The innkeepers were very helpful before we arrived, arranging for a late arrival, and provided a warm hospitable respite the entire time we were there. If you are wanting to enjoy the tourist hotspots in the downtown area, this location is perfect on foot or on the free trolley. The Inn offers free parking and there were nights we never had to move our car. A complementary continental breakfast was provided in the morning. The hot coffee and orange juice were welcome, refreshments. The spread also included bagels, pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit. We won't hesitate to make a reservation and stay here again !

I decided on Treasure Island for late summer get away before PA weather turns tough. My only regret is coming to FL during August as the humidity was tough but this stay made it better. Like others note - there is a Publix grocery store across the street & was easy for us to walk to; also walkable few restaurants (we tried sloppy Joe's) & other few stores. We used ride share our whole time there & it was pretty convenient, rides to/from st.pete tend to be higher, rides to St. John's boardwalk were super affordable (going that area was our fav). Easy accessible to Tropicana ballpark. Page Terrace is family owned, they all seemed nice & there was a maid that came daily. If you don't need her to come, you can say that. They let us check in to our room a couple hours early, which I appreciated. There's free coffee in the morning & right outside the hotel is a walking trail that's very nice. The waters edge for the beach is a nice few min walk but easy to do. The pool is very nice - water felt like hot tub. The beds were very comfortable & I appreciated all the necessities in the kitchenette. Overall we loved our stay & would be back if ever in the area.

This was a small refrigerator, microwave toaster, coffee, maker, and sink and counter area. It was just perfect. The king size bed is comfortable, not too soft, not too hard, and the pillows were just right. Almost new I liked the high thread count on the sheets. The bathroom was redone after the storms and was well appointed and very comfortable. If you are coming to treasure Island or Saint Pete Beach, please consider this place as your home away from home. I simply love it here. The pool was nice and clean as usual, just a little cool because of the December weather I look forward to coming back in March

For a one night stay and as a Tampa local I was able to check in a little early and check out at 2pm so we could have a good couple days of lounging, relaxing and enjoying the amazing weather. Let me just say, the weather forecast said it was going to rain and thunderstorm, and it did... for like an hour one afternoon while we're were at dinner, which was really nice. I loved the room. The bed was so good, we woke up late and went to breakfast like 10:30 11ish and I love that you can eat that late and not miss breakfast. The menu online calls it brunch and it says 7:30am to 3 and that's great because people around us were getting lunchy things which looked delicious. Our stay came with breakfast and it came with a prefix menu that we got to select a pastry, beverages and an entree. Anything outside of that gets charged to your room or you can pay the difference on the spot. The food was delicious and we loved everything. The Sundrop restaurant extends off of the lobby and is bright, light and airy. Great service EVERYWHERE. We spent hours at the pool, the beach is right outside the back of the pool bar and there's a couple showers so you can rinse off before going back to your room. Bars galore for drinks and I Loved the ube pina colada. It comes premade in a daiquiri machine so if I didn't like it, I'm not sure what they can whip up for you but they are hospital and accommodating. Parking was great. It was $15 a night and the waterproof wristbands they give you that gives you access to your room and opens doors like at the pool also gave us private parking access which we took. Some frustration was finding our room. They gave us a map but the numbers on the doors alternate and there are rooms on the inside of the courtyard and the outside facing the parking lot so I'd recommend and inside courtyard view if you have a preference to what you see out your windows because this is a retro style motel type of vibe. There are cute little patio chairs and tables in front of your room giving Palm Beach vibes and you can play cornhole. But I didn't see a ton to do on the actual property. I think once the Baby Turtle Beach club opens, it will probably feel more like a party. The inside of the Sundrop opens its windows periodically out into the courtyard and people can sit under the umbrella tables or pull up to the bar but very quiet in the evenings and music played but not too loud and not the entire time. There was a nice respect of the mornings that let you sleep in. While a couple kids were there, this is not a kids vibe. If your kids come, this is elevated, this is not geared towards children. I had a couple moments of irritation at the pool but my recommendation is to go in the evenings. So beautifully lit and all the lights outside are soft and you can feel like it's just yall. Closes early like 10pm but all that sun makes you tired. The line of lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash was LOVELY!!!! Ugh I wanted to bathe in it. Smells so good and felt really luxurious AND available in the gift shop if you want to reminisce about your trip and take a piece of it with you. Love love love, I'm coming back with my bestie. Such a great place, congrats on your recent opening and cheers to supporting your local community. Really impressed with this place. People in the neighborhood were so pleased it was scooped up by Marriot and renovated and made into a place that feels new and modern but has so much fun character and shares the community with everyone who stays there.

We couldn't find a room so we somehow ended up here. Where we got there, our room was not ready so we went outside as the beach is right across the street, no problem. When we finally did get in our room, we realized there was NO AC in the entire hotel, our room was left HOT all day, it was sweltering. They finally turned the little AC on that stuck out the wall when we walked into our room. It was a unbearable HOT MESS from then on. The young man that runs the place was sober when we checked in. We couldn't take the heat so we got ready around 4am to leave. We called the number to check OUT around 6am. The Owner was up & it was HE that called the young man to check us out. When he finally got up & came to run our Credit Card, he smelled to high heaven, like an old alcoholic. So bad, it almost made Hubby chuck. The worst part? The two giant German Shepards (dogs) that also live there that run around the hotel, they let them poop all over the place. As we were leaving, the two giant German Shepard dogs are let out in this tiny tiny side yard that is filled to the brim, the ground, completely covered in dog poop. I mean, the ground is so completely covered in dog poop you can smell it so strongly FROM THE STREET it almost made us both chuck. Looking over the fence from the street you can see the dogs have to wade in this RIVER of DOG POOP. Then, they have it all over THEIR FEET & then they are let BACK INSIDE. These people LIVING HERE are going to die from some horrible disease. This place needs to be permanently closed. Someone needs to save these poor animals. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If you prefer a more "hands-off" hotel/ resort experience then the Ocean Club is the place for you…read more Since it's located right on the beach there's lots to do and we had a car to drive around so we really weren't needing or desiring a lot of amenities onsite. There's hardly a lobby, just a small front desk but if you have a car you park under the building and walk in through the back. It feels very wrong and is definitely an odd setup. However, the hotel is very clean and well-kept overall. The room was nice, if not setup a bit strangely as we had a 2-bed suite that had the longest hallway I've ever seen in a hotel, just to get to the kitchen. The view on the balcony is incredible, of course, but I wasn't overly impressed otherwise. They have a pool but it's pretty small and gets crowded fast. If you don't get seats at the pool early in the morning you might not be able to find some later, especially if you stay over a weekend. There is a private access path to the beach but I clocked that it is at least .3 miles from the hotel to the beach- you walk far less just parking at public access. They have a small bar where you can get select drinks and a few food items. But it's not much- you are relatively on your own in that regard otherwise. The rooms do have a kitchen but I know the majority of people don't want to cook while on vacation. You also can't really ask for a variety of drinks from the bar- we asked for one not on the menu and one sweet bartender was going to help us figure it out until her manager, a blonde lady, made a huge fuss over it not being on the menu. It was very unsavory how she acted and even other guests at the bar during my that time noticed how uncomfortable it was. This woman was also just not real friendly working at the front desk while we were there either. The maintenance guys were great and keep everything in great shape- mopping the pool area every morning, making sure the path is nailed down and everything is in order. They are also very strict about parking- each room gets one car to park onsite and they send emails pit about it nearly every night. It seems really inefficient and like there has to be a better way to system that. Overall we had a good stay but I don't think I'd come back. There are so many other beachfront resort options, and for the price and what you get not too sure that it's worth it unless you got a really good deal.

There is no office access. We saw multiple people trying to access the office, obviously it was not communicated to them that this is now a "no contact" facility. 2nd complaint- there were SEVERAL huge bags of laundry sitting outside on the patio of said "office" for days. 3rd complaint- the 4 people "on staff" who were of which no identification that they were employees until we saw them with brooms, mops, etc. They were extremely RUDE. In example, a larger heavy set man was there and we asked him to unlock the laundry room so we could do our laundry. He was very rude in his response and asked what we needed and if it was personal items or needing towels, we said personal items and he laughed and said "ok, well it should be open", not offering to open the doors for us after we just told him it was locked. So, we found the second employee on staff who was identified with a "maintenance" name tag, and asked him if he would open the laundry room for us, he kindly opened them for us. 4th complaint- there was another said employee that was not uniformed violently pushing the chairs in the patio and taking guests personal towels that were laid out on chairs to their laundry basket. He was also going up to guests who were eating and asking them if they were finished with their food. He was very rude to interact with and he was not professional in any manner, just as the heavy set gentleman. 5th complaint- MOLD. There was mold all on the inside of our shower and growing on the shower curtain (see photos). 6th complaint- This is the icing on top of the cake- our flight was scheduled to leave very early, so we had to get up and going around 3 am. Waking up and walking into the kitchen, there were not one, but TWO COCKROACHES crawling on the floor!!!! My phone was not with me and as soon as I moved to go grab my phone, they ran straight under the refrigerator. As if the complaints above weren't enough for us to ever return, the last complaint was. This establishment used to be so well ran and high class. All I can say is wow, we will never return to Belleair Beach Club. It was also communicated amongst other guests we had met there that they have been staying there for years and were also very disappointed in the way this establishment has went downhill very quickly.

Several of the units are privately owned, either way, such a nice place to stay and relax. Location is key in choosing a vacation rental. At Belleair Beach Club, you're literally minutes from Clearwater, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete and Tampa. Just about anything you want to do is a short drive. Plenty of good eats in the area as well as nightlife activities. Only negative I have for this years trip is the slight eyesore of the massive pipeline spanning the beach with the ship sitting about a half mile offshore - but not to worry, they're just dredging to increase the size of the beach so it will be even bigger when we return!!

This is EVERY bit as picture perfect as it looks in the professional photos I pulled from their Booking.com listing. So we had booked 8 nights at an un-comfortable Inn and it was AWFUL. So incredibly dirty I was repulsed. TOTALLY. I was nervous to say the least but the reviews here don't lie except maybe they're not good ENOUGH on Booking. And Yelp had 0 reviews!!! Yes y'all I came from a DUMP of a hotel to here. But I've stayed at the Sirata, Tradewinds, many Hilton and Marriott and Hyatt and Holiday Inns and I'd take this over all. We have a FULL kitchen. Stove, sink, full fridge & a Keurig for those who like that. (I'm a shop local coffee girl...) And y'all it's CLEAN. It doesn't smell. It is CUTE. The front desk staff is FRIENDLY. After I completed my reservation I called to ensure that my kids ages didn't matter, since I had somehow gotten 5/9 as the ages on the reservation and it is in actuality 7/9. Anyway...I didn't know if that would be an issue so I called. The woman on the phone was SUPER friendly and said it did not matter. I also asked if we could wait by the pool until 4pm since that was check in. She told me that if we are in the area she'd be HAPPY to check us in early OR we can wait by the pool (or in it,) while they get our room ready. They were SO accommodating. When we arrived, I had already received a text stating that our room was ready. Check in was a piece of cake. We had an issue and couldn't get our door to unlock but they resolved it IMMEDIATELY and honestly we felt a bit like VIP's because we had almost the full staff here helping us. First night and my only complaint is thaty husband wants it too cold inside and I want it warmer!!! If I NEED to, I'll update with negatives but so far WE love it. Pool towels provided AT the pool, shuffleboard. Swim anytime. Shuffleboard anytime. And the pool is LOVELY as are the lounge chairs. Very comfy. I LOVE that it's right on the intercoastal and RIGHT across the street from the beach. Location is AMAZING. This place is pure Florida vacation bliss.
