The ribeye steak was one of the best I've had, cooked perfectly to order and very flavorful. The smash burger was definitely above average and tasted great. Alright, alright, alright, we L-O-V-E-D our dinner tonight! We ventured out to Alliance today and enjoyed Towne Grill and let me just say Mwah, so good! We started with the Atlantic dip and cornbread. The cornbread was so delicious! It was sweet, crispy, buttery and downright decadent! The Atlantic dip surprised me in the best way. It came with little slices of ciabatta bread, avocado and smoked salmon and made for a great combination. I selected (and no I'm not a child) chicken strips. Listen, they had me at jalapeño gravy. It came with slaw and hand cut French fries. The chicken strips were good, the fries delish, the slaw was mid, but the gravy, yummy! My friend had the crispy chicken sandwich and enessence, it was the same as mine but on a bun and no gravy. She said it was amazing too. The other friend had the meatloaf. As he said, he's never ordered meatloaf at a restaurant in his life but they said that was a speciality so he went with it and he was VERY happy with that decision. The meatloaf was grilled, came with a very nice glaze and served with mashed potatoes. He raved about all of it! Finally, my husband, he had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. He too was very happy with his decision. The meat was tender enough to cut with a fork, and that seldom happens! He too, gave the mashed potatoes a 10/10! As far as the environment, it was nice. We weren't super dressed up or anything but I would say if you are going dress more on the upper casual side. Our waitress was ok, but I was super impressed that Justin, the manager, came by to check in, he was very kind and asked about our evening. Great customer service wins me every time! I tried Towne Grill for the first time last night and I enjoyed it! I liked that they had a large variety of items on their menu. I started with a margarita which I could tell was made fresh and didn't just come from a pre-made mix. As an entree, I had the chicken parmesan, which I also really liked and came in a generous portion. The inside of the restaurant was very nice and upscale. We visited on a holiday aka Mother's Day, and unfortunately the restaurant did not seem prepared whatsoever for the volume of customers regardless of a reservation. Our food took over an hour to come out, which was honestly surprising considering one of the meals was just a salad. The food itself was good, and our server was fine, but communication was lacking. We repeatedly had to ask for updates on our food and never really received any clear answers. I understand holidays are busy, but the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. This place is a 10/10! It has become our families favorite spot. Birthdays, weekends, Mother's Day, any day is a good day to go to Towne Grill. Free kids meals on Mondays too? What a score. In an ever growing world of overpriced mediocre food, this place has never let us down. The only problem I have is deciding what to get when we get there because I have too many favorites. Also, the vanilla bean ice cream that comes with the kids meals is ridiculously addicting. Updating from 5 stars to 3. The service was great as always, but the Atlantic salmon, spinach, and mashed potatoes were WAY too salty. I couldn't even finish it. I'm very disappointed because it's been a great place up until this. The manager even told us I wasn't the only person who complained of the salt issue that evening. My son ordered a pizza without tomatoes, but when they brought it out the first time, it had tomatoes, so we had to sent it back. They remade it fresh. They went above and beyond to correct this, and even comped that off the bill. And because of my dinner, the manager gave us some free appetizer cards for a future visit. I'd love to give them back their 5 stars soon, because we love this place. It just wasn't a great visit for us. We'll be giving them another shot. read more

Knocking down a star for service this past weekend. Came here with my nephews and the hostess was going to seat us but someone came out and told us we couldn't be seated because of some plumbing issue so they weren't taking any more guests. Place was still pretty full but I guess we came too late. Not sure if they were taking togo orders, we weren't inform of anything else, wasn't offered anything for next time, no free 6 cards, or when they would reopen the restaurant. The weather was amazing so we chose this place for the patio seating! Recommendations from the server was what we decided to try. As a carb lover, I really liked the mashed potatoes, my husband said the cole slaw was also good. Towne Grill has a lavender martini that was worth trying, even if you aren't a vodka person. The only negative thing we experienced was the service trailed off drastically once we got our food. We waited quite awhile after finishing our meal for the server to finally come back over and check on us. Overall worth the visit but if you are in a time crunch, or like steady service, you may need to clarify the expectation when you are seated. read more

First time here! Took my friend out to eat for a galentines date. We made a reservation and were seated right away. The inside is very pretty and a good vibe. Lights are dimmed and it makes it feel romantic lol each booth has a light in the center. We ordered out drinks first and they were yummy! My friend ordered the baked chicken dinner and I had the fish and chips. Both were very delicious it was very fresh and hot. So tasty! The Good: They have happy hour 3-6p monday-Friday Side of Fries only $3 during happy hour Burger was $6 Burger was ok, it was meat and cheese with a fancier bun. Bartender was cool. Bad: Menu has changed since last year and not for the better. Food is a little pricey The side of fries had old fries on the bottom and they were hard. I assume they gave us old ones because we were paying happy hour prices. Fruit flies hanging around like they own the place during the summer time. Overall, this is a good place to come for happy hour. They also have specials during the week, like 1/2 price tequila on Tuesday or 1/2 price martinis on Monday. Check their website for others. I've tried quite a bit on the menu, including the meatloaf, the pepperoni pizza, and the NY Strip special, and every meal has been excellent. I honestly can't think of anything I've ordered that I wouldn't get again. The service is just as good as the food. Had a wonderful early Father's Day experience with my daughter here. Friendly host seated us right away. We arrived just after 5pm to beat the after work crowd on the Friday before Father's Day. Started out with an Old Fashion and it was excellent. I wanted a wedge salad without blue cheese and they made mine with ranch and queso fresco. It was excellent. We shared the roasted garlic chicken pizza and I asked them to add crumbled bacon and they said no problem. It was delicious and was large enough to share with a couple slices to take home. This place is modern in style. The staff could've been more welcoming and attentive. It wasn't crowded at all so there is no reason the manager would greet other tables in our area and not our table. Thankfully our server and other wait staff were courteous and the food was good- we had the meatloaf. Our overall experience was just okay, nothing that captured us or makes us want to come back. 5 of us went to Towne Grill in the Alliance corridor. We were seated quickly. And waiter, Marissa, took excellent care of us. She allowed us an extra long time to unwind & converse over drinks without hurrying us at all. She was very pleasant & interesting to talk to as she gave us the names of other sister restaurants & elaborated on their specialties & their world- famous chefs. While each of us had different entrees we all raved about the appearances & flavors of each one. And the assistant manager, Michael, stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meals & to see if we had any complaints. There were none, but it isn't often that restaurant managers come by & greet their customers. However, the highlight of our meals we agreed was dessert. Several of us had the Key Lime Pie which was excellent & enough for 2 to share. But the winner of the dessert competition was the Butter Cookie-Cake which wasn't even on the menu but was so yummy all of us had rather large bites & said we'd come back just for that dessert alone. Thank you, Marissa, for suggesting we try it--but it's puzzling why it's not on the menu. Before we left the restaurant Manager, Stephanie, came by to introduce herself & hear our feedback. THAT very rarely happens & demonstrates a concerted attention to customer satisfaction. All in all, the Towne Grill provided a delicious meal & excellent service. I ordered the spaghetti and meatball, and it was hands-down one of the best I've ever had -- the meatball was tender, the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. But what really stood out was the extra mile they went for my husband. He wanted a specific sauce that wasn't even on the menu, and they made it from scratch just for him. Who does that anymore?! Everything was clearly freshly prepared by a seasoned chef, and the service was excellent. This kind of hospitality is rare. We'll definitely be back -- and bringing friends! They have great HH specials (although I would love to see them add something a little healthier too). This time I had deviled eggs (A++), shared the cornbread, and balanced it with a salad (I always order the same one ... it's my fav for a reason!). All in all- I've been with girlfriends for an evening of gab and also been there with coworkers. The drinks were amazing. I haven't had a better Moscow Mule in years. I love their trout. It was super moist and flavorful. I have mine edited to add mashed potatoes because I really like those again super flavorful.. the winner of the night is dessert you have to ask for their secret menu because they have desserts that aren't listed that are probably better than the ones that are listed. I would go for the brown sugar butter cake. It is listed, but it was probably 10 times better than everything else especially with the ice cream on top.. This isn't to say the Keylime pie is bad. It just wasn't as good as the brown sugar cake that wasn't listed on the menu all in all damn good night, especially with TV in the bar. read more
