Absolutely. Would not recommend this place, so I took my pomeranian, and my pit bull to get groomed and have their nails cut. When I went to pick them up, they looked fine. Grooming was fine after bringing them home and further inspecting their paws. I noticed that my pit bulls nail was severely cracked in the back and cut way too short. I called them and asked what happened. They took no accountability for the injury on my dog. I know they hurt her. She can't speak, so I have to advocate for her after going back-and-forth with the manager. Who took no accountability for her injury? I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was very rude and said that I had to listen to her. And then I lost it. And then she hung up on me. There is no accountability. You expect to leave your pet Somewhere and expect them to be safe and taken care of and that was clearly not the case here. If you love your animals, especially your dogs, please be aware of this place and do not trust them. read more

I've brought my cat here twice for a "lion cut" now, the first time was in 2020 and I was totally satisfied, she came out looking so cute with an even cut and the proper "lion" styling. The second time I brought her, however, the groomer did her absolutely dirty. My cat was returned to me TRAUMATIZED. She was crying at home, acting so weird and not like herself. To top it all off, her cut was atrocious. She had weird patches of fur all over her body, which now after a couple of months have fully grown out whilst the rest of her fur remains buzzed. The groomer (who's name I forgot) was mildly unpleasant and rude. My cat went into the groomer with clumps, as she's very old and doesn't clean herself properly and I try my best. I was charged $120 which is insane for the garbage haircut my cat received. I will attach photos below of the first cut we got in 2020, the second cut we received in Dec 2021, along with her now. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone who cares about the health and safety of their cats. As you can tell, my cat was clipped down to where she was bleeding, her paws mismatched, her neck not a lions mane at ALL, and covered in dandruff; leaving me to wonder if they even bathed her. I would be utterly embarrassed to let any cat leave my "prestigious salon" looking like that. 0/10. Save your money and your pets dignity read more

Without a doubt the worst cut my standard schnauzer has ever received in the three states he has been groomed in. Cuts are uneven and sloppy. Areas were missed. All 4 legs, skirt, brows and beards. Not one area right. You can see the unevenness of cuts throughout his coat. He also has no skirt anymore. Not even a short one. While I understand that schnauzers mat easily and we went short for that reason, the fact that the cuts are sloppy and so uneven means going back and completely cutting his coat down even further To correct the issues. They will not refund their poor quality work. Oh yeah I'm going to give you my dog to fix what should have never happened? No, thank you. They did so good with my golden-doodle! This is her first grooming appointment ever and they took such good care of her! They don't kennel your dog (unless upon requested) so my pup was able to play with the other dogs before her appointment. I was worried she wouldn't do too well because of when I brush/bathe her at home, but here she was falling asleep while getting groomed! She came back so soft and fluffy, she also smells amazing!! Rocky has been licking his paw since he got home. Upon further inspection he has razor burns on his paws and on his genitals. Please don't go here they hurt my puppy. He was also shaking his head really bad, when I looked in his ears I found a big cotton ball that had been left in his right ear. I was charged $130 for a 40lb dog. Short sighted pricing. Due to the fact they hurt my puppy and charged extremely high prices we are 1 and done. I was referred by some friends. Spoke with the owner, Connie. She was one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure to speak with. Threatened me with a cease and desist order for telling the truth. Threatened me with a lawsuit for reversing the charge on my credit card. Told her I'd bring my puppy down so she could see the horrible grooming job and she said she would call the police and have me trespassed if I came to her property. How is this place in business? Made an appointment over the phone. We just moved to the neighborhood so this was going to be our first experience. Walking through the front door to the receptionist desk I didn't have a good vibe. The receptionist looked puzzled that we were there. Not very welcoming at all. Called someone out from another room and that person said our appointment was for noon and not 1pm because they don't take appointments that late. What late? 1pm? Anyways, I know this can't be because I couldn't have made it there by noon and never make noon appointments because it's lunch time. I also had an alert set on my phone. Needless to say they didn't take us although all my 17 lbs puppy needed was a bath. If you're looking for a new groomer do yourself a favor and skip this one because you won't be welcomed. read more

We've been taking our Bichon Frise here for over a year now. She always has been cut very well, and we've never had an issue with her being hurt or anything like that. I think their prices are fair and their customer service is good. They also allow you to drop your dog off before the appointment or pick them up late (within their hours of course) so that it fits your schedule. I've seen in the reviews issues with appointments, they do use a paper book for appointments, so folks who are used to getting automated text message reminders from other businesses could be disappointed. I was originally a little concerned because you can't see in the back where the actual grooming is done but last time I was there I asked them to take a look and they didn't have an issue. They let the dogs who are not currently being groomed run around back there which is why they keep the door closed. I like that a lot because my dog always seems to have a good time running around with the other dogs and comes home tired! Overall I think this is a good grooming salon that fits our needs. read more
