Ulyses and his team are the best in the game, hands down! I took my car to several of auto body repair shops to get quotes and most of them were charging an arm and a leg. I tried a body shop across the street from Prestige and they were charging north of $4,000 just to get the scrape fixed (and they also had a shitty receptionist and estimator)! I was half tempted to just leave the car as is but I figured I drop in with Ulyses and Prestige Auto Body to see if it was worth repairing. Come to find, Ulyses had offered the EXACT SAME repair at a FRACTION of the cost. Turns out, it was also the SAME great quality (as if I had first bought the Mercedes) and AWESOME customer service. They were able to repair it in a timely manner as I was just about to leave town for the weekend. People do not want to deal with car repairs because they are all headaches and dollars. Writing a second review which I've never been motivated to do for any business. When you have a car that represents more than it's ride, it's color or any other quality it's easy to think getting some body repair work done can diminish the car's value- that somehow its integrity is being compromised. Not in my case. I've been diagnosed with End Stage Heart Failure and having my license revoked is unfortunately soon approaching. It's my intention to leave this car as a thank you to a girl that's got the ugly responsibility of acting as my power of attorney, executing my Advanced Directives and DNR orders etc. I write that not to evoke pity but to emphasize how valuable that car really is to me. Before I took my car into Pretige's you might say it resembled a demolition derby mobile. The front fender wasn't secured and falling off on one end. It had a dent on the passenger side where I had wrapped it around a pole in a parking structure. The bumper was completely detached after I was rear ended, and my headlights were dirty. My poor car was a total mess and I wanted to just get a new one all together. I'm glad I didn't and decided to get it repaired at Prestige's. The process was so fast (less than three days) for them to repair everything I mentioned above. I was also shocked at the price as I was expecting it to be a ridiculous amount but I was happily mistaken. The whole process was a breeze. We took my car in on a Tuesday to get an an idea of cost for repair. Ferdinand was able to provide us with an estimate and let us know it would take three days once the bumper was available. When my bumper came in we got a call and I brought my car in the next day. Repair time was even less than what we expected and the estimate was accurate to our final price. This is by far the best auto body shop in Orange County. I took my BMW after it was hit on both right side doors by another car. The insurance company will not cover the damages since my insurance overlapped. I had to pay out of pocket to get the car fully repaired. I worked with Fred, who is in charge of out of pocket repairs, he was very pleasant to work with and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. The car did take a bit longer than the anticipated time frame, but it was worth the wait. I got my car back today and was very pleased with the work, my car looks like new and ready to take it for a road trip. I worried about my lifetime warranty but was assured by Rudy he would do his best to help me out. He asked me to wait for a few minutes because his workers were on break. I waited for about 15 minutes in the waiting area. Rudy came in and told me "you're all done!". I didn't even know they were working on the car. There was manager there called Fred who was super friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. One day Fred was gone and this new guy was in charge. The prices more than doubled, the new guy is the polar opposite of Fred. He answers the phone and is consistently rude, talks over his customers, knows everything, is unfriendly, unhelpful and discourteous. He cursed at me over the phone when I asked if he could provide me with a copy of an invoice from a car the shop painted for me a year ago, with a very specific and unusual paint code. Took my extreme sun damaged 2006 Toyota Tacoma in for a full paint job. Met with Jose and got a quote, left my truck to get painted. I was very happy with the finished job when I picked it up. This is a very busy business and sometimes jobs can take a little longer then estimated but remember they don't get paid until the job gets done. Have to give a somewhat low-neutral review here. A local car wash damaged my truck recently. I was referred to Prestige by a relative who had a good prior experience, so I came to Prestige for a repair estimate. I came back today with a check from the car wash to drop my truck and check off for repairs only to find out that Prestige cannot take on any new business, as of today, due to some kind of court orders (cease and desist orders of some kind?). Sounds sketchy to me, so rather than wait things out for them I went across the street to their competitor instead. I would recommend anyone after me to make sure Prestige's legal troubles are cleared before leaving your vehicle with them. read more

My son's car was hit and needed a new fender. The used fender that they installed had body damage that was just as bad as the one being replaced. Slow service was welcomed because it got us some loss of use insurance funds, but expect them to be slow. There are parts that have gone back for warranty work. They aren't competent to know that you use flex agent on lower plastic spoilers. Paint peeled within 7 months. During the time that the spoiler is back in the shop (it's still there, ugh), and his car was backed into (not at the shop but elsewhere and no fault of the shop). Another shop was able to complete the work and really did a great job on a significant portion of the car. Oh, the spoiler is still at prestige and we are waiting for the excuses to stop. Fred attempted to charge me to get the car out of the shop during the original work. He wanted to charge me for the other insureds' deductible. NO! That's not how it works. Oh yeah, almost forgot. The rear deck emblem fell off a few months after getting the car back and in the same panel that was fixed, this team of "professionals" had paint blemishes in their work. Yikes. I put up with a lot of crap, but these people are not worth your investment being poorly repaired. read more

I went through all the reviews. I mentioned that about the reviews, to a person who said he's the general manager with the new management. Who's not a gentleman and don't know how to treat a lady. He discriminated too. Which he said about the new management is not the truth. He thought I was an Indian lady and trying raise his voice at me thinking who s not aware of any thing and blind. The other person was a white lady whom I went on behalf. I was trying to explain her I am not happy with the reviews and they have failed on a lawsuit therefore take their quote but if I feel that's not the price I will be not going to pay. The lady agreed to my opinion and both general manager and the staff was trying to get involved in our conversation. Trying to threaten me saying that for me to go out of the premises as I was not going with them. The lady followed me and came to the place which I recommended and got a quote and put it for repaired very much cheaper than this quote. The lady was very happy with the place I brought. Thank for me bringing to the place that I recommended and thanked me for introducing such reasonable and descent place. She said "everything happens for the best . I ended up with a better place and reasonable prices. " This so called general manager thought that I am clueless of anything as I am an Indian. Very rude and not respectful. Unethical money makers. Did not see any repairing cars in the place. That itself proved how good and reliable. I will not recommend this place to anyone by work, quotes, attitude or politeness. Well I just picked up my car today and they did a really good job. I could see that I need to talk to them about a little bit of overspray on the top of the windshield seal that goes around the windshield, but the paint really matches. They did a really great job and definitely would send other cars there & tell other friends and family.
