearbook. The waiting area is very large and pretty comfortable. There really wasn't a long wait time as the staff there serve you quickly and assist you with picking out your backgrounds. My son does not like taking photos but the photographers there did an awesome job of capturing his smile. They got the session done in less than an hour and took a lot of great photos of my son. My only issue now is trying to decide which photos to purchase! read more

Went in on Wednesday July 15th 2020 for a Senior Portrait appointment for my oldest. Upon arrival we had to call the studio to notify them that we were outside. We then were greeted at the door by a friendly female who took our temperatures before entering. She guided us to the reception area where she took down and confirm my daughter's demographic and High School information. As soon as we were done she introduced us to our photographer Jordan, who then took over to help us the rest of our appointment. Jordan was very courtesy, helpful, kind and went outta his way to make my daughter feel confident and comfortable with her session. I believe he ran back and forth so many times to get the mirror for her to check her appearance that he broke a sweat. Jordan also asked if she would like to be a model for sample photos that they'd use in their studio. She and I both agreed and signed a consent form. Jordan and couple of the staffs got to work and took the photos they'd use. I was amazed by how organized and how professional a team worked together.
