They sold me a truck with a ton of hidden issues, really unethical dealership. I bought a 2019 F150. Within a day I noticed the transmission is shot. Needed a full transmission replacement. Also the brake rotors were shot as the last owner didn't change the pads at the same time as the rotors. These are very easily spot-able issues and this truck shouldn't have ever left the lot, it's shocking. The manager, Greg, claimed he "PerSonAlLy sIgNed oFF oN" the vehicle being good to go. Horrible to work with, accepts no responsibility and just offered me a rental while the horrible warranty that their finance department hustles replaces my transmission with a salvaged one. Lol. Have had our cars serviced twice now and been pleased w/the mechanic who worked on our cars. However, our names and personal info have been used w/o our permission by another dept continuously for signing up for a 'service agreement.' Called the dealership and spoke w/Becky in the service dept to take us off their list, however, we continue to receive unsolicited notifications. Called today 4/2/26 and got an 'AI' generated voice which apparently is an interface between customers and service dept which denies actual dialogue between customers and an actual person. We will not support AI generated proxies. As a result, we will not be utilizing this dealership to perform service/s on our cars in the future. read more

I was having issues with my car when I took it to this dealership where (after charging me for an initial diagnostic) stated that I needed to purchase a new battery in order to run secondary diagnostics, and that the electrical specialist would not be in for days. I purchased a new battery and their findings were inconclusive. Took it to a local mom and pop shop where they found that it was a sensor needing replacing - so who knows if I ever needed a new battery to begin with. Avoid at all costs. Within 5 minutes of leaving my first review of Prestige Chrysler, General Manager Randy Deshler, reached out for more details so that he could look into our complaint. By noon the next day, Randy had made the situation right and agreed that Prestige would indeed replace the entire mirror/shroud that was promised to be replaced by the sales associate when we purchased our truck. The part was ordered and Bryce in service made sure he had time to replace the mirror at our convenience. Had trouble with my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 that I use to pull my 5th Wheel Travel Trailer. Took it to Prestige on a Friday about noon. I was informed that three techs had not come into work and that it would be difficult for them to even try to diagnose the problem, Rob the manager, said possibly Monday they could look at it. I explained that we had to be out of the RV park on Monday. Other personnel in the service department said they would do what they could for me. Within 2 hours Rob called and said it was the batteries and they could have them installed before the end of the day. All happened by closing time Friday and I was ready to go. Took my grandsons truck to these guy's for a second opinion. The first shop said we needed a new cam for $5k. Paid prestige their $190 diagnose charge. They said it wasn't the cam, we just need a new PCM and cat sensors. We went with their recommendation, to our regret. Shortly there after, the engine started having issues. Took it back to prestige, now they say it needs a cam? And the engine is destroyed. The most disturbing think is; the shop said there were other issues, some of a safety nature. And never told us, or presented a cost for repair! We have asked for them to either complete the repairs to give our grandson a safe & reliable vehicle, or replace it with a excepable substitute. Nobody ever got back to me. I filled out an inquiry online, filled out financing, reached out to somebody on the website, they kept telling me somebody was gonna get back to me, and nobody ever got back to me. For three or four days I asked if someone was going to reach out to me, was told somebody from the sales team was going to reach out and I never heard a word from anybody. I bought a Used suv from this place and it's been in there service department more than what I've had it. When I first purchased IN FULL; they said they were going to detail it and fix a couple things on it. Never did any of that; when it rained it started to rain in the vehicle so now the suv has water damage. It ended up being the sunroof drain and it took them 2 times of it being there for 3 weeks. The sales manager Rick said they go through a full inspection before they sell ALL used vehicles which is absolutely not true because this vehicle has been a extremely dangerous and ridiculous to say the least. I understand things happen buying a used vehicle and gambling on buying a good one or bad one but selling a dangerous used vehicle anyone much less to a mother with kids is unethical and irresponsible. It's stalled out on me on the highway 4 times and once the RPMS went up and wasn't pressing the gas. I had to break on highway to slow down. I took it to the dealership because it still under warranty and they said "they don't have any loaners" so a service tech had to drive my children and I home. My children couldn't put there seat belts on because we didn't fit in his small car. Extremely dangerous for myself, my children and the service tech; if we would of got into an accident the dealership would of been responsible. This place is NOT about customer service, safety or helping customers. A vehicle is a daily use in most people's lives and for them to be selling vehicles without doing full inspections and lying to customer saying they did full inspections and didn't is wrong and could potentially kill someone if it already hadn't! Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE I can't Reply to the owners response but they absolutely DO NOT do full inspections or details before they sell used cars they get them and the sales men just hurry and sell them before inspections I was told that by an employee And now a week after picking up my vehicle the check engine came on. Purchased a new truck in 2022. The vehicle had been modified by the dealership before the sale. Modification has led to number of problems. After numerous attempts at solving the problem there has been no resolve. The latest issue has left me with a 5000 dollar fix. After taking the vehicle elsewhere, the problem was diagnosed immediately. It became very clear that the dealership was trying to bandaid a large problem until the vehicle was not under warranty knowing the potential safety ramifications. Find a vehicle from this dealership in 2020. They up sold me on an extended warranty that covered "bumper to bumper" and when asked them to clarify what is specifically covered they answered "It's actually easier to list of things that arent covered: The tires, windshield, and brake pads." Now it's come to light that paint that wasn't cured properly before it left the factory so it has 3 distinct spots where the paint is starting to bubble. Also the passenger sun visor fell off all by itself. I went in today with 5000 miles left on my extended "bumper to bumper" warranty and they told me that neither of these things are covered under the warranty they sold me. They're trying to charge me $275 to fix the sunvisor and $600-$800 for each spot on each door as well as the spot on the tailgate. If i dont do anything it's going to corrode the metal underneath and rust over time. DO NOT come to this dealership and expect them to honor anything they say or sell you. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. read more

I had the same experience as others with Prestige's so-called "bumper to bumper" warranty that they sold me. It's obviously on me for trusting what they told me rather than reading the fine print, but lying to customers is wrong and is certainly the best way to lose a customer for life. Also, there's obviously something wrong with Dodge's sun visors since this is a repeated issue from several posts on these yelp reviews. I'm not sure how this doesn't justify a recall, but I'm certainly not going to pay $350 for them to put another crappy sun visor in my truck that is going to break again after minor use. I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel with under 50,000 miles and I've already had a cracked header and now my transmission is acting up. Prestige claims to have fixed it with a software update, but it's still causing me problems and now they can't repeat the issue and won't do anything to fix it. read more

I decided to go to Prestige as a first time customer to service my vehicle knowing exactly what needed to be done as I'm vehicle savvy, but don't have all the tools for this job. Nonetheless, I receive a call stating in addition to my request I need $5k in new cats and O2 sensors. I asked if an exhaust leak that they're supposed to fix would throw that code... "not at all". A quick Google search can tell you otherwise but I knew right there what I was dealing with. A suggestion - before asking your customer to spend that kind of money, an IR temperature read of the cats at operating temperature would tell you if they're working properly or not. Long story short, I paid nearly double at Prestige than other people have paid for the same repair elsewhere. There are no line items in the receipt so they lack transparency as well. Thankfully, I declined new cats and saved myself $1,200 (the price elsewhere) as I would've got that done elsewhere at that price, and the leak was the reason for the code which hasn't come back on since. I am a brand loyalist and in the market for a new vehicle in the next 6 months, but I will choose to take my business elsewhere as first impressions are everything. read more

The service writer and manager ignore me for a few minutes and then ask what i am here for. No sorry for the website mistake and long time waiting (2 hours). Wait!!! Did you check tire? Oh we forgot to check leak. No sorry again. So i am still waiting... late for my work appointment. They should rename their service from "EXPRESS LANE fast oil change and more" to "HAVE A SEAT this is going to take hours". Bad service! Well where do I start... we went and talk to Tony about finding a truck. After days of searching Tony was not able to find a truck that we wanted so he convinced us to order one. He didn't want to fill out an application and get approved on the spot, instead he wanted to take our deposit of $1000. It was supposed to take only 2 to 3 months and it up taking far longer than that due to Covid. At the time when contacted me for the truck they weren't doing the same promotion and wouldn't finance it for the same some minor details that I had found another truck in the meantime. I was willing to work out the financing. Long story story short Tony proceeded not to get in contact with me and use that as an excuse to take my deposit and sell my truck. It was a terrible experience and I'll never be going back. I am putting this out there so people don't fall in the trap I did. A deposit does not mean you will get a truck in fact it means they'll probably take your money. I am disappointed I trusted Tony. read more

I've bought two cars from them and come here for service regularly. They screwed me out of an exorbitant amount of money for a useless, apparently non-cancellable warranty. I have two Jeep Wranglers. Between them, I've had 5 oil changes, two recalls, and replaced a busted windshield. All of these were done at Prestige. I've only had one issue the entire time when they accidentally charged my wife for an oil change when we already have them pre-paid through Jeep wave. I brought it to their attention and they fixed it immediately. I've owned about 30 cars now and I've had a very wide range of experience with service departments. Is Prestige the best, no. Are they the worse, no. They are good, competent, and so far they have owned up to any mistakes. That's what makes a good service department. I didn't buy either of my Jeeps from Prestige but I will seriously consider them when I get around to buying a Gladiator. read more

As a single mom who handled this car purchase transaction with Prestige on my own, I lived everyone's worst nightmare regarding buying a car. They lied about my trade-in vehicle, saying they were "concerned they were going to have to send it to auction because of the front end." After the transaction, I found it for sale on their website at a price that was $7,000 higher than what they gave me. When they first offered monthly payments for financing, they didn't provide the interest rates. When I asked for the interest rates, they were ridiculously high (6-9% +) They told me my credit score was low in order to justify their rates. I have since confirmed with Equifax that my credit is over 100 points higher than what the dealership told me. They said that they would run the financing through my bank on my behalf and of course "match" what my bank offered. They lied about what my bank offered and said my bank offered a much higher rate than my bank actually did. Specifically, my bank offered 4.15% and Prestige told me 4.6% (I have since spoken with my bank and confirmed what my bank told the dealership.) They used this deception to convince me to utilize their ("Chrysler financing.") My paperwork lists a lender that I contacted later to confirm my paperwork and they had no record of me. It wasn't Chrysler financing. After researching, I learned that the dealership sent my loan elsewhere. They offered me an additional warranty that "would ONLY extend my payment terms by 8 months and reduce my monthly payment by one dollar." That wasn't true, as I discovered that they inflated my interest rate again. If you are considering a car purchase (especially if you are a woman) and expect to be treated with integrity and high ethical standards, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I'd would've giving this place a half a star but that isn't an option on Yelp. Stopped into Prestige Dodge and quickly realized this dealer is anything but prestige in the services they offer. I have a 2012 Dodge Ram and lost the key so naturally I thought to bring it to the nearest dodge dealer to have a replacement made and I had a spare. Instead, "Prestige Dodge" made a copy of the key, programmed the key and then got the key STUCK in the ignition. My assumption is they didn't smooth the Spurs off and well now I have a key stuck in the truck. Instead of trying to immediate fix this problem they said I can make a service appointment for the following Friday!!! Who does business like this?!?? So, I was CHARGED $110 dollars for something that will cost me even more money to figure out and undo what "Prestige Dodge" did to my ignition. It's a scam, it's unethical and very poor business practice. I'll continue to remind people through social media NOT TO VISIT THIS DEALER!!!
