This place is definitely top 3 worst manicure and pedicure I've ever received. My nails were left uneven, terrible design, gel on my skin. I had to go home and fix my nails by filing and removing the gel off my skin and under my nails. Hana did my nails and apparently she's one of the "good" ones. I was left with sloppy results even though it took 2 hours. I called immediately after leaving, for a partial refund when I realized how many issues there were with my nails. Hana just kept repeating to come back to "fix it." I had no time to go back to "fix it" because I was going away for 10 days the next day. Honestly, I wouldn't let her touch my nails again regardless. Also, my pedicure starting coming off after only a few days. Completely unprofessional. My girlfriend went to have her toenails fix after a bad job did they a couple of days before. They informed her to come in and they will fix it, when my girlfriend arrived for her appointment no one spoke to her, she sat there patiently waiting for an hour, no one spoke to her and usually do because my girlfriend have been going there for years. When they were finally ready to fix the mistake they made ,Hannah who is the owner lied and said her toenails are lifting up but its the polish that is lifting up not her toenail. W.T.F. This is totally B.S there's nothing wrong with her toenails. She waited for an hour to be told this. (WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT). This is why I'm leaving this review. Friend and I came in for the first time- NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I wanted my gel mani off and replaced with regular polish. The male nail tech tried to upsell me at least six times to get gel instead, and wouldn't take no for an answer. Even after confirming I wanted to regular polish (both with him and the other staff), he still tried to put gel on. My friend wanted to get the powder polish off her acrylic tips (tips she's had for months) and replaced with a different color. The nail tech Coco melted off her acrylic tips, and tried to lie and say she couldn't take the powder off without taking the acrylics off too (my friend has kept her acrylics and changed the powder numerous times). She was also constantly on her phone while working, and stepped on my friend's foot after her fresh pedicure (the pedicure service was fine, nothing special). Some of the staff are very nice, but most of their staff are unprofessional, overconfident and shamelessly lie and attempt to take advantage of their clients. read more

Tried this salon for 1st time for a basic pedicure and very dissatisfied. Massage chair not easy to operate and nail tech wouldn't even help me. Then he had put something into the water (probably a softener) and I accidentally hit it with my foot and side of my foot turned blue. When I asked about it, he explained what happened as if it was my fault and said it'll come off on its own in a couple days. I said absolutely not acceptable and to please get it off my foot now. After finished and went to dryers, I noticed 2 areas missed on 2 different nails which then needed to be fixed. He asked for payment and I asked if they do shoulder massages while drying. He answered yes, but pay first. I did and guess what??? He never returned to do the massage. I know I'm not going back. read more

I absolutely love the Pretty Angel Nail Spa. I always have the most memorable experience. The designs are always above and beyond. It is very luxurious, mindful, clean and a special spa. I will usually attend with my Mom, and she always finds the most unique colors. My friend convinced me to get my nails done for Christmas and I was hooked. She's been going to this salon for awhile and I understand why. Katherine and Hana are wizards with the UV gel. I can go in with a picture and come out with my nails at the perfect length and looking exactly how I want them too. I cannot recommend either of them enough. I haven't had another nail tech do my nails, but every time I've been there, I have never hard any complaints and everyone leaves with great looking nails, so you can't go wrong here. Also I had an appoinment at 3 pm with a specific nail artist but when I arrived she was not aware of that so another customer gived her turn to me which was not supposed to be. I did not say anything to bother other customers and paid what they charge.I left a feedback to their website and the owner texted me back.She said they will return the money if they charged me more.also she said cat eye is 15 dollars (but nail artist told me it is 10) so her calculation was 70(for full set mani)+15(cat eye mani)+38(regular gel pedicure) +15(cat eye pedi)=138 dollars. When her calculation did not match with what i paid she said she will ask the nail artist who did my nails.When she texted back she said they charged 10 dolars for cat eye each mani end pedi and 15 dollars for chrome for each mani and pedi.Overall, they are scammers who charge people from their mind not with regular price.These price differences can be little details but it shows this business's work ethics.If you think to go here,I recommend you to think twice. read more

Was very happy w'this nail salon till Covid. Though I had NOT written a review they did a very nice job, admittedly w'some 'coaching' though I never get anything but a 'pedi' it was always satisfactory & I could walk in w'out appt. They charged $15 which was best price around. Finally got my toes done last week....young man w'very little understanding of my English instructions as to length. I had called and asked for appt. and when I couldn't come in IMMEDIATELY was told 1 1/2 hours later which was just fine. There was only 3 techs there when I arrived early, the 2 woman were doing 'manis' and as I waved Hello & went to pico a color I was soon aware of someone hanging over me....THIS in time of social distance! True he was wearing mask but he was literally on top of me! He seemed offended when I briskly motioned he GET BACK! As I turned w'a polish in my hand he was once more on top of me trying to take my arm & guide me to a chair! They have completely redone the place & have very nice plexiglass hanging between you & the techs and sterilized tools. This young guy did an 'OK' job but not with out one of the woman coming over 3X to 'translate' my directions on things that SHOULD have been understood by someone doing pedis. 'Shorter' & 'No Cut' are certainly standard requests when one is having a 'pedi'. The big change from times past was the price....now $20! That's a %25 increase and when I asked only woman who spoke English (who by the way is VERY sweet & obviously is trying vey hard to make up for those who don't understand English) she said it was because they were closed for 3 months. I bought into their new rewards program & will give them another chance since they are so close to home but if I'm stuck w'the young man again & if he doesn't learn how things should be done I may give up on them! read more

I had been a customer for approximately two years. From the day I started with gel manicures I insisted, no drill is to be put to my nails. The world should know that drills harm the nails and the Asian world uses them to expedite their time and get you in and out to make more $$$. My last visit was last week when the manicurist was not watching me with my right hand under the lamp. The thumb nail, which is a damaged nail as is, did not dry and he picked up the drill to take the polish off. Lo and behold as I thought it would have been a light procedure however, he further damaged my nail by thinning it out. I called and complained when I got home and then the pedicure polish was not good. I asked to come back on Monday to have my polish changed and they said 12 noon. Only gave one star bc it won't let me give any less. Nails came out nice is the only positive in this situation. Staff TAKES ADVANTAGE of children and customers. They do not share or explain pricing to anybody until asked. THEY DO NOT DISPLAY PRICING IN THEIR BUILDING. When asked about pricing they pull it out from BEHIND furniture and show you after the fact. When my children were there they told them a different price then OVERCHARGED them the amount told. When I went there to confront them about it they laughed in my face and continued to ask for tips after what they did. Here's a tip: Hang your prices up and stop RAISING your voice at my children when they ask you simple questions. Have some respect for your customers and stop taking advantage of them. As well as explain the difference between different styles of manicures BEFORE doing them and then charging them the absurd amount that they might not have on them. They made me feel stupid and disrespected the way they handled the situation. Lesson learned for the children but staff here needs to learn better customer service and better operations. Will not be going back here after the way they treated me. read more
