    Steak Birria Tacos

This place is situated in the Roswell Junction. A very neat and enjoyable food hall. There is plenty of seating indoor and out. The tacos were pretty good. The oxtail ones were missing a little flavor, but I thought the steak were better. All in all not a bad eat in a cool atmosphere. Service was good.

Pretty little taco is located in the Roswell Junction. I tried the oxtail tacos and got a kids quesadilla for my daughter. The tacos were cool. Not really that favorful to me. Presentation is nice though and it does not take a long time to get your food. This is a nice spot though. They have activities through out the week. I'm pretty sure it gets really crowded when the weather is warm. The Roswell Junction has about 5-6 restaurants. This place does not have a lot of parking. I went on a Saturday around 1p. They have seating inside and outside with a play area for the kids.

My new taco spot! I visited the Roswell location tonight and thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp and oxtail tacos. Everything was delicious!

I ordered the chicken nachos Togo Chips were awful in taste and quality way too salty and they gave me chip crumbs (I know it wasn't the driver because the delivery was excellent) but the attention to detail could be improved the chips that were edible size wise were stale it's really too because I thought the portion size was good. And how it was placed in separate containers was done well. If I ordered again l'd skip the nachos and stick to the tacos those are pretty good

The chicken birria was great, seasoned very well. The elote (mexican corn) had potential but it had way to much lime juice in it, couldn't eat most of it because it tasted so sour. The service not so great. I ordered through online service and food was not prepared at all. They started preparing the food once I came in and waited in line. They also had listed items online that they didn't have in store yet. Probably best to just come in person if you really want to try this place.

Dude cooking and manning the booth on a Sunday is so high, he can't get anyone's orders remotely correct. Disaster

Unfortunately, Roswell Junction seems to suffer from an overall lack of speedy, considerate service, and this place was no exception.

These are…read moreclassic, traditional street tacos served on small corn tortillas, topped simply with fresh cilantro and onion. I appreciated that the onions were finely diced and uniform, it may seem like a small detail, but it made each bite clean and balanced. I ordered a variety of meats, and it was immediately clear that the quality is excellent. Everything was diced small, cooked perfectly tender, and packed with flavor. Not a single bite was chewy, which really speaks to the care in preparation. The tortillas were outstanding, sturdy without being tough, with a depth of corn flavor that made me wonder if they're house-made or cooked with a high-quality fat. Either way, they held together beautifully and elevated the tacos. The salsa bar was another highlight, offering several fantastic options. Every sauce had great flavor and a well-balanced consistency. The place was packed, and I was the only non-Hispanic person there, which felt like a very good sign of authenticity. Despite that, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

You can really tell she takes pride in her job, and was so warm and inviting! Great start to our visit! I wanted to try this place because Mexican Cuisine is the finest in the world and this place had great reviews!! I really wanted to try one of everything. They have a KILLER menu!! Brightly lit display menu with pics that make it super easy to navigate. They have ALLLLL of my favorites. I had 2 Birria tacos w/ consume and a chorizo tostada which I tend to order at any LEGIT Mexican restaurant I try. The food was fantastic!! Perfectly cooked and topped. There is a salsa bar with plenty of limes and salsas and fixings including incredible pickled carrots and jalapeños. My son raved about his Al pastor tacos which were street taco sized. Will definitely be adding El Indio to my list of OUTSTANDING Mexican restaurants. GET HERE!! I will be working my way through this menu frequently!

From the moment we walked in, the experience was incredible. The atmosphere and décor immediately stand out the entire place is filled with guitars and music memorabilia that reflect the owner's personal love for music. It gives the restaurant a really unique and authentic vibe that you don't see everywhere. What made it even more special was hearing the story behind the location. We had the pleasure of meeting April, who shared the history of Rock N Taco with us. She explained how the owner used to bike through that part of town as a kid, and when the space later became available, he chose it for the second location. Knowing that story makes the place feel even more meaningful you can tell it was built with heart and passion. The service was exceptional. Our server, Savanna, was wonderful friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In fact, every staff member we encountered made us feel invited and appreciated the moment we stepped inside. The food absolutely delivered as well. I ordered the taco salad and my husband ordered tacos, and we both loved our meals. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly prepared. What stood out most, though, was how kind and accommodating the staff were to our family. We were traveling with both an infant and a toddler, and they made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. They even surprised us with a special treat on the house before we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's easy to see that while the food is fantastic, Rock N Taco understands that people go out for the full experience atmosphere, hospitality, and feeling welcomed and they absolutely nailed it. If you're in Roswell, do not skip Rock N Taco. It's not just a late-night spot; it's also the perfect place to stop during the day for a great meal or while passing through on a road trip. We'll definitely be stopping again the next time we're in town. Thank you - Tom, Alysia and family.

Rock & Taco feels like the kind of place that stays busy because after two margaritas, a few…read moretouchdowns, and a packed crowd, nobody's really focused on the food. The chips arrived so greasy I briefly considered checking my cholesterol before ordering dinner. The margaritas were forgettable and showed up with nothing on the rim. Salt? Tajín? A little effort? Apparently not. Our finished plates sat on the table for so long they started feeling like additional dinner guests. The guacamole looked like a first-round draft pick and tasted like it got cut during training camp. It had all the visual promise in the world, but the flavor suggested either overripe avocados or yesterday's leftovers wearing a fake mustache. The jalapeño poppers deserve special recognition. These weren't just an appetizer. They were a dare. I like spicy food and rarely complain about heat, but these things were weaponized. They seemed harmless at first, but the next morning you'll find yourself reflecting on every decision that led you to that moment. Let's just say your digestive system remembers them long after your taste buds have moved on. The tacos were aggressively average. My food arrived lukewarm, the buffalo sauce had all the heat of a Hallmark card, and the lettuce tasted like it had just completed a few laps in a swimming pool then stored in plastic. The highlight of the evening was Music Bingo, which was genuinely fun and probably responsible for keeping my overall rating higher than the food deserved. If you're looking for a place to watch sports, have drinks, laugh with friends, and enjoy the atmosphere, you'll probably have a great time. If you're going for a memorable meal, the most memorable thing might be those jalapeño poppers reminding you they exist 12 hours later.

The shells were nice and crispy ... and the birria was tender. It was good but a little bland, I think. It doesn't come with anything, but with chips and salsa on the table, it was pretty filling. Another notable thing they carry -- beef cheeks. I need to make a trip back to try the tortas. That's next on my list. The service was welcoming and friendly, but they still have some kinks to work out like making sure napkins and silverware are on the table, etc. Nothing that detracts, really. I was really expecting this to be another fast casual spot but turns out, it's full service. There's enough interior seating that it won't feel too packed during normal operation. Might get tight if this place gets really popular. :)
