When I called to get the same reservation at the La Verne location they were not accommodating and asked me to get my cat medicated before coming due to his fear of water (ouch) and would not give him a cut without it. For that reason even though I live 5 minutes away I continue to make the drive down now to Arcadia and it's worth it. Would not recommend this location.

They take my requests for his "aesthetic" and deliver as best they can. Results are usually right on or close enough. We made sure to put him through proper training before even considering grooming, and once we felt confident in his progress, we started looking for a groomer in the area. It was definitely challenging. Many places were hesitant to take him because of his background. When I reached out to All About Paws Pet Spa and explained his situation, they didn't hesitate at all. From the start, they were incredibly understanding and patient with Finn. Even on days when he can be a bit difficult, they continue to work with him with such care and professionalism. When I confronted the manager, she admitted that one of the dogs had gotten loose and ran out of the building into the street. I couldn't believe my dogs had been put at risk this entire time. Looking back, it makes sense why my dogs hated coming here. The staff does not seem to care about the animals at all. My dogs always came home wet and didn't even smell clean. I deeply regret ever giving this place a chance and would not recommend it to anyone who truly cares about their pets.
